Not entirely true, L3+ was fine, but if you got it in like november or later you most likely didnt make roi.
But did you get it before litecoin price spiked, and got some coins stocked up you made good, and it became unprofitable some weeks ago arround the same time s9 did, so the l3+ and s9 was fine, the rest crap

Im running a super optimized setup with modified kernel modules and such, and only 12 gpu per rig, and its cold here in north sweden so i can do some insane clocks on my memory, your count is spot on got 48 gpu's, the nvidia cards are doing the best, got my 1060's running at arround 70W limit with nvidia smi and doing 23 MH/s, 1070 104W with nvidia smi and running 31 MH/s, RX570 818mv 63W on the gpu part i think limited with ohgodatool, amd power limiting is a bit strange, running 29 MH/s.

The total number is measured with power meter at the wall and added up for my 4 rigs

About roi time on this kind of setup, no idea, bought half of the gpu's in spring 2017, my mistake was buying 24 more later in the fall, and not selling all my ether in the winter, so in the grand total ive just barely broken even now on those 4 rigs, with the 2 first carrying it all.

I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO BUY GPU'S FOR MINING RIGHT NOW YOU NEVER GET ROI, LET ME JUST CLEAR THAT !!!!!

1060 are the most efficient cards you can get.

I have 2 friends that got LTC stuck there for half a year, so also affect big coins, the problem is that you should be shitting your pants each time you withdraw because you never know when youre gona be one of the unlucky.

Guys stay away from poloniex, I have friends that have had coins locked up there for over 9 months now with no answer on their ticket.
Look at their twitter man, there is 1000's complaining about this, they have a serious problem.

Let me clear up some shit.

1, This is a memory tuned card (ethash neoscrypt etc).
2, It has a GP102-100 gpu but limited a little lower than on 1080TI
3, It has the full ram, but for max eth speed the bios shuts off some of the chips untill some day its needed and a new bios will be released that you can flash onto the card. Yeah you can flash a nvidia pascal card if you have a signed bios
4, It has resale value still, gpu farms, transcoding farms etc etc.
5, Its pretty much a 1080TI with a bios mod to tune the ram timings for max eth speed.

EDIT:
Resale value is also super over rated man, you think your cards is gona be worth anything on the used market if its flodded by miners trying to sell their cards, also big farms.
The cards for sale now at like 400+ usd, used to cost 200 usd before march last year, so their resale value would be like 100usd at best on a total market crash, on a flodded market who knows, but my guess is under $50
That being said this card is not for the household miners, this is aimed at farms.

Been running for like half a year or so like this.


I would NOT recommend overclocking any other Bitmain product like this, only L3 can do this primary because its not as much a prosessor heavy algo but more memory hard.
