Stock exchange response -
         Support (chief):
Ваша транзакция на данный момент не имеет подтверждений. Т.к. и блокэксплорер не грузится, вероятна проблема сети. Вам стоит обратиться к разработчикам монеты.
  Вот данные ноды
(Your transaction at the moment has no confirmation. Because And blockexplorer is not loaded, the network problem is likely. You should contact the coin developers.

Here are the nodes)

"amount" : 134781.93297886,
"confirmations" : 0,
"txid" : "7bc9e159868a057cb5cd3cdfddcf78bf76aeb4b41450d24c9db8831c076bac51",
"normtxid" : "855b4495937bf08c0000cf987696663f7d62f31e6d40355651de5916684be28c",

I can now see that transaction in my client's local mempool. It's a biiiig one (~170k) as I suspected. I'll see if I can make some changes to incorporate larger transactions, and mine some blocks. No guarantees it will work.

(I guess the question to ask now is - why does the Fastcoin client with default settings create transactions this large, so large that they will be ignored by a miner with default settings...)

I want to clarify what I have to do in my situation?

I've spent about 12 hours mining FST to try to push this transaction (or any stuck tx) through.

I think there are two fundamental issues.

1) The client spends around 5 seconds building the block framework (incorporating mempool transactions) before any mining work can be started for that block. This is fine when your coin has 60 or 600 seconds block spacing, not so great when it's every 12 seconds. That's 5 of every 12 seconds (41%) wasted waiting for the client to create the block.

2) It's possible that the network won't accept the larger blocks. The couple of blocks that I did successfully mine (nb I should have found 100+ in that time) were orphaned not long after my solution was found.

At this point the fastcoin dev(s) don't seem to be interested in further technical discussion of the issue, at least in this thread. I've spent some time on this, but I don't get anything out of it (I have no stake in FST; I'm just a guy wandering threads). I would have liked it if my attempts had worked, but unfortunately it seems like it's going to be very difficult, or maybe even impossible, to confirm your transaction. I don't think I can assist any further. Sorry.

your efforts and input are always greatly appreciated and interesting in my book
considering how small, tiny the transaction fee is compared to the value of fst it's incredible for all these years there have bene no probs (in my book), miners are so important
I guess like btc in the very early days it was dedicated, miners, hobbyists, and again you could at least mine directly from qt wallet I think in early days

what will help is when the value goes up to reasonable value which will happen relatively soon imo

I mean multiple cents to 2 digit cents

a lot of coins never went through the early lows and hard work and had overinflated values
like ltc, i remember when went on btce , people were buying on forum if people would accept paypal and not be scammed , then was around 30-40 cents for short time then straight to $1 and never came down

lee working for coinbase etc

so we have done hard way but have a very solid coin, with all the right fundementals

problem is when you have general public essentially buying dogshit like ripple, and not understanding what theyre buying

bittrex would be good i guess but have seen them delist coins with 40+ btc a day and more, like xst, so they can't be trusted, they are just interested in the next token
polo has major red flags and many traders talking of lost coins, stolen funds etc

tbh we need to have more volume but the steady price and gains, past few days when other coins are dying shows people don't want to sell we are in an accumalation faze, i feel like whales are buying up so sell at your peril

end of day i like cryptopia and livecoin and we have FST/USD with livecoin and should promote more
our target audience has to be new investors, traders and merchants, again via usd route, then they don't get sidetracked with having to buy btc first and other coins

Well said, i agree totally. except again you dis polo, i have been trading there since they began, It has been an evolution, they were hacked several years back for 93btc, they were open and honest with customers, and all funds where repaid. Security was beefed up and many measures where put in place that several other exchanges still to this day have not implemented. Currently their servers are struggling with the influx of new users, for the last few years 10k users was the most polo ever saw. This time around there is 30k to 40k users. Comments like this have been flying around for years now "polo has major red flags and many traders talking of lost coins, stolen funds etc". It is just flat out bullshit. I don't think polo will list FST to be honest, but if they did Smiley the polo premium is a powerful force. Many traders, myself included will not put more than a few btc on cryptopia and livecoin. Anyway rant done. Peace out Wink

Guys.

I think we need to show a little more that twitter posts about how fast FST is.

