The goal is to allow purchases via credit cards and in real-time making it easy to participate in the system. Allowing users to withdraw profits in fiat will also facilitate usability. That feature will not be available for the first release but will certainly be added later in the development process. А из-за того что лимитов никто не ставит на количество участников потом всем по 5 баксов за социалку выйдет. Мы закроем кампанию социальных сетей при достижении определенного числа участников, так же как делают многие другие. |

Having read the white paper, I can visualize its usage in the food and catering industry however how does it work in say the construction or entertainment industry?
Great question. The ability to do in-person tasks is one of our favorite features of the platform. Pretty much any type of in-person task can be run through the platform. To use construction as an example, you could hire as many people as your budget allows to build something for you. You will be able to have them either scan a QR code at the beginning and end of the task, or require them to be in a certain GPS range for a certain time. The same goes for the entertainment industry. If you want 10,000 people to show up for a concert, you can put that task out there, accept applicants, and run either the QR code or GPS examples in order to verify they were there. You will also have the option either to automatically release payment or determine individually whether or not the task doers completed the task to your standards. |

The stakes will be counted from the moment each user submits the participation form
and is approved. After their approval, participants must keep the signature (as well as the avatar if they choose to wear it) until the end of campaign. Random checks will be made on a regular basis to make sure you are using our signature all the time (as well as an avatar if you choose to wear it).
Those who are found to have changed their signatures will get immediately disqualified. Using any other company’s avatar or personal text with a Latium signature is prohibited.
Pay special attention to the fact that the campaign ends exactly when the Token Sale finishes - even if that happens before schedule in case of reaching the full cap.
Each campaign member should make at least 10 publications per week (5 publications on the first 16-20 October week since there are only 5 days) on Bitcointalk outside Latium ANN thread during their participation in campaign. All posts must be made in “Alternate Cryptocurrencies” or “Trading Discussion” sections of the forum. Posts in the off-topic threads will not get counted and spamming and trolling of all kinds will simply get the participant disqualified.
If the member acquires a new rank, they should change the signature accordingly.
After the Token Sale has ended, the entire LATX bounty pool is to be redistributed among all campaign members considering the number of stakes each member has.
Multiple account registration is forbidden. Checks will be made during the process
and multiple account will be delisted.

I am confused now (another LAT ICO) what's happen to the old LAT cryptocurrency and I see that hte price of the LAT in exchange is match more lower than the ICO price ? So what's going on ?
That section was basically a pre-sale token sale. Based on advice from our advisors and participants in the pre-sale, we felt that creating a larger supply of tokens was beneficial to all parties involved. This makes the amount of LATX you get per ETH more. There will be an option to transfer your LAT tokens to the new LATX token very soon. During that you will receive 11 LATX per 1 LAT that you transfer. try to recalculate ... first you promised 100LAT per Etherium then you promised 2000LATX per etherium but you only appreciate 11LATX per LAT  ? is not it worth the minimum value you give it 20LATX per LAT ? During the initial phase of the sale it was 100 LAT per ETH. We then gave all those who purchased LAT a 100% bonus which basically made it 200 LAT per ETH. We are offering 11 LATX per 1 LAT which is the same as offering 2,200 LATX per ETH. So if you are a holder of LAT and transfer to LATX then you get a better deal than what will be offered in the general sale. |

2000 LATX = 1 ETH is simply the ratio of LATX to ETH which will be available during the general sale of LATX. |
