Well, downloaded the new wallet this morning 10am (my time) did everything that was stated above with it and it's now been 2 and 1/2 hours and still not staking. I will let it run and see if it does a little later and let you know
Just released a wallet about 24 hours ago. See post above, or download from the OP. Vegas I'm sorry, but I think you are really confused; if not, i am even more so. I JUST downloaded the wallet, yet again, from the site you just posted (which is the same as the OP). IT IS V2.2.99, and NOT 2.2.102 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( i downloaded the .exe file, not source) I DID FIND THE V 2.2.102, AS POSTED IN THIS THREAD, MSG #346, AND DOWNLOADED 2.2.102 FROM THE LINK THERE! SO: Is it possible that the really new honest-to-goodness wallet on the OP got overridden by an older version accidentally? that's all I can see that would explain this......... (note the v2.2.102 i found is on Kees github.) OR: are you saying v 2.2.99 is NEWER than 2.2.102?  ?? I hate to be obstinate here, and hate to disagree, but one of us is really effed up, lol. thanks for your patience, and I am trying to be constructive, it is just frustrating as hell. It's true, this "new" wallet is the first wallet released! The latest 16 days ago v2.2.102 is found is on Kees github and if you scroll down so is v 2.2.99! Come clean with us, Vegas. Ok.. Ive had fly coin on Yobit for 2 years, and the wallet constantly goes into maintenance without reason. Its a very common problem with 80% of coins on Yobit. So if we can get atleast 15 people here to say they will vote, then I will pay for Nova. For now I think there is no harm getting us listed on Coinexchange.io We might be able to list on Nova, as they have "Vegas coin" which was created in 2014. "Vegas coin" is NOT the same coin as "Las Vegas coin". Some users proposed that we list VGS there and trade it against VCS (Vegas coin). The staking does work. However some people need to add staking=1 to their lasvegascoin.conf file. This will be fixed with the next wallet release. Then open your wallet and click on tools -->unlock wallet and make sure the box that says staking is checked, thats all. As far as "obfuscation" that is the "stealth send", and will be reworded in a future wallet fix to "stealth send". Vegas @vegasguy - so I have staking=1 in the lasvegascoin.conf file and I am fully synced however the wallet constantly says "staking is not active". Wallet is unlocked and box check marked for staking. Any ideas? The wallet is constantly trying to update masternodes with no luck. Use the command 'getinfo' and it it shows "staking status" : "Staking Active", then you are staking. The green circle in the lower right hand corner is mostly grey/ghosted but the wallet does stake. Seems that it goes green for a brief second but turns off as it keeps trying to sync matsternodes/winners/ect. hrmm - ok - mine definitely says staking - not active. Is there a console command to activate it? The main thing after you have added staking=1 in your .conf file is to make sure when you unlock your wallet to check the box that pops up , and says "for staking ...ect". Wait a couple of min and then do a get info. If your still having problems then clear everything from roaming/lasvegascoin (except wallet.dat) and use the zapwallettxes=1 I had issues only once with a "corrupted this or that". By clearing the roaming/Lasvegascoin folder of ALL files except wallet.dat and lasvegascoin.conf, and resyncing using -zapwallettxes=1 (in a windows shortcut), I have not had one error since. That was a couple of weeks ago. Double check you are also on v2.2.102 (latest). Vegas OK, restarted yet again, put staking=1 in .conf file and unlocked wallet, check box for staking, then checked get info and still not staking after 20 mins! So, I now need to clear roaming folder of everything except .conf and wallet.dat? Then, before restarting, put -zapwallettxes=1 in .conf file (Is this a windows shortcut)? thanks, Rick |

Hi vegas after putting staking=1 in my conf file, restarted vgs and got the message that the block database was corrupted, asking if I want to rebuild it. So I said ok and when the wallet is synced it still says not staking. When I getinfo it says staking not active. Is there something wrong with my wallet?

Shorten the wait on getting into the website, and get a side panel that lists what's up now. For instance, I could not find any reference to this bct discussion or I could not find the blog review or the slack or ... what ever else is going on toward reaching your goals!!!
Keep people informed and activated to get involved if you want to raise the kind of funds that you are looking to raise! Maybe, start your own forum off the website???

I am agree with you that website is too simple, it needs to be improved. We going to add more information and news section there on next days. We will also add trollbox, comments section or may be even forum. For now we working on promotion, made some articles and start distributing them between websites, blogs and social media. For example, https://altcoinwhispers.wordpress.com/2017/07/18/hubcoin-initial-review/ (BellyUp publication) http://cryptocoinsmarket.com/hubcoin/ (Saracenis publication) Also Hubcoin was added to http://icoalert.com, and some other ICO trackers promised to add it too soon. I contacted almost all known trackers (15), unfortunately some of them require fees (~1000$) for listing so it is impossible to add Hubcoin to all as our budget is very limited for now. Saracenis created topic on https://cryptocurrencytalk.com/topic/85848-hubcoin-ico-ethereum-coinexchangeio/, it alredy got some views. We going to translate ANN on other languages and post it on Bitcointalk different sections too. A lot of news is expected this week, I'll keep you informed! |

Nice, but I wonder if you might not ask your team, to donate (at least initially) their expertise and get the ball rolling more, then raise the minimum price of your ico to boot. I have bought close to 100 to support your project, but feel you need a lot more promotion especially with the looming btc soft or hard fork happening. A friend on cryptochat recommended I check you out and I think your project of bringing diverse coin developers and services together, is ambitious but doable. Hi again, the wallet synced fine finally, but it is having problems staking! I currently have 308261.102 ECA in usable coins but they are not staking! My wallet says 45 days to stake. I don't get it! thank for your help! Hi Electra and Bumbacoin, got the latest wallet running on win7 machine, and it seems to have stopped syncing @ 40 blocks remaining? What do I need to do? Hi did upgrade and deleted all files except wallet.dat in latest wallet then restarted Las Vegas Coin and bingo I now have 1 connection (finally) and the wallet is slowly syncing to the network. My fly wallet however is still stuck on 7/12 transaction with 35 confirmations after 3 days and no new transactions  Rick |
