My stupidest mistake was going to crypsty what a horrible exchange that is. I left an attorney with the case.

I hoped to find an professional exchange so I can take all my money at one place. I use now btc-e bitfinex bitstamp. Just to make sure I can trade. When I started with bitfinex I thought oke this is the best. I wanted to take all my money there so I started depositing more money to it.

I already lost my deposit now and I can't earn it back with this every time.

I am very disappointed to be honest.
Cryptsy looked like crap and unprofessional, bitfinex from the start it looked professional so yeah it's a punch in the face. Maybe we just need to regulate the whole market so it can work better we have no insurance at all.

I hope support will listen to me and take me serious or else I will take it all to btc-e and hope I don't get robbed by the bulgarians

I swear to god i begin to hate this exchange now.

Support is ignoring me after asking for compensation. The website works perfect when losing money but the moment i start making money it fails everytime.

Now the same shit happend again.

The orderbook what you show above sucked again and my stoporder was at 650 it couldn't go i dont know why it went off at 665.

Profit should be 95 usd

now 2 usd loss, because the fee never fails ofcourse

At total of 1100 dollar loss because of this kind of same shit everytime.

That has to be seen, to be honest till this day its one of the best exchanges there is. But I lost allot of money because of the servers crashing yesterday and today. It's so frustrating it happens always on "key" moments.

Could not close my positions everytime shit his the fan and turning profit in loss because of the dramatic change but could not act because sometimes it takes 5 till 10 minutes before you can do something again.

Told the support about it, waiting for an answer. I hope they will be fair

I bought LTC on different buy orders but average its around 12.30


I bought at 12.30 sold at 13.35 * 160+ coins = 160 dollar profit
Profit Difference is almost a dollar, i also saw around that figure round the time it sold.

Dear Crypto users,

I am considering a lawsuite against Cryptsy.

Due to the lack of service and technical failure and increasing numbers of support tickets.

I have already contacted a lawyer and he is investigating the owners and company to find bases to start a trial.

I do think allot of people already lost money because of the weird buy/sell orders. Sometimes you cant buy or sell. Sometimes you have to wait days on your money.

This problems persist for weeks now and they dont do anything about it.

If they were professionals they would close their website down till the problems are fixed, people are losing real money here its not a joke anymore.


I am gathering all the complaints, so if you have some please leave it behind in a post maybe we can file for compensation for the damages that is happend because of this website.

If the lawyer reports back with a good case maybe we can pay him together for a case. If not i will do it alone

People are stupid when they are going to buy shares, one of these days the other exchanges that have allot of people AND work Great will add many more alt-coins. Everybody will go back to their exchange...we only use this exchange for weird alt-coins, but as soon others will accept them everybody will jump ship.

You sometimes cant buy or sell, sometimes money dissapears, sometimes canceling an order means = bye bye money.


I am suprised if someone said to me they are actually making money on the website.

I think these 2 last days it showed that it is stable....so i still have trust in it
