@ Sona, you should respond to everyones response immediately if you wanted to save your site.

then again I dont think you care much.

I think he cares but he lack the needed funds couples with the fact that his source of funds depends on buyers at ebay, i will suggest that he also make a thread to sell this item at goods section of this forum either might be faster.

I have been replying, Some people need to factor in timezone's when I am online its the middle of the night for most US customers, So they might have to wait a little longer for a reply but I always reply..

I thought about opening a thread to sell them here for BTC, Admitidly this would be quicker but then there is no protection for the buyer or myself through ebay everything is covered, Hence my reason for selling high priced items on ebay and not here on the forum.

Further to this there is the aspect of how to make the transaction safe. on the forum.. Would this require escrow. when I send 1000's worth of electronics to the buyer while someone holds the coins?

I will be buying 0.7 BTC on Monday morning from a contact on local bitcoin and start making payments out of this amount.

Leaving 1.2 BTC balance.. At lest this will show my efforts in resolving this situation.

Thanks

Prime

There is no good news, you gave money for a man to gamble, the man now lose.

this site is now listed as SCAM at rychallenge bitcointalk monitor:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1205533.0

I suggest you edit this post and take me out of the scam listing.. I am still in full communication with the members about my outstanding balance.  If anything here you are acting like a child. When someone says "I am sorting this out" you go and make a big post saying its a scam??

Your choice. You want to tar me with the same brush then go for it... But I feel you should clarify something.. If its was betting "like u say" then how was it a scam if i lost? would you go to the bookies and back a horse and if it looses call it a scam??? NO So make your mind up is this a scam or was this just simple betting gone wrong... Ill let you decided..

But here is what you have listed me as for the record

[Thread] SCAM: PrimeDime.net - man was gambling with people money, and eventually he lose. Scam

Not a scam.. A simple betting mistake... and I suggest you take me out this listing before I seek some legal advice.

I have had to deal with all kinds of questions, Threats, and other things..  Now for all my work to be called a simple scam is very disheartening

I see no reason for me to continue to conduct business here for anyone. After all the nasty accusation and downright obscured comments directed at me, As far I am not concerned you have tarnished my site by posting and all my hard work.

All members who have outstanding balance will be contacted in dew course for payment.

now only 255 SHA's left to decript SHA-256

Yes this is true. But like domino’s once one fall's its only a matter of time before the rest come crashing down.
67  Other / Off-topic / Crypto cadre cloud-cracks SHA-1 on: October 11, 2015, 04:28:02 PM
A crypto cadre has busted the SHA-1 security standard after using $US75,000 of cloud computing resources, handily undercutting conservative crypto cracking estimates and putting such an attack within reach of well-resourced groups.

The work brings forward the beginnings of the death knell for the widely-used hash function by two years. Security minds estimated SHA-1 should be retired in 2017 in-line with then estimated advances in compute capacity.

It was estimated in 2012 that such attacks would cost $173,000 to pull off by 2017.

The work paves the way for SHA-1 collision attacks and while impressive ought not to spark panic.

Crypto mind Bruce Schneier says SHA-1 is known to be theoretically broken and the research merely adds weight to the argument that support for it among browser barons should not be extended.

"This is not that unexpected," Schneier says .

"All the major browsers are planning to stop accepting SHA-1 signatures by 2017 [and] Microsoft is retiring it on that same schedule.

"What's news is that our previous estimates may be too conservative."

Faster compute power, tweaked attacks, and new attack vectors all add up to circumstances in which it is hard to predict the end of life for crypto standards.

The cracking work was performed by researchers Marc Stevens of the Dutch research institute Centrum Wiskunde and Informatica with Pierre Karpman and Thomas Peyrin from Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University.

The trio describes their work in in the paper Freestart collision for full SHA-1 [PDF] and in a dedicated website bearing the tongue-in-cheek title The SHAppening.

The team writes that the freestart collision targeting the SHA-1 internal compression function is "the first practical break of the full SHA-1, reaching all 80 out of 80 steps".

It took 10 days for the researchers' Amazon-powered 64-GPU cluster, dubbed The Kraken, to pull off the attack. Here's how the researchers explain their efforts:

"Freestart collisions, like the one presented here, do not directly imply a collision for SHA-1. However, this work is an important milestone towards an actual SHA-1 collision and it further shows how graphics cards can be used very efficiently for these kind of attacks.

