They have already concluded an agreement with a firm, I hope they will succeed. Such large brands are very difficult to get involved in this.
You're right. Large organizations are working on an already established scheme and are unlikely to want to introduce a "raw" product.

Large organizations also love saving money. Grain is still in closed Beta with Flexentral, it will not be raw when it comes out of beta.

Recently, rarely open the address of the purse, maybe due to fraud?
Yes you are right. Unfortunately at the purse address, attackers can find out a lot of unnecessary information. Therefore, in order not to risk investor money, these addresses are now protected and not always published for public viewing.
I know that you can somehow watch the fees through smart contracts.
By the way, do you have a smart contract? Where can I look?

Some contributors are signing a SAFT agreement and we’re working with the automated presale system. We'll use a smart contract during ICO. The date for the main sale is to be announced.
Excellent! Then we will wait for the start of sales!
I join the waiting. Perhaps I'll buy some of your tokens. Tell me, will not there be any bonuses for the purchase?

There was a bonus during the presale.  The presale bonus was 15% bonus for amounts less than 5 ETH and a 25% bonus for amounts over 5 ETH.  There is no bonus for the main sale however you can earn bonuses through the referral program.  The referral program rewards both you and your friends with a 5% bonus. Just log into your token sale account on http://tokensale.grain.io/login
After your KYC has been verified, your personal referral link will appear on your dashboard. You can read more about the program here: https://medium.com/@grain_io/get-5-grain-tokens-with-our-referral-program-38ef0d452a54

When will the public sale begin? Do you make an announcement here, or should we track somewhere? Can I get information?

Once it is announced it will be posted here and many other places like twitter, facebook, telegram, and https://grain.io/

Our referral program is still running. So if you want a 5% bonus, you know what to do...

How do you think, how soon will you be able to win people's trust to start using your program fully?

When mainnet is about to go live. Right now it's in closed beta with one company.

Quite a strong project. Do you have an advertising company? How are you going to establish contacts with the companies?

We have the usual crowdsale service providers available to us, yes. We are already establishing contacts with some companies in advance. Several more are interested in joining our closed Beta already, but we cannot discuss names just yet.

Is this something like formalizing contracts in electronic form, or is it some kind of semblance of a new database?
It's just contracting through a block chain. I don't really understand how this works, but this should improve the security of the contracts concluded.
All information is stored on chain blocks. No centralization. All links in this chain have access to this information but without the possibility of changing it. All contracts concluded by this method are safe and protected from unauthorized modification

Absolutely right, well put. There is more to it, but that is a good explanation to those suppositions.

Who are your partners at the moment?
What countries are you targeting?

Flexentral. With a couple more in talks.

I believe starting in the BENELUX but will double check with team.

If your expectations for the project are fulfilled, will you develop this direction? What are your plans for this project in the future?

Yes we will absolutely develop this direction.

You can see our plans for the future here:

How many participants in the project now? Do you do advertising yourself, or are investors doing it?

No one new can contribute since pre-sale ended, until main-sale begins. Interest is building though, and main-sale will begin soon. We have some paid advertising and marketing, more coming soon.

If I open my small business, will I be able to use your "platform"? If I alone want to use this, will I have to wait until everyone moves to it?

It is currently in closed beta.  Once the platform goes live anyone will be able to connect the Grain infrastructure to their back end.
For example, the first beta tester of the Grain protocol - Flexentral - is a workforce management solution. But also freelancing platforms could use Grain to process the agreements and transfer payments from employer to worker.
Basically any type of company that processes work agreements and needs to provide payment, can implement Grain.

Who will monitor the correctness and legality of the preparation of obligations. Will this be dealt with by some regulators?
I think there will be a complex system for registering and verifying organizations, as well as drafting contracts and agreements, as well as a number of other documents on pre-prepared templates.
The jurisdiction where the work is taking place will also determine some aspects, as will the transaction partner.

Just a second. This project is designed only for cooperation and contract management between organisms, or can be used as a tool for people to work?

Do you plan to finalize the project after it is used? will there be support?

I'm not sure I understand your question.  What do you mean by finalize the project after it is used?  Also, GRAIN will have support for those using their protocol.

How are you going to control the volatility of the exchange rate?

Grain has liquidity insurance. This means that if the chosen payment options are Escrow or Currency Option, the volatility factor is removed. In the Escrow option, if when the time for payment has come and the value of GRAIN has decreased, GRAIN from the insurance wallet would be added to the escrow to bring the total amount needing to be paid. If the value has increased, then the extra GRAIN in the escrow is removed and added to the insurance wallet to that the amount paid is still the agreed upon amount. So say you were to be paid 50 grain which at the time was say $1 per grain for a total of $50 but when payment time came and the 50 GRAIN was $0.50 per grain, that would only be $25 so another 50 GRAIN would be subtracted from the insurance wallet and added to the escrow to equal the original $50. However, if say the value of the GRAIN at the time of payment due was $2 per grain, then 25 GRAIN would be subtracted and added to the insurance wallet making the payment 25 grain still equaling $50.

In the Currency option, the employer buys the grain to pay you with after at the time of payment but locks in the exchange rate when the contract is made. When the value of GRAIN has increased then the employer buys the GRAIN from the insurance wallet at the lower rate they locked in at. When the value decreases, the employer just buys the GRAIN at the lower rate with the premium the employer paid to lock the rate in going to the insurance wallet.

And why is the date of sales still unknown? Do you have any problems?
Maybe they are doing some preparatory work? And they can't start selling yet?
I'm not exactly sure, but why do many projects postpone the start of sales at the end of March ... what could be the reason?

The main reason for postponing the ICO is because right now the marker is in big fluctuation and they are getting very less compared to previous prices of ETH and BTC. May within 2 weeks the price of coins will start recovering.

None of the above. As stated at the time it happened, regulations changed on ICO in the host country, during the pre-sale. This was explained in a blog post Feb 27 here: https://medium.com/@grain_io/ico-postponed-to-comply-with-regulations-e9fb49990cee

Perhaps due to the fall in the rate of crypto currency, many postponed sales? Because the rate has fallen very much lately

Yes, I heard about the new rules. Do you have a headquarters in Switzerland?

IP and financial responsibility is being taken care of by GRAIN Holding, a Dutch incorporation.
-Chamber of commerce number is KvK 65624661.

After the ICO is complete, GRAIN holding will transfer the IP of Grain to a public foundation (GRAIN Foundation) in Switzerland and will transfer the commercial and development operation to a Swiss incorporation, GRAIN AG.

We’re completing the final step, we’re almost ready to go live with our ICO. That’s why we’ll be able to announce the official new ICO opening date at the beginning of next week

What will we need to do to upgrade to your system? Will you be supporting in different countries?
More info on the first question is coming, will pass it on to team. Yes on second question, more info on that coming as well.

Who do you think will be the main operators of your system?
Workplaces/businesses. Perhaps those that utilize remote workers, as some of the early adopters.

At the current rate, the fees are just under 1.5 million. This is rather small. Do you think you can collect more on the main sale?

We are hopeful. We will do everything we possibly can to continue to add to our potential.

If your token on the basis of the Ethereum - this means that the price of the token on the exchange will depend entirely on the rate of the Ethereum...?

Once GRAIN is on exchanges the market will set the price.  The price of eth is only relevant for the ICO,

How much funds did you raise at the moment?

2578 ETH collected during the presale, which ended March 7th.  The main sale hasn't started yet.  It's start date is still to be announced.