A slack channel is highly needed to keep the discussions more organized. I know you always try to advocate for the FastCoin forum, but is really difficult to engage users there. It isn't usable in mobile devices, low movement there (I'm following for a few weeks and we don't have very few new discussions). A slack channel is way better to keep the community together guys. And is one of the things that investors look at, before deciding to invest.

The github repository doesn't have activity since last year. Is the project been developed in some other place? Would be nice to keep the repository updated.

Don't get me wrong. I'm a enthusiastic of FastCoin. Just trying to help use improve always. Smiley

63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XTO] Tao - Real Solutions for the Music Industry! on: July 02, 2017, 12:40:48 AM
Dear clients, XTO deposits/withdrawals will not be available since developer has refused to cooperate. This coin will be delisted in future. We suppose that blockchain of XTO is not working properly or it was broken/edited, or fraud activity have taken place. Please find our investigation report below.

We have a lot of fraudulent XTO transactions in our node with -1 confirmations. For example:
"txid" : "10bc9cd6e6079050406fd7886a9c25e441f4dc713d039310cabf34843edde6e3",
"amount" : 1000.00000000,
"confirmations" : -1

All of them have had positive amount of confirmations and later reversed to -1.
This was a first issue we encountered with this coin and decide to close deposits/withdrawals.

Then we found that blockchains in our XTO node and official explorer are different. This is the only one example. Hashes of the same block in our node and in explorer are different. Find proof below.
bitcoin@taocoin:~$ ./taod getblockhash 10717
98d0178c0fe4a5c9a0c6175889f6c9d8424c0cfe8ebb705345228e2f0f964c32

https://www.blockexperts.com/tao/height/10717
TAO BLOCK #10717
block hash fd9fb6a13de3cc969ae704d481e4ac07b9dc7cb953b10e57dc3297631ab583fe

Our XTO node is on the right chain (last block is correct), this was checked a lot of times starting from the first issue.

Some of XTO addresses have negative balances according official explorer: https://www.blockexperts.com/tao/address/Tv7ypajVXXDd3rucE8Nfd4iDAmEAfpPqp6

In the meantime we found several accounts involved in the suspicous activity with deposits/withdrawals of XTO. We suppose they tried to reach some sort of double spending in XTO blockchain and hence in our node. So these accounts were locked, but most of them were already empty. One of them have had 100000 XTO, so we debited this amount manually with "scam" description.

Later on the developer have contacted us with question why is his partner received a notification of debiting with "scam" description. We explained this situation to him. Right after our explanation new account was registered in our Exchange and all XTO coins has been bought out in our market to rise price to the sky. Right after this event we received an offer from developer to buy a lack of coins from him by the market price (skyrocketed price). This was the last drop for us, so we refused to deal with developer and locked new account which was use to buy out all XTO coins.

After all these malicous schemes, we managed to keep 50% of XTO coins. If we count coins locked in the account used for the last scheme, we could say that 60-65% of coins are in safe. We will not open deposits/withdrawals, neither unlock fraudulent accounts.

There are a few ways for XTO on our exchange:
1. We can leave all this as is, without deposits/withdrawals.
2. We can re-calculate XTO balances of our clients according the remaining coins and open only withdrawals. Then delist this coin.
3. We can get the lack of coins from developer if he wish to compensate these malicous schemes / broken blockchain and open withdrawals, then delist this coin.
4. If you can offer a better solution, we are always open for reasonable ideas.

P.S. we will not continue working with this coin in any case. C-CEX is already notified by us with detailed explanation of this situation.

P.S.S. Please always do your own research of an asset which you want to acquire. Livecoin do not provide any guarantees regarding quality of assets. Livecoin also don't guarantee lawfulness and fair play of developers.

This is complete shit!!!
C-cex wallet works fine, my wallet works fine! I would like to remove my coins from your exchange please allow me to do so. This is a new level for an exchange, we may delist your coins and you cant have them back WTF?  Angry Angry Angry
64  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Fastcoin - FST - The Fastest coin so far in the market - is launched!! on: June 26, 2017, 11:45:07 AM
Thanks for any help you can give me. I tried to get my 1.5 million FST coins off cryptsy but there were problems with the transactions and they wouldn't answer my support requests, (surprise!!)

[...]
Thanks for your post Gnode,

I hope that you get your coin's back!  It's my understanding that its important for investors in cryptocurrencies to hold their own wallet's correct?  What I mean by this is to have their personal and private keys in their own possession.  When you hold your coin's on the exchanges, you risk loosing them should the Exchange close down as was the case with Cryptsy and Mt.Gox

In this case, Gnode was trying to withdraw, but there was some issue with the transactions, and Cryptsy died before the problem was resolved.