We therefore recommend the industry, in particular internet browser vendors and Certification Authorities, to retract SHA-1 soon. We hope the industry has learned from the events surrounding the cryptanalytic breaks of MD5 and will retract SHA-1 before example signature forgeries appear in the near future."

The researchers call on the tech industry to reject a proposal to extend the issuance of SHA-1 certificates by a year due to alleged difficulties in switch over to SHA-3.

The work, like most research, builds on the shoulders of others; the team credits its work as an extension of the recent freestart collision work on reduced-round SHA-1 from CRYPTO 2015

Is this still active? Can't seem to see it anywhere on the site. Or might I not be able to see it as I was banned from chat by an angry mod lol
70  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: October 11, 2015, 03:26:04 PM

Gambling is one of the most basic forms of entertainment that has been around since the dawn of man. Primedice has taken the typical online casino model and cut the house edge into a tenth and provided tools to allow complete transparency and provable fairness over bets. We even allowed for 0% house edge PVP for 6 months + and it wasn't used at all because users would rather instantly use our service.

Are you watching the "real money" world at all?  "Non gambling" fantasy sports games have been cheating their players for significant sums while taking large fees. Here's a reality check, almost every single business in this world is designed to generate profit for the company and it does so by providing a good, service or something else of value. PD takes a significantly lower cut than any real money casino I've ever seen and provides a much better all around service/transparency. We've seen countless dozens of bitcoin casinos rig bets or accept and then run with investments and you claim that an extremely visible 1% edge is "worse than stealing".

By the way, thousands of people have made money playing. At this low of an edge it isn't unlikely to make money in the short run. There have been months where we have lost significantly. Players who lose are still granted with that temporary entertainment and the fair chance to win coins rather than blind and abrupt loss.

Spoken like a true champ.   Very interested to know what the 0% house edge PVP for 6 months is all about? Never seen this before. Would you care to elaborate on this stunna..

The world is not flat..If you think it is you might want to step back from the bag of meth and have a reality check... Really.

sometimes PD need good support when dealing complain from the player..

not all player has patience,, some brief explanation will be good..and about Provably fair, 1% house of edge supposed to happen,,even with 100 rolls, right?

This is what I was pointing out to mexxer, He flamed on a new member here who is asking about a 20btc deposit. Not everyone who is a member of PD are members here on the forum. But I agree the support should at reply to people saying the issue is being looked at or something.  or even send out mass email to people if there are issues like the attack on the blockchain. Some people will be scratching there heads wondering what's going on unless you are a member here there is almost no way of knowing. a status bar on the PD website would be a good idea.  Sort of like a traffic light system  Green.. All good.  Yellow. Working on something.  RED System down....

74  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: October 09, 2015, 09:53:40 PM
Well that is your view. I would like to point out it was james who said he was going to invest 5 BTC.  he made the offer i never asked for this.. He said if we do well from the 2 BTC deal he would invest 5 BTC.  At no point did I say hey james give me 5 btc.. So get your facts right. HE MADE THE OFFER OF 5 BTC TO ME... Not the other way round.

As for blame PD show me where I have ever said its there fault.. I took 100% responsibility It was a poor calculation on my part that caused the rouge 2.5 BTC roll which I am asking for as proof from PD that this 2.5 BTC roll actually happened.... So.. You tell me where have I scammed anyone.. I have been asking for this info for proof.. I have also made one hell of an effort to make the money back.. So untill you see some RED in my TRUST.  I would sujest you keep you LIES to yourself.

1. not only are you spreading LIES you are actually leaving open a case for Under common law, to constitute defamation, a claim must generally be false and have been made to someone other than the person defamed. Some common law jurisdictions also distinguish between spoken defamation, called slander, and defamation in other media such as printed words or images, called libel.

Please keep this in mind before you say anything else about me.

your attitude towards people is rather poor. You should really work on your people skills a bit harder.. I know its the internet but hey, There is no need to be nasty..

Oh please, why suddenly all the new people calls a scam a disservice?
People.you must be relaxed, not too much worried and be calm. Everything will get solved.
I mean, 1 week of dossing and you worry about the cash? they are there, waiting for you.

