as jl777 stated, the crossbuild must be compiled on debian 8. It will compile on ubuntu too but lead to high cpu usage on windows host [fig.2] due to pthread bug. I initially built it on ubuntu but was pointed to the pthread bug by radix42. We are testing the windows builds and will provide them for public very soon. An additional windows GUI wallet (like the above OSX Wallet) is in work.

On OSX it was slightly different to get clean (backwards compatible) release build. After putting all deps together via the package depends we have 10.9.X - 10.12.X compatible OSX binaries for komodod/komodo-cli. We currently are working on native android support for Iguana (SuperNET "client"). Based on this Iguana android version we are developing a mobile graphical wallet for usage on android smartphones/tablets (>v5.0).

Please always check sha256 checksum and DO NOT download from other sources than https://github.com/ca333/ or the official SuperNET website/git.

Information: The wallets i provide are an alternative to our Iguana App. They are native coind wallets which mean they run a full komodo-node and sync the whole komodo blockchain. For inquiries please reply, come to the slack or PM. (http://slackinvite.supernet.org/)

short update:
indeed very busy with lots of developments. ceal tokens layer is (with special thanks to jl777) already technical implemented in the assetchains of komodo. becoming a element of the supernet and supernet vision is probably the best thing what could happen to this project. not only the available expertise, resources and infrastructure but also the community and friends it offers makes is something very special. in term of ceal layers development i finished the biggest work for the ceal network layers end already end november/december then switched to full mode in komodo. we have a new prof. developer @ave who is accountable for core development of ceal and currently adding redesigned blockheader schematic to layer 1. he introduced in the slack and is very credible and talented. For additional information join our slack or PM me anytime. also the other team members (@kwest, @jamal and @ave) will be very happy to communicate with you.
for those who are waiting for bounty payouts, please allow ~2 weeks for providing a release wallet and ability to send/receive the tokens.

The ceal-tokens layer (n° 4 of 4) is finished. Blockchain is online. Now in preparation of the wallet applications and modification of the blockchain-explorer. Estimated to roll out wallets for public access in few days. ICO going to restart @ a later point of time to let some time for the users to get to know about this. The whole announcement is updated before release. Also a organizational/personnel change/shift will take place.

Correct, round #1 was the first run. Everybody who invested before we made the update get the 48% bonus. The exact dates get set when we release the token-layer (like aforementioned: this month).

We informed all supporters that we are temporary halting the crowdfund campaign. Each supporters can choose between refund or keeping funds in escrow plus bonus on ico-relaunch. The ico relaunch will take place on release of layer #4 token network. We changed the timeframe to 6 weeks total funding-campaign starting in november (this month). Bonus rewards are:
1 week   33% bonus
1 week   20% bonus
2 weeks 12% bonus
2 weeks regular

*early supporter from round #1 get additional 15% if they keep backup-amount in escrow.


We came to the conclusion that this step is the best for this project and its ecosystem and to proof technical competence on our side.

I fully understand your point. But to distribute 10% of total coin supply upon this small group of people and for the value of the funded amount brings no benefit to the project and marketsituation. We do of course respect the early supporter, who like you say, believed in us from the first moment. This people will get a special reward for this like I did explain in my previous answer to have a exclusive benefit.

Hi buwaytress, if we do not make better progress with the funded amount in the next days we are probably going to relaunch the crowdfund campaign in the next 2-3 weeks together with a layer-4 release and more development progress to present to the supporters. It would not make much sense to harm the ecosystem and potential of this project by distributing the tokens upon just few people. We have been reconsidering this the whole last 2 weeks and came to the conclusion to better do it more well-planned. Our team also thought over the early-adopters bonus, which was redesigned completely for a possible restart.. I hope my answer helps you.

That is a question we would discuss with the persons who did back this project. If there is a case where a refund is better for the ecosystem and where a relaunch together with prerelease brings more interest to the community then we will follow the advice of our community.

absolutely not. collaborations like this one are essential for the survivor, evolution and integration of decentralized and blockchain-based technologies. Cooperations in the field of cryptocurrencies are not seen this often but in my opinion only have benefits. For example think about the efficient sharing of knowledge, the huge resources and community-members of both projects, and so on and son. As aforementioned in the posts above: it is the best.

In the last years i was involved in a few scientifc projects. I like pentesting software and network services. Few days ago i did a security audit and source-code review for james and the superNET-org and we discussed many topics and potential enhancements in the general field of crypto-security. I proposed a novel solution which we are now working on. I do not want to reveal more than necesary. So far we are the first and only project to use this technic for the usage with cryptocurrencies. It will ease the usage and provide top level security for the average user with no IT-knowledge.

the design did not left space for a bottleneck. as aforementioned we do NOT store data (in the sense of images, texts, and so on) in the blockchain. we store data (in the sense of content) in the layer 2-3 of the cealNET. the blockchain layer (#1) is solely used for registration/authentication. To your question if our platform will scale: I think so, but only time will show us. The dht concept will distribute the content-resources steady to every dht-node (data include content-information itself and profile infos. These data is produced on a very slow volume. The registration database exists on every node (blockchain scheme) with just ~hundred bytes per user.
This reg-database will grow once we reach million of users but will never be comparable to the bitcoin tx-db. We have some plans for future enhacements (lightweight client, not in need to load complete reg-db, and so on and so on).


Swarm members in the bittorrent network know each ONLY by IP and this is good so. This bittorrent layer provides NO track/trail of the username. Content which is stored in the network never is related to the network alias. For example look at the DHT network: Normally each user is identified via IDx which reveals a users IP, port and even online-presence because it contains the hashed username. Instead we simply hash the IP and port of a user and use this information hash(ip,port) as the unique node-identifier.

Humans not only use facebook, or only instagram. No - they use it all. I like competetive projects and how competetion can motivate each. But i think we can all coexist. Learn from each other - and make it hard for the "controllers" to quiten us and shut us down. TOGETHER, as a collective we can reach anything.

no, they have all absolutely different architectures. MAIN-platform (most user) of steem (steemit) is fully centralized and not anonymous. The architecture is indeed decentralized like the steem-devs explain and not to be censored. They are all great proejcts. But different motivations, goals, use-cases..  But again, we are comparing apples with cheesecake. Our main goal is clearly anarchistic meriocracy.
It is like facebook, twitter, blogger. They have many things in common (technically). But they are all totaly different.

I do not see where the problem is, but will answer to the best of my belief. We showed trustworthiness in multiple ways. Funds are being transfered automatically on treshold. But additionally we manually initialise the transfer daily (mostly multiple times daily). As the funds are being held in escrow, i see no negative interpretation-room or reasons to allege us of self-investing for bonus (inside trading). It is also pretty unfair. Anyway - bonus-timeframe is finished, if you check my post from yesterday. We have currently ~12 BTC on escrow and some other BTC which were transfered within the bonus-timeframe (provably) but not signed correctly yet. So this is why kwest said it is not up to date yet. Those will be transfered at valid confirmation. All should be clear now drays.