I believe that the Cryptsy admin deliberately deleted the database - destroying all records of internal balances - so with these (presumably) valid but unconfirmed transactions Gnode is in the somewhat unique situation of being able to prove that s/he really does own those funds. Most of us have no way to prove entitlement because our balances were an entry in a Cryptsy internal database.

I think all of us kissed some funds goodbye on Cryptsy, ah and mintpal, ahh and crptorush. Say goodbye and move on.  Sad

So far so good. bittrex 3 markets, btce 2 markets, and polo 4 markets, 6 hours no issues and trading perfectly Smiley

leonArdo version 3.4 released!

Complete redesign of leonArdo's underlying memory allocation model
  • New high-performance underlying memory allocator
  • Avoidance of most dynamic memory-allocation overhead
  • Guarantees much longer lifetime when run 24/7
  • Yields a drastic reduction in CPU usage
  • See note “Regarding memory usage” below

Added an extra error-handling layer to mArgin-maker’s state-engine
  • Improved handling in case of API calls whose outcome is unknown
  • In error-situations, the newly introduced "Go for it!"-option can be checked to enable mArgin-maker
-> to wait 5 minutes and re-check whether it can find out whether the previous erroneous action was successful
-> to continue its operations assuming a most likely outcome based on all market-data available
  • Please note, that the decision made by mArgin-maker here is not always 100% sophisticated so under certain circumstances this can lead to unwanted behavior such as double-orders

Added Stop-Loss to the mArgin-maker bot (beta)
  • Can be enabled by simply checking the new Stop-Loss option
  • Define a lower price threshold which causes mArgin-maker to cancel its active sell order and to sell the amount immediately before stopping the bot
  • Use intuitive drag&drop to alter the Stop-Loss price
  • Stop-Loss price can be defined absolutely or relative to the last performed buy order

Added new annotation to mArgin-maker that visualizes its action history
  • Follow what your bot did more easily
  • Hover to see detailed information about actions it performed
  • Easily assign trades to the strategy

Further changes:
  • Further optimizations to reduce CPU load
  • Added small plots to the tooltip of the network-connection indicator (bottom right) that shows the history of leonArdo’s memory usage and network connection stats.

How can you get your copy?

If you are an existing customer you can simply click on the "update available" link on the leonArdo login screen and download this version.

Or if you are new just head over to website and click through to our Products section.
You can also download a demo version of leonArdo from the website to try before you buy.

Check out a screenshot of the mArgin maker bot's new Stop-Loss functionality. Here we see a relative Stop-Loss setting of 1.62%:

Regarding memory usage:
Please note that the Windows task manager (or comparable tools for Linux and Mac) does not provide a reliable estimate of an application's actual memory usage. That is, even though leonArdo (and all other applications) might seem to use more and more memory over time this is not necessarily caused by an actual memory leak. Instead, modern operating systems use several highly optimized layers of memory handlers that try to minimize memory fragmentation while exploiting as much memory as possible (Interested readers could start reading more on this topic here: http://blogs.microsoft.co.il/sasha/2016/01/05/windows-process-memory-usage-demystified/)

Awesome looks great, love the stop feature, well done Smiley

Also if a few of you want to dm me your telegram contacts i can make a telegram chat room easy enough Smiley

quick question, why my first 2 transactions took over 2 minutes to get 1 confirmation? I thought it was about 12 seconds . Yes my wallet is synchronized 100% . One more detail, i downloaded the bootstrap file and it took 2 days to fully synchronize. It's painfully slow

Im not a tech guy or coder. I do know though that transactions don't get confirmed within the very next block often on any coin. Usually you may only see a confirmation of your transaction after a few blocks have passed. With Bitcoin coins, I know also that if you raise the fees you are paying, you get lumped into a block sooner. Miner priorities are set to confirm the people paying the most first. If you raise your fee you may see them confirmed faster.

