Scam BK. I made several bets on this site. While I was loosing my money - everything was ok. After several wins my account was blocked and I get such letter from them: Your account is blocked while we conduct a betting integrity investigation. Please note that this process can take up to 6 months. To uphold high-security standards we kindly request you to send in documents to validate your identity. These security checks have to be done to guarantee the right level of security for both parties involved. As a part of this security check, we kindly ask you to respond to this e-mail enclosing the following documents.
1) Verify your identity
Provide a digital photograph or scanned colour copy of your government–issued international travel passport that clearly displays:
-Document number, your full name and date of birth.
-No black/blurred portions (all details must be in focus)
-All four corners of the document (ie. no cropping)
-Expiry date that has not passed
2) Verify your address
Provide one digital photograph of a paper utility bill that has been received through the post clearly displaying:
-Your name and address
-An issue date within the last 3 months
-All four corners of the bill/statement (i.e. no cropping)
Acceptable utility bill statements include landline phone (mobile bills are not acceptable), heating, water, electricity, and municipal government correspondence where address and name are shown is also accepted. eg. a letter from your local tax office, police or registry office.
3) A photograph of yourself holding your identification document, as well as a piece of paper that says "Cloudbet" with today's date on it.
Please ensure the photograph is not blurry and clearly shows both documents. They are going to "check" my photos and bet history (30 bets) for 6 months)) I will post their messages and final decision here to prevent other players from registering on this scam site. I dont mind to send them my photos but Im sure it wouldnt help and my money is already stolen. My email registered on cloudbet is talalykin.max@gmail.com. There were 0.035 BTC on my account. Writing this post, I hope cloudbet will lose much more money because of the players who will not register on their scam site. An investigation for 6 months? For what? If you need to investigate something, then it will be done in few days. If there is something that needs to be investigated, then this will be your license. ^We have always said the same thing, this place is a place that pays 6 million dollars to Watford as sponsorship, how do people expect that they wouldn't pay their few coins? I mean you could play 1 bitcoin and win another 1 bitcoin and that would be still small for sportsbet.io, people are forgetting how rich this place actually is. They are actually one of the biggest sportsbooks you could see and if you are not getting paid by them that means there has to be something wrong.
I am not going to lie I do not win that much and when I do end up winning I usually do not withdraw and continue to play with the wins until I loses, so I can't say I withdrew too many times, but whenever I did, it was in my account under 1 hour, they even pay a ton of fee so you can receive your money quickly.

My experience with Sportsbet.io has been positive. Signature campaign payouts are always there, and I've been betting from time to time on their website with no issues. It seems irrational to me that a reputable website would scam someone. Clearly, it is not in their interest to lose reputation, customers and profits. And Sportsbet.io is ready to return the deposit (minus withdrawals) to the person who claims he was scammed. I understand why Sportsbet.io would not share how they linked the accounts as making this info public would help abusers to find new ways of breaking the rules.
It's a difficult case for sure, but it's not clear to me why neymarjr12 refuses to provide the address for the return of the deposit at least.
I also support the idea of buwaytress about using the reputable third party to close the case.

I have been always a member of Sportsbet.io site long before I joined their signature campaign and I never had any problems with them.The payout always come out almost instantly with a max wait time 2-10 minutes.It looks like a lot of fake accounts are trying to bash on Sportsbet.io reputation.I think that a company which has paid out millions of dollars during these last years will not risk their reputation for small amounts.
I think these persons are either scammers either they have failed the KYC requirements.

The whole idea of this shadowy construction from Sportsbet.io is that they always defend themselves by saying they sponsor Watford. And then you get nonsense stories like "We sponsor Watford" and have a good reputation? Watford's sponsorship is a great cover for illegal operations, which I cannot provide more clarity about in public.

What I was saying that is good with sportsbet is the fact that even a cheater gets his main money back, which is really cool of them to do. I believe nobody cheated on Sportsbet.io I read a few weeks ago the story about somebody who win big money. Then sportsbet.io accused him of manipulating the slots. this is IMPOSSIBLE. The software can never be manipulated, as this is professional software from distributors and is 100% reliable. The victims did not cheat Sportsbet. Sportsbet.io i just trying to find excuses not to payout and close accounts. The scam goes on and on, day in day out. As I already mentioned before: Google "Sportsbet.io scam" and you will see enough evidence. The license issuer from mbet Solutions is also forced to save all the documentation (in case sportsbet.io refuses to reveal it) so victims have the right to retrieve all the information regarding this.
