Do you accept escrow, and how does the back look?
62  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Why should I grade my 2012 and 2013 Casascius coins and where? on: February 09, 2020, 08:50:34 PM
Honestly the reason to grade coins is for the slabs.

Most grading is done is the US. ICG is out in Florida, while the other less recommended grading company is ANACs in Colorado.

If you do grading, it would be wise to hand deliver the coins to whichever grading company you choose.

Also recommend pictures of the coins as if they are brass they would be worth lower than the silvers, or gilt silvers.

65  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [PREANN] Gearing Bitcoin coin set. 5oz on: December 31, 2019, 04:35:36 PM
Seems pretty similar to an unreleased Coinographic coin....
I did buy the original coinographic design from the artist that made it. I had also worked with some people to make a deal to have CI to make it.

69  Economy / Collectibles / Re: TGBEX Physical Bitcoin loaded with 1BTC, coin #20 on: October 19, 2019, 12:37:39 AM
I have well and truly never heard of TGBEX in my whole life, let alone any coins they've made.

Who are they? When was this created? Maybe I haven't been paying much attention.

Considering the track record of physical coin makers I'd need some fairly compelling stuff to give this the time of day.
They've been around for 5 years, just haven't done anything in the last 2-3.

70  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Who does physical Bitcoin grading in Australia? on: October 06, 2019, 06:11:12 PM
Only two coin grading players that we usually see are both ANACs (Colorado, USA) and ICG (Florida, USA).

I don't believe any other coin graders (PCGS or NGC) currently accept crypto coins.

72  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTK] What is the current value of satori coin roll (Final batch of coin) on: October 01, 2019, 12:05:28 AM
Auction it, and let it go for at least 4 weeks so I can request off from work to make sure I can be around for the end time.

Fair enough. Based on some previous auction here. The last satori roll sold in auction was only less than 0.05BTC more or less. If that's the case then I will just keep them. The manufacturer of satori was already stop their operation. So I'm assuming that this coin is a limited edition and have high value compared to the last auction price.

In your opinion is there still a chance that the price will inflate in the future?

No.... will only go down in the future...   premiums will shrink as the value of BTC goes up....
So this is a bad investment? I bought this to my colleague of mine for 0.07BTC when BTC price is 6k. Can we discuss in PM? I need some advice if it's ok to you.
I think the only way it would be worth more than now, is if the super rich start hoarding all of the collectibles... But that'd be like the super future.