I just gave it a test run, downloaded the blockchain file, https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B37Llt3dDAzHTktRRFpzSlJaVzA
wallet was up in under 10 mins, Transferred coins from Cryptopia, they arrived with 1 confirmation in under 30 seconds, 8 confirmations in 3 mins.
Fast is an understatement. If it was listed on more exchanges, this is definitely how i would be moving funds exchange to exchange.
Nice work guys, In a world were everyone wants it all yesterday, this coin has huge potential and a solid future.  Wink

do we know what the credentials are to be listed for example on bittrex?

btw just wondering if "twiiter" instead of "twitter" is on purpose, on the homepage under community ;-)

haha yep I spotted the typo too, hope devs see your comment, only a small thing though

as far as I know bittrex have no add coin application
you can tweet them and if they have 5 they may look into a coin, they generally are on the lookout for new high volume coins unfortunately
they do though add old school honest coins like this that are growing well,

so once we are bigger maybe 5 mill marketcap and better volume I think worth approaching

I think polo are to be avoided, they wouldnt consider fst just now, too low cap

plus THEY are to be avoided, the things i am reading about them at minute on twitter and trollboxes
people are panicking, polo are in undisclosed offices, ignoring support, excuses, they messed up on a coin and people lost all from wallets etc

they are another cryptsy in making i fear, victim of their own success and greed

bittrex is nice but too early imo and not big enough, livecoin is a really nice exchnage plus has fst/usd and fst/btc, this is great for n on crypto people to get into fastcoin

we also need a block explorer as others have said, had a few i think, but they die off if subs not kept up
you have to have one to even apply for polo or bittrex or any exchange
think devs said they are building own one for fastcoin which would be great

the one ediths mentioned few posts up is best, cryptoid i think
but if you visit thread where she linked, they are basically off til september due to growing so big and they want to relax before adding more coins and growing again
they are a first class operation though, not in it for money

Polo have stepped up to the plate every time! They have been through everything and just grown stronger each time. https://poloniex.com/press-releases/2017.06.07-Improving-Our-Support-Capacity/

looking forward to seeing where FST is in 12 months Smiley

Update on Release 3.4.0

I was hoping this would be ready by today, but it's not. We are nearly there but there are a couple of outstanding things that need attention. I have a long planned 3 day vacation which starts on Wednesday evening so even if we get the last fixes in by then, we won't release now until I come back. Invariably there are some issues with a big release and it makes no sense to roll that out when I am not there.

Our hope/plan is to release next Wednesday (21.5). I hate putting a date down in writing because it pains me if we miss it, but it really should be ready to go then.

After this, the releases will start to come much faster. I am building a world class team right now and we are super excited about the future of leonArdo!

Thanks for all your support and patience.

Best wishes,
Jonathan

Lovely! Take the time you need to release a robust update.

One thing: the bot does not sync the pair ETH/BTC on Poloniex. Any issue from your side? Or would it be addressed to the exchange?

Good stuff!!!
 enjoy your break, Smiley

Hello.
I have a question.
How long does it take until Kraken.com is supportet?

I would buy https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/ exchange, if it was supported too Wink

Noted, but if I am being honest there are a few ahead of that.

Best wishes,
Jonathan

Of coarse, I know you are workin flat out, just throwing it out there, Smiley
how is the testing going? I just bought an new computer, 16g of ram should keep it running longer Wink

I don't think the RAM amount matters. Seems to still be a Poloniex issue.

I have it running on 2 Servers. One with 8GB of ram, the other with 48GB. They both crash randomly since the Polo mess started.
Hmmm thx for the heads up, I just assumed with the memory leak it would take longer to consume it all

Any news on updates? Still crashing as always and stopping bots for no reasons.

That's unfortunately the same thing for me here.  Poloniex high load or volume => leonArdo crashing more often (because, I suppose, of weird API responses from Poloniex).
I suppose it is much better than it was a few releases ago, but it is still currently very difficult to use.

The next update - which is hopefully coming within the week as we are currently testing it - should reduce the probability of a crash. It also fixes the memory leak and has CPU optimizations, plus a nice little extra surprise.

Sorry it is taking so long, but it was complicated stuff that affected all areas of the codebase.

Best wishes,
Jonathan

May I make a much-needed feature request?

On the margin maker bots, could we have a reset button that makes it forget what the last trades were? Say I don't use the margin for a week and then re-start it, right now it's still constrained by its last trade. I literally have to delete the bot and start a new one. That's a bit annoying.

Thanks!
Use the copy strategy button, it makes a duplicate bot with no memory of the last trade.Wink

Hello,

I'm very interested in leonArdo, looks like great software for my purposes.

