Part of what you should know are, check their website to know more about their project, go through their white paper, softcap and hardcap, team members, are they offering product and lastly make enquiry about the project from those that have been in cryptocurrency for long.

I strongly disagree with you, not all altcoin is useless because there are still some altcoin that is a great investment for when you have in your pofolio, the current price may not be encourage now but with time it will looks as if you won lottery when it moon.

The rise in the ETH have started some days ago but the rise this time is drastically slow. I don't agree with that even though 90% of the ICOS this days are scam but there is still few of the ICO that delivered what they have promise to deliver. Is necessary for the team to raise fund because I believe that is what they will you yo finance the project.
