Need use tags: blockchain, cryptocurrency.

If you are on Steemit, ask the author of the post to use those hashtags Wink

Next week big update on the way! XST want to stay on bittrex exchange!

Let's see it would be helpful for XST to keep get listed on bittrex or not. After a long silence into this thread now we are frustrated after this decision. I took brave decision to buy this coin with hope to get trade on blocknet.

Don`t worry. XST will be on BLOCK`s DX and you can trade it not only against BTC but also against any coin listed on that exchange.

Crypto land has recently drew a lot of new people. StealthCoin is no exception. More and more newcomers are asking how to stake XST. So I decided to make a StealthCoin`s staking related FAQ:

1) How to mine StealthCoin?
StealthCoin is a PoS coin. This means that you cannot mine StealthCoin. Instead you can stake it and earn new coins.

2) What is staking?
Staking is the "mining" for PoS coins. POS (Proof-of-stake) is a type of algorithm by which a cryptocurrency blockchain network aims to achieve distributed consensus. Unlike proof-of-work (PoW) based cryptocurrencies (such as bitcoin), where the algorithm rewards participants who solve complicated cryptographical puzzles in order to validate transactions and create new blocks (i.e. mining), in PoS-based cryptocurrencies the creator of the next block is chosen in a deterministic (pseudo-random) way.

3) What is the advantage of staking?
Proof of Work relies on energy use. Proof of Stake currencies can be several thousand times more cost effective.

4) How to stake StealthCoin?
Staking starts with storing your coins in your wallet. Follow these steps to stake StealthCoin:
   1)   Transfer your StealthCoins from an exchange to your wallet (StealthClient).
   2)   After 3 days from putting coins in the StealthClient your coins reach "maturity" (coin age) and are ready to stake.
   3)    Open your StealthClient.
   4)   Click on the little lock on the right bottom of your StealthClient.
   5)   A window will pop up where you have to enter your wallet passphrase.
   6)   After entering the passphrase, click on OK button.
   7)   The wallet is ready to begin staking.

5) When does my wallet begin to stake?
Your wallet will begin to stake at least 3 days after you put your coins in it.

6) How many coins can I earn by staking StealthCoin?
You can earn approximately 20% annually of the total amount of coins that you stake.

Is staking possible with encrypted wallet?
Do I have to let it stay open for staking?

Encryption is necessary for the safety of your wallet. Sure, staking can be done with an encrypted wallet but don`t forget to unlock it in order to stake.

Yes, you have to open it to stake. Staking begins 3 days after the coins are placed in the wallet. Happy staking!

when did pos start for this coin? wallet have to remain open or will i gain just from owning?

Staking begins 3 days after you put your coins in your wallet.

Yes, your wallet needs to be open to stake. Don`t forget to unlock wallet for staking.
68  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [Unofficial] Exodus Wallet | Multi-Currency | Built-in Exchange on: June 13, 2017, 11:27:24 AM
Can a user mine directly to Exodus?

for some reason Jaxx says do not mine directly to their wallet (which I really do not understand - are they saying don't use addresses with large numbers of transactions?)

thanks in advance.

You can`t mine with Exodus.

To mine coins you need full nodes. Exodus and Jaxx are light wallets and thus do not mine.

And...we have some adoption.

A visionary dual-chain design from Duality Solutions is to leverage Blocknet infrastructure for a health data BaaS called "NoID."

Welcome Dual-chain!

I`m looking forward when in the nearest future some mega multinational company adopts BLOCKNET  Cool

71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BRK] Breakout Chain | Coin Sale Complete | Multicurrencies | Gaming + eSports on: June 08, 2017, 02:58:02 PM
Can anyone explain BRX to me, i know that it has a fixed supply unlike BRK, but what does it mean that it "stakes BRK". What is the function behind it?

Currently it trades a bit higher than BRK

BRX is used to generate new BRK coins. So when you have BRX in your wallet and stake the wallet, you earn BRK coins. Annual return of staking is 5%. If I remember well, your wallet begins to stake around 2 weeks after BRX are placed in the wallet.

Ok so if I have 10000 BRX i get 500 BRK each year if i keep them in the official wallet? That makes sense why it's priced higher then.

I do not exactly remember how the staking % is calculted with BRK/BRX. Better join their slack and ask there. I remember that BRK has 5% inflation per anum. But I cannot tell you how many BRK you can earn with 10 000 BRX.

Hi does this coin tumble or mix? Like monero does so you cant see the source...

Are you able to track the source payment?

Hi.

XST does not mix coins. It uses Tor to hide the origin of payment. So it is as anonymous as Tor is. All P2P communication is through Tor network.

As for the masking of the payment destination, he/she is masked with both Tor and stealthaddresses.

Also note that XST`s Tor network excludes exit nodes. It only uses middle nodes and bridges which give more anonymity and security to XST.

If Hondo agree I can start pump to 10k.
When you start pumping this shit ? I have 200k for dump .

So Bob Marley does not want XST anymore?  Cheesy
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BLOCKNET to the moon , 50 $ or 100 $ ? on: June 02, 2017, 07:16:29 AM
Hi ,
I have followed this project for a longtime. I think it is very interesting. very potential project.
Now blocknet is only 4 $/ 1. It will increase very fast.
Still undervalue now. We should buy and hold.
Do you think it can be 50 $ or 100 $ in oneday ?

Read the OP of Blocknet. In 2-3 years 1 BLOCK will easily reach $100.

Blocknet is a game changer. It connects all the coins and tokens in existence to each other. Its potential is simply enormous in digital era.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Blocknet] truly decentralized exchange | token ecosystem infrastructure on: June 01, 2017, 12:27:24 PM
Yup, the number of BLOCK tokens on Bittex is reducing day after day. 2 weeks ago there were 120k tokens, today only 97k.

In couple days will make translation of sixarp's article.

Cheers!

Good job Trollollo!
