61  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: New SCAMMER kleineaap on: April 23, 2017, 11:45:41 PM
Hahahah

Well, you lousy scammer.

It's sad to see how people will scam for 0.012 BTC which is $15.

It's almost like a competition these days, who is able to scam the least out of all of them.
62  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex or Bittrex on: April 23, 2017, 11:25:08 PM
I don't trust Bittrex because they accept bribes to list coins (like cryptsy and mintpal).

A lot of Bittrex coins ended up worthless and have been delisted.

Poloniex has a better interface and I trust the team behind the website more than Bittrex.

Well, it's not bribes per se.

IT's just a fee to be listed, and I mean it makes sense - the more money you have, technically your coin has more investors and therefore you are proving that your coin is legit, right?

But yes,Polo has a much better interface and it has much more volume. But bittrex deposits and withdrawals are so much faster!
63  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is winning the Race - Bitcoin or Paypal? on: April 23, 2017, 11:23:54 PM
As an online payment platform, Bitcoin appears to have all the advantages over Paypal, making it hot for the online gambling world too.

Read more: https://bitcoincasinos.reviews/bitcoin-is-winning-the-popularity-race-against-paypal/

The thing is that paypal doesn't really support online gambling.

If you were a gambler and you wanted to get to some casino online to play, you'll never find one that accepts Paypal. Okay, maybe just a few that accepts paypal but the rest accepts skrill or neteller.

But bitcoin, it's anonyomus. You don't nee to go through the verification process with skrill or neteller with bitcoin.
64  Other / Archival / Re: Selling accounts with tokens from sites Bongacams and chaturbate and others .... on: April 23, 2017, 11:01:15 PM
I've been asked to give feedback on this seller.

He is legit, I have bought some tokens from him and worked.

Thank you!
65  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What Happened with BTC fork? on: April 23, 2017, 10:41:20 PM
After the complete of the fork in the bitcoin I didn't heard anything from the official announcement that bitcoin has splitted or will split into BTU .

what your thinking guys , Because I didn't heard anything from the people in my network about the BTU birth .

It might happen, it might not.

Nobody knows, there isn't gonig to be an exact date for the fork to happen, but if it was to happen then it's probably going to happen very soon.

Don't stress too much about it, as long as you control your own keys you're fine
66  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you kill your own children if God commanded you to? on: April 23, 2017, 10:37:55 PM
Would you kill your own children if God commanded you to?
A perfectly valid legit question.

Please no attempts to derail the thread with nonsense like "God would never say that" or "God would never change the rules with murder" etc....

Of course I would.

Only if i'm certain that the god is legitimate, and not someone random posing as god.

If God controls everything there must be a meaning of his command.

Obviously, it's sad to see yoru children go but again, it's what has created you said.
67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: [tradesatoshi.com] down? / offline?? / stole my shitcoins? / or just tech issue on: April 21, 2017, 07:04:59 AM

Yep, it is online now.

Did they not send a notification for the downtime? They should have if they didn't. Undecided
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tether/USDT Security on: April 21, 2017, 07:00:20 AM
The market cap of Tether is around an all-time high, ~ $35 million, #11 overall, and probably will keep increasing. I know there are issues in that it is backed by USD, so they have to maintain physical security, etc.

But what maintains the security of the USDT network, hacking attempts, and so forth? I do not think there is mining like bitcoin mining. Tether layers on top of the bitcoin network using the omni protocol, but does that mean the security can somehow be piggybacked on bitcoin security? Or does it have to do with the number of users on tether, as more ppl use it, the security increases?

It's owned by Bitfinex.

So right now it's not safe to use.

If Bitfinex is able to clear its name then maybe. Maybe USDT will become safe to use again but right now that isn't the case yet. If you are looking for a payment processor for USD, look into BitUSD, or even centralised alternatives like perfectmoney which is irreversible or Advcash.
69  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How do you feel about the death penalty? on: April 21, 2017, 02:23:54 AM
It obviously costs a lot to keep them on death row... So people who say it is cheaper to sentence people to death than to put them in prison for life, it's true but doesn't make that much of a difference. Also if you take into account how expensive the equipment to execute plus the chemicals for lethal injection cost.

And by the time they are about to get executed, most of them already changed into a completely new person.

I feel like the death penalty is definitely unnecessary.
70  Economy / Economics / Re: The fiat-money bubble! on: April 21, 2017, 02:18:09 AM
Fiat money is definitely a bubble.

Its value is heavily manipulated by the financial regulators, the federal reserve bank and many other central banks around the world. It's a disaster if you look at how much countries sell their currency to drive their currency value down, so that they can export more.

The result is of course, an inflated dollar.

But the US can't go into debt forever, nor can China manipulate their Yuan forever. The bubble is bursting anytime.

72  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If money would not be a problem, would you still gamble? on: April 21, 2017, 02:01:43 AM
I am just wondering if you still would gamble if you would have enough money? I mean, now as it is, do you gamble for the fun or for the profit?