Not everyone who use PD are members here bro.. U need to realise that. Plus 20BTC is a lot of coins for someone not to have them credited.
Like I've said I sent them 2 requests for support on the site and 2 here via pm and messages.. Ignored... How is that customer service...

Micro replied to you 2 days ago or so, and said he forwarded your request to the DEVs, but he doesnt know when they can deliver your bet history because of the data amount they have to analyse to get them. I would suggest to be a bit more patient. They will get to you as soon as they can.

hi thanks for that but a email would of been nice confirming this was being looked into.  I have had NO messages via email or PM from anyone regarding my support ticket.

Where are my fucking BTC admin?? Not enough to have lost at least 30 BTC???
Are you so impatient as to wait just one day for the support to answer? It is due to the recent malleability attack on bitcoin which is causing the issues, more importantly , have you contacted support yet?

Yes a wrote to support but why my bitcoin have been spent yet by admins and I don't have nothing received on my balance?  Huh

Not customers fault the blockchain has been attacked.  If customer deposits they should be informed.   I see they have disabled deposits while this issue is resolved.  PS I have been waiting over 1 week for support from PD admin's  I have even posted here asking and been ignored.. very ignorant and downright disgraceful from such a big site with so many users..

PS I was also banned from chat by some pissed off admin having a badddd day.. and I am not the first to feel the ban stick of mods on PD few other's complain also.
78  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: PrimeDime.net (STATUS - OFFLINE) on: October 09, 2015, 02:06:37 PM
Like i said before about HounestDoubler. Less talking more Action.
But he got the credits for his talking about the problems.
Only i think for the investors it's useless. They only want there coins back.

I agree but I am here to keep people informed. For me communication is key, I would hate for people to come here and be posting and not get a reply
They deserve a reply and me keeping them informed on how I plan to resolve the issue.  the outstanding balance of 1.938309 BTC which equates to over $400 at the moment is taking me slightly longer to obtain than first thought

I would rather be here to make sure people know I have not run away and forgotten about them or the situation,

Thanks

Sometimes kind words are better than gold, the OP have said the truth and i feel that should be appreciated but my simple advise is that he should keep his method secrets whenever he is able to break the codes again.

Its no code to break, Its mathematics.

I pity anyone who says to me there is no method in the dice and say its random.  This might be the case its random but It dose not hide the fact it's simple numbers.
.
Lets ask the question what is random..

adjective: random

    1.
made, done, happening, or chosen without method or conscious decision.

        Statistics
governed by or involving equal chances for each item.

2. we already know most dice sites use SHA-512 or SHA-256 algorithms

3. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rainbow_table     If you know what rainbow tables are then you will understand there significance to the process

4.  Although there are several implementations of the provably fair method  the most common one. With this method each roll-result is calculated by the following variables:

Serverseed - provided by the gambling site
Clientseed - provided by your browser and adjusted by you
Nonce - A number that increases with each bet you make

You will get an encrypted hash of the serverseed before you start gambling. Since you get it in advance, the site cannot change it later. However it is encrypted, so you cannot calculate your own roll results in advance (only afterwards if you get the unhashed serverseed.)

Your browser will generate a random clientseed. However, you could and should adjust this clientseed before you start. This way you can make sure the site does not know your clientseed in advance.

5. as much as they tell you "Its fair"  its not....  from the statement above Ill let you work out where the "hole" in the system it.. And it's clearer than you might think Just because it says you cannot calculate your own roll before, Dose this leave open the possibly of the site's decrypting the hash and knowing the roll in advance....

6. Who knows all I know Is my collection method and calculating algorithm I run works (when Im awake) lol

7. Have a good day all and I will report back in a few hours when my ebay listing finished! Smiley
80  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: PrimeDime.net (STATUS - OFFLINE) on: October 08, 2015, 02:07:21 PM
If i will be truthful i think OP have proven to be a man of credibility and he deserves more investments whenever he request for it after this issue.

Thanks for the words of support, I really do appreciated them, Please be assured I am working hard to sell these items on ebay and as soon as they sell and I have been paid I will be making full payment to everyone.  It's taking a little longer that first thought (time waster on ebay not paying)

Prime.
