The development of the platform is coming to the finishing stages, so this isn't just an IDEA. We will have this platform up and running. Considering Brexit their will be a huge demand for this platform as more businesses will be delayed in receiving their payments, so we will have good traffic from businesses onto the platform. In regards to gaining peoples trust we are honest people and are trying to develop something that will work. Sir, we are a startup company and you cannot expect us to have our own owned office space at this stage of our project. Your point of it being a rental office address has no point of discussion so please be productive towards this announcement. We are hard working and will make this project a reality, unlike many ICO that just take the funds and disappear we are registered and are not going anywhere. The investors in the invoices don't have the trust they need to actually put their money into, and we want to give them the trust when they are investing. That's why we are offering PCORE cover which will act as cover for them, just in case the invoice seller doesn't make the payment in time we will release the funds agreed to the investors so they do not loose out.
After we have successfully launched the platform we will start to develop an invoice software for business to create invoices, send, and receive payments in PCC, BTC, or Credit cards. Looks like a legit team though whitepaper needs more proof reading due to some minor typo's and errors.

I want to know what a project needs to have a successful ICO launch, my team and I are in the process of launching one for an invoice discounting platform we have been working on for the past few months. Any feedback from the community is very valuable to us.
Just curious about what will be your opinion about that do you think we need that idea and how that will gives us a lot of benefit? I guess every platform must think about how to create revenue as much as you can to create further development progress. I think we need to first look at how businesses are having a hard time keeping up with costs in the UK as they receive payment for their invoices 30 to 90 days later and this can really cost them in the long run, HSBC are no looking at ways to incorporate the invoice factoring with the blockchain. GENERAL RULES Rule 1: Bounty campaign will last until the end of the pre-sale, or until tokens are sold out.
Rule 2: Every participant must sign up using the google docs form and fill in their details stated.
Rule 3: Every participant must follow PCORE on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Additionally, must join PCORE telegram group, please do not leave until the end of the campaign.
Rule 4: PCORE reserves the right to make any adjustments on the reward amount, dependent on the number of applicants in each of the bounty campaigns.
Rule 5: Applications that have improper information will be disqualified without notice (i.e. multiple alts, scam and etc).
Rule 6: PLEASE double check your ERC-20 address that you submit on via the spreadsheet, this will not be able to change once registered on spreadsheet.
Rule 7: All work URL must be submitted on the spreadsheet. URL of work submitted on this thread will not be counted.
Rule 8: When bounty ends, you will have 7 days for any question/complaints.
Rule 9: You are able to request changes to update your weekly stake status within 7 days after each week’s review on above mentioned campaigns. We will not make any adjustments if the deadline is passed.
Rule 10: We count your activities in stakes and will generate the ration between stakes and coins in the final calculation. All final rewards will be in PCC tokens.

I think for many startups the funding can be an issue so they may not be able to develop a fully working product but some sort of demo version would suffice. However we cannot forget the actual reason for ICO is to help fund team to make project a reality.

I think diversifying your investments and keeping a keen eye for projects that implement cryto to real life business and use cases will have the greatest returns in the long run. Just like our team are working on to bring an invoice discounting platform for businesses and investors to not only make profit on coins but to also gain profit from real life businesses.

BTC and ETH will be the main crypto for the future but i dont see why other creative and value driven cryptos will not do well.

I think the more bitcoin can get into mainstream media the more the price will soar up, additionally we need real use cases for BTC in today's industries. So the more we start implementing BTC and the blockchain in businesses, the faster we will see improvements in the market.

I think if it makes the community feel more secure to not have to do KYC, then project managers and developers must look for other means of protecting themselves from cheaters and scammers. I will personally take note of the information from this thread for our upcoming bounty.

As we all saw in 2017 the hype and main stream media on crypto is what helped ICO's to have that rise in popularity, however a lot of ICO scams took advantage of this and some what ruined the perspective of an initial coin offering. A lot of honest hard working people who really can have great input and bring real life use cases of the blockchain to various industries have been effected. But times are changing slowly and the future looks bright in my eyes.

Every investors knows the risks when trading crypto and are in it for the huge gains as the marketplace is so volatile, but when prices drop they can loose money but i have never heard of anyone getting bankrupt from this.