I'm wondering if it could help me automate the following scenario:

1. Set a limit buy: if price his 300 sats, buy Xbtc worth

2. As soon as buy order fills, immediately set target sells at 10%, 20%, 30%, etc.

2a. As soon as buy order fills, set stop loss at 10% loss

3.  After the price hits 5% profit, cancel original stop-loss, set new stop loss at break-even.

4.  An added bonus would have the stop-loss trail the price after it hits a certain amount of profit (ie. at 50% profit, keep the stop loss 10% below current price)

My goal would be to only have to enter the initial limit buy price and it would handle the rest automatically.  This would be so so so helpful for me.

Thanks everyone! Smiley

Hi eleazar,

Sounds great. Such strategies will be available once we implement our strategy editor. But that will only come much later in the year.

To see what is currently possible with leonArdo I suggest you check out our tutorial videos: http://www.marginsoftware.de/tutorial.html

And then you can take leonArdo for a spin by downloading the free demo version.

Best wishes,
Jonathan

I like your trade strategy, this sounds good , will keep an eye out for this later in the year. But exchanges would need to support "one cancels the other" eg Bittrex OCO. to be able to have stops and buys in place simultaneously.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] leonArdo - Bitcoin Trading Bot for Poloniex, Bittrex, Bitstamp, Bitfinex.. on: May 12, 2017, 10:39:24 AM
I suggest everyone stop using any bots on Poloniex when they are overloaded. The DDos claim is utter bull. Their systems are always bogging down when they hit more than 35K users. there were almost 40K yesterday. It's down again today too. (still is). No API access is working and tons of people have lost money because of the lag/inability to cancel orders or cover short positions. Scary.

Unless they beef up their systems BIGTIME ASAP, a LOT of people will and are pulling their accounts off there for other exchanges. I might be doing the same too.

On the other hand, Leonardo works very well on GOOD exchanges. :-)

This is hardly the thread for bitching about Polo. Everyone that knows what the fuck they are doing is already quite aware of the issues.
Thank you , needed to be said Wink

are there plans to connect with the BitShares Decentralized Exchange?
And if yes, when?

Yes there are plans! But it is basically a matter of where to devote our dev power atm.
Additionally we are not completely sure how big the demand for a leonArdo BTS version would be.
xeroc is also working on a Poloniex compatibility mode, which would make an integration easier.

We are happy to talk details via pm or telegram.

I know you guys must have a long list of requests, buy now. But one more to the list would be arbitration between the supported exchanges Smiley

I do love the software, too.  Great work, developers!

Some improvement suggestions for the GUI:

I would love to be able to re-arrange the displaying order of the opened "tabs" (the exchanges, the pairs, the strategies).  As in "A-B-C-D-E" -> "A-E-D-B-C".
Now, they are only displayed by the order in which they were initially opened, which feels like the 90s.  It would be much easier to manage if I could move them around.
Example of a real-life case:  I have many pairs open on 1 exchange, but there are 3 that I check most frequently today, due to volatility.  I would like to put those pairs together, to switch through them easily, and not have to scroll through all the pairs to find them out.  It can get very confusing with having many opened pairs and markets.
The goal of that is to make it easier to have the information I want, quickly (i.e. "right now!"), with as little effort or manipulations as possible needed from my side.

Likewise, it would be important for me to to have each "pair" keep its own chart display settings (30m, 1h, 12h, etc., and also the position of the order book, which tends to disappear).  Like it currently is the case for the indicators.  (Each pair keep its indicator preferences.)
It is a bit annoying to have to re-arrange things constantly when switching many times through all the different pairs.

Also, a way to put a stop loss (either through the exchange or through leonArdo) would be an important feature - like having a seatbelt on a fast car!  Cheesy

I Agree these features would be fantastic, one i would love to see is, a total traded and profit loss percentage for each bot , so at a glance you can see which bots are underwater and which are, Flying High. Also some sort of MACD cross trigger, to raise or lower margin appropriately.
But i know you guys are flat out working on the memory leak, which is definitely the highest priority. Great to hear you are getting some volume in your sales, as you grow, all your customers will benefit as more funding is available for development. I can see you doing very, very well in the future with this software. Already i would love to use it on forex markets Wink
Let me know if i can help in any way with testing etc.  Love your work
Regards Dan