I wouldn't.

because if you don't have a sense of urgency and a sense of potential loss, then gambling isn't fun.

When you have unlimited money, I doubt anything is fun anymore in this world. You have no pursuits because all pursuits in the end are mostly for monetary purposes, your life is limited to reading a few books, playing games and playing sports.
73  Other / Off-topic / Re: 7 Ways I Would Spend $10 Million Dollars: What About You? on: April 21, 2017, 01:57:19 AM
I'm really surprised at how little you can buy an ocean view home.

Because honestly in my city it's like 2 million USD for a normal house and more than 750,000 USD for a two bed apartment.

I would at least buy $2 million dollars worth of bitcoins, buy whatever cars I want, whatever house I want, save some money in the bank, invest some in startups, and maybe start my own business.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin making guides on: April 21, 2017, 01:53:23 AM
This is very nice, I'm sure a lot of people will benefit from your compiled list because it is so complete.

But it's not all about creating the coin, it's about promoting as well.

You should add more about promoting and selling the actual altcoin. You want people to start using your coin.

Anyways, it's a great list, love it!
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitshares vs Waves Platform on: April 21, 2017, 01:48:16 AM
I've only used Bitshares.

And it's pretty nice, if you issue an asset you can short it.

I also hold a lot of assets, like BitUSD and BitCNY. You even get a pretty nice annualised interest on your balance. ANd better yet, you can settle it anytime, or trade it for Bitshares. Bitshares price is actually pretty stable at this moment.
76  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ParaDice.io - SCAM / NOT PAYING on: April 21, 2017, 01:35:17 AM
The story from the website's admin doesnt quite check out, the admin says the user usually claims from the faucet and make a x100 bet with his accounts, 0.00000500x100= 0.005BTC, OP has much more than that

because admin is cheater and scammer.
I have proof that i use autobet with x1.10 this is not x100
please see video

Admin accussed you of abusing faucet by claiming it and doing 100x rolls, he never said anything about your betting habits.

Your video already shows you at 0.0083 which means that it doesn't make a difference at all to your case.

I have sent a message to the owner requesting proof of said multiple accounts and faucet abuse. If his claims are true then ill review my trust against his casino.

I do find it odd that a new casino would try to damage their reputation over some pennies. Lets see what proof is provided.

Also in response to an earlier comment, why would I tag the OP? The scam accusations section is filled with false claims and i feel there are no penalties or not enough penalties for users making false claims. If this casino proves the OP is a scammer himself there will be some new paint issued

Also i post link with video proof..
that my 1 acc use autobet and win.
500sat is very low for winning because i deposited 0.0033btc.
he does not have proof.

He has logs of IP probably, and if he can provide that proof to yahoo then he can clear his name.
77  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Game of Thrones - Who will rule? Odds and betting discussion on: April 21, 2017, 01:33:37 AM
Never knew that you could bet on a TV show.

Oh well, as the people above me said people bet on WWE... But then betting on a TV show is just a whole other matter.

The odds certainly look good though.

Yeah, gambling games are getting weirder and weirder each day. People now want to bet on something that is already predetermined which is impossible to be a gambling game. It's like they are betting on what would be the answer to 1+1? That's getting stupid really. If this was true then for suer George RR Martin will be rich-er!

No actually...

Insider betting is strictly prohibited on most gambling events. So the athletes on WWE and the actors are forbidden to bet, although that may not be the case, after all they can avoid detection easily.

However, it is determined, but just not publicly known.

For example, the ETF decision, it was probably already determined a long time ago, just never publicly announced.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why doesn't North Korea open up a bitcoin exchange? on: April 21, 2017, 01:32:06 AM
Unfortunately, under socialism, the majority of north koreans don't enjoy modern luxuries like electricity.

That could make north koreans using bitcoin or their own crypto currency, difficult.

They might be able to develop their own crypto currency, using an abacus or something but somehow I don't think that would work.

Yeah, exactly.

Hard to implement when there are so many people lacking basic access to internet.

When you have internet, you can go anywhere. But obviously Kim Jung Un doesn't want that to happen. Doubt he will ever invent something that will allow average Joes to trade across borders.
79  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is more risky. Sport or casino bets ? on: April 21, 2017, 01:21:09 AM
hello,

What is your opinion bout this.

If for example one match of basketball game ratio is 1.05, so it means it's 95% to win.  VS casino game like dice which is also 95% chance to win.
Which one is more risky ?

Sportsbooks often have higher spreads meaning that if there is a team that has 90% chance to win often they will only give you odds along the lines of 1.05x or even 1.01, 1.02x. This is because the business they are running is highly volatile, and if they get the odds slightly wrong it can lead to losses on their end.

And also we never knowwhether sports are rigged or not.

So I'd go with sports being more risky, but if you are an experienced tipster that's not the case. Casino is pure luck.
