I dont see a reason to add a freelancer to the team of any project. A freelancer is a freelancer, they are there temporary - for a very short period of time until finish some tasks. With so many scams out there, no project should take a chance to put the face of someone that they dont know on their website. Now you see the consequences when people find fake team members. As far as verifying members on this forum: There is no KYC. But the best KYC you can provide is a video. Maybe you can submit a video of your team members. |

He will probably cite it was the alleged legal action that was behind my reason to no longer post to him or post about him but that is his prerogative. Yes, it appears that he is the "verge of a mental breakdown". But We still don't understand why he decided to attack ICOEthics from the beginning. AT this point nobody is calling your project a scam, your stats have not changed at all, nobody gave you a red trust. ... ...Maybe the real reason that you are not getting investments is not due to this post - since it was just posted - but maybe due to the lack of a team (  ) as it appears that lately investors have a tendency to stay away from projects with only one person on the team. They want to see a full team, advisors, etc. Maybe you should put a pause on your project, fix your whitepaper...
~...About, ICOEthics basically he is trying to help you with the situation and you took it in a wrong way. He has not even left any feedback about this to any of your accounts... As you can read above, all we did was tried to help him out. Even some users noticed that, but he (David) didnt want to see that. He wanted to attack ICOEthics, as if it was our fault for him having a fake team member and a plagiarized whitepaper. We created a Reddit and Steemit post after he went nuts on youtube posting defamatory videos against ICOEthics and we tagged him with a negative trust - not a retaliatory tagging, but due to a FAKE TEAM member. And again, as you can read on the posts, he is taking this personal against ICOEthics. We will remove the posts on Steemit and Reddit, not because a "threat to sue" but for "his sanity". We will no longer respond/post on any threads about Humanityone. |

I don't think the lawsuit will go somewhere. In the first place, he's suing individuals with anonymous personal details here in the forum. How can he properly proceed suing such individuals? ...Personally speaking, there is no lawsuit and there will not be one either. Getting an email from a non-qualified lawyer (paralegal) in a law firm to discuss the issue does not mean anything at all... And looks like he is using his paralegal's name all over the place - As below, it appears the message was written by the paralegal (but it was posted by Humanityone) - this is one of his replies on Reddit (post still active) Why would this moron (David) post a "correspondence with his attorney/paralegal on social media? A "Real Attorney" would never ever advise the client to publish internal communications between the attorney and the client. As such, either the client is mentally unstable, or the attorney is unqualified, or perhaps both are in the same boat.  |
