Mate, You don't necessarily have to write a whole white paper (it's a huge job!) Simply outline the project (what is the subject? The existing problem that it will solve? What are your ambitions?) A beginning of a roadmap and it will be perfect to start! |

A project that cannot even afford to pay its own team is almost certainly going to fail in this extremely competitive market.
+1 I don't have a real opinion on the project yet (I'm going to DMOR) but I'm not sure about this approach.... - There is already a fairly large team according to the ICOBench sheet...why do you need other people? - With this method you take a lot of risks (fake profiles in particular) and most often, this type of operation ends up in the "scam accusation" section of the forum... Just to be sure... a team is formed BEFORE starting a project, no ? |

@Danieldeas95 We don't know the team members yet. Its really surprising that some teams are developing projects under Stellar when they could have done somewhere like TRON or EOS if they hate ETH. Starting a token sales without a team and/or a whitepaper doesnt look good.

Just with patience we can reach our final goal which is the success of XCT and BTX. Thank you! Yes, it is even possible that we sell 0 tokens, so in this case it would create a lack of tokens and therefore a lack of fluidity. Maybe we may put unsold tokens in a frozen wallet for a while, and dedicate them to further uses as well. Regarding to this point, we need some advices from the community (what to do with these unsold tokens?) and experienced people. Well, maybe you should apply locking periods (6 months, 1 year...) to the tokens. Besides you talk about dividend systems, how will you do if there are no more tokens available? Will you distribute yours?  |

I still think its too quick to conclude this project to be a scam, after all their telegram chat group is still very active, this are hardtmes for ico's and securix is no exception, i think the list the team will do if they ran out of options to keep the project afloat is to make refunds to investors imo. I didn't conclude that they are scammers. All of us know that the project is not going well. There are three possibilities. 1. They have nothing to share but they are trying to solve the issues. 2. The project have failed. 3. They have been scammers. Agree despite the annoying situation (but the Securix Telegram is not so active in fact) No scam I guess, lack of chance and roadmap too ambitious in the actuel Bear market At least the implementation of the original idea has no chance of life in such a market. They need to change or return money to investors It's a shame, though.... The business model was serious (the White Paper was impressive in quality) The worst is that it is possible that the BTC will reach 6000 or 7000 USD in 3 months! Securix will have simply appeared 6 months too late or 6 months too early.... |

You might want to contact ICOEthics. He's doing a very good job at writing and finding a scam ICO projects. I'm not sure if he's interested in joining your team but you should definitely check him out. He has a good reputation too, most of his time is spent on Scam Accusations board.
if you would be aware of the natural asymetry that money causes in the economy you would not consider a possibility of ICO-Ethics because theoretically everone wants and can be the shiny "good guy" that prints money and distributes it, and smiles and says he is the good guy. Not sure to understand what you mean? Of course, it is impossible to really know what people's intentions are But ICOEthic does an excellent job, without looking for a counterpart Few members can say the same |

You're right OP, these practices are not normal (and the correspondence with Datareum are disturbing)
Changes the rules after the game is outrageous, especially in an industry that wants to "disrupted" trust lol
For DataBlockchain, I'm however still not convinced that their approach is a scam, perhaps more like clumsiness and improvisation?
