Scam BK. I made several bets on this site. While I was loosing my money - everything was ok. After several wins my account was blocked and I get such letter from them:

Your account is blocked while we conduct a betting integrity investigation. Please note that this process can take up to 6 months.

To uphold high-security standards we kindly request you to send in documents to validate your identity. These security checks have to be done to guarantee the right level of security for both parties involved.

As a part of this security check, we kindly ask you to respond to this e-mail enclosing the following documents.

1) Verify your identity
Provide a digital photograph or scanned colour copy of your government–issued international travel passport that clearly displays:
-Document number, your full name and date of birth.
-No black/blurred portions (all details must be in focus)
-All four corners of the document (ie. no cropping)
-Expiry date that has not passed

2) Verify your address
Provide one digital photograph of a paper utility bill that has been received through the post clearly displaying:
-Your name and address
-An issue date within the last 3 months
-All four corners of the bill/statement (i.e. no cropping)

Acceptable utility bill statements include landline phone (mobile bills are not acceptable), heating, water, electricity, and municipal government correspondence where address and name are shown is also accepted. eg. a letter from your local tax office, police or registry office.

3) A photograph of yourself holding your identification document, as well as a piece of paper that says "Cloudbet" with today's date on it.
Please ensure the photograph is not blurry and clearly shows both documents.

They are going to "check" my photos and bet history (30 bets) for 6 months)) I will post their messages and final decision here to prevent other players from registering on this scam site. I dont mind to send them my photos but Im sure it wouldnt help and my money is already stolen. My email registered on cloudbet is talalykin.max@gmail.com. There were 0.035 BTC on my account. Writing this post, I hope cloudbet will lose much more money because of the players who will not register on their scam site.

An investigation for 6 months? For what?
If you need to investigate something, then it will be done in few days.
If there is something that needs to be investigated, then this will be your license.

@gosha@e-coin, You're right, internal investigations mostly take a couple of days at most, depending on the case. A betting integrity investigation is not an internal one conducted solely by our investigations team, therefore we have to work with timescales provided to us by other parties.

A betting integrity investigation is conducted by such third parties, their job is to identify and reduce the risks to betting and sports being corrupted. This includes; players betting on their own sports, event manipulation for betting purposes (cheating), corrupt approaches, misuse of inside information and much more.

Investigations of the sort are not conducted by Cloudbet, our duty is to comply with these requests. Once the investigation is concluded and we are able to release the funds, if the event has not been deemed as fixed, we do so right away and inform the player.

I've looked into this for you with the Support team, and I can see that the bet has been settled correctly as a win. Unfortunately, at times the system grades bets incorrectly, but as it's automatic, we must wait for the assistance of the Sports team in such cases for the manual settlements.

We are completely aware of the frustration it might cause when a bet becomes settled but is not correct, however, all of these bets will be thoroughly looked into, graded accurately in line with our Sportsbook rules and according to the official confirmation of the results.

Phone number confirmation is a standard account verification process that most of our players do, this is sometimes requested to be completed by our player safety team prior to withdrawals being processed. Completing the phone verification also grants you access to a wide range of our promotions.

I sent the documents, but you can try holding two documents at once, making your face visible and making sure the small letters are also visible.

How long the process will take? Another 24 hours?

Edit: Also nothing had stopped you when I deposited the money, you only require verification to withdraw in hopes that you can claim funds.

Support ensured me there are no problem with the transaction and it will be sent as soon as possible. Now after such delay, you just prolong the whole process by asking for verification, when you could have done that as soon as I requested withdraw.

I totally get that it can be hard to take a photo holding two documents, most cameras have a timer which is what we recommend doing.

Of all that I have read so far here on this gambling site, it seems not to be recommended.
I wonder why gambling sites don't just pay out if a customer wins.  In total they will always have profit in the long run.
I am absolutely not a fan of bonus programs. There are always snags or hidden stocks that gambling sites will rely on.

How long do you play at Cloudbet?

Are you agree with me that month ago the bonuses were automatically added to players. I contact support already month, 4 weeks, 8 times to add bonus EVERY TIME.

So tell me please - why do I have to waste my time to chat with them? I have about 1 hour to play and then I have to go to work.

But instead of this I have to talk to chat and then wait for bonus several hours! This is ridiculus! They have to give me 100% every time for compensation!

@jeremutalukan / @tashkent4G, I'm a little disappointed that you're creating accounts on BCT to hold conversations with yourself about the bonus automation, especially after I spoke to you here and agreed we will let you know when it's automated again so you can resume your normal activity.

I get that it's not ideal having to request for the bonus to be manually added, which I and the support team have confirmed is a temporary thing. If you do not want to speak to support, which takes less than 1 minute to add the bonus manually (I tried it myself), I suggest that you keep to our agreement above, rather than continue to post on this thread under different aliases.

@tashkent4G I play with Cloudbet 4 months cos I was with different bookie before

It's true around a month ago bonuses are added automatically but I tell support of this problem and they are always very helpful.

They basically say that when the bonus does not appear on dashboard not to worry, contact the support through chat and they will happily add it

To answer your question, my experiences with this small issue takes no longer than a minute. When it does, I have to be abit patient and it gets credited shortly after. It really doesn't take that much out of your day

Massive warning for Cloudbet players who use Ethereum.

Cloudbet is including TINY transcation fees on their ETH withdrawals, making your cash out permanently stuck in limbo with 0 confirmations for DAYS.

Support tells me to keep waiting around for their error to be resolved. No end in sight to the waiting.

Worst of all, they charge a high fee for the withdrawal, but then use a fraction of it when sending to save an extra buck or two.

AVOID this site.

So CloudBet now wanting me to wait around for a withdrawal that will never show up.  Angry

Of all that I have read so far here on this gambling site, it seems not to be recommended.
I wonder why gambling sites don't just pay out if a customer wins.  In total they will always have profit in the long run.
I am absolutely not a fan of bonus programs. There are always snags or hidden stocks that gambling sites will rely on.

so they do not pay out on bonus programs, so I came across such that they do not give ordinary deposits. that's for sure it's best not to mess with them. Sad Angry

I played with this bookmaker and I experienced difficulties in going through the verification of my residence address. they checked my documents for over a month and did not give me a specific reason why it took so long!

@bbc.reporter I had to manually search for the US elections odds but when I searched I found them, so where exactly were you looking because I can see all the options available at Cloudbet now. Also @Ronnie I’m accessing the site from my IPad, but the promotion page is unresponsive it doesn’t allow me to scroll down, however I’m able to access rest of the games and sports bet pages so do check this issue out.
