Yes, but looking at the graph right now, potential investors might think the project is dead. An occasional bump to 50 or 60 cents would make the coin appear very much alive. btw I'm also holding for the long haul, I love what they're gonna do and I'm 100% convinced they'll change the world with it Real investors do their own research and won’t think the project is dead. Only traders are searching for price patterns in the chart - and they are normally acting short to midterm. |

I was always wondering what could happen if myetherwallet.com website get hacked... so it's better to have the coins on a desktop wallet, instead of a web wallet?

Generally your coins are always on the blockchain - and if you control your private key you can access them. The problem with online wallets is, that your private keys can be sniffed (they hack the website and copy your key and then move your coins on the blockchain). Most safe wallet is desktop wallet on a secured computer. |

Are they realy thinking that a new cryptographic algorithm needs to be developt within the IOTA project - if yes: why?

Did somebody already some deeper research about Curl. I see it as a huge risk, if the devs are doing their own hash functions. Are they already proven as save? (Better not quantum immune but mathematically correct/save) SHA algo is greater risk because was made by NSA and has their backdoors Just a conspiracy or? Facts? |

Thank you fruor , simply was surprised that now the representation of the information was changed. As project has great community I'm sure that this money can help to do the change. The unsold tokens will be burnt right? Yes, the devs will burn the unsold tokens. If unsold token will be burn? If that happens it will probably affect its price when in the market. I'm sure this is one of the successful projects in the past few months. Very loss if missed. I wait for this project on the moon! I think the price isn’t effected immediately. However, for the near future a small supply is definitely positive for the investors. Less supply together with a huge demand could lead to high prices. |

I just logged into my Decent Account. In small-printed lines I read something like once the blockchain was released the Decent coins can be transferred. Wasn't the blockchain released yet, was it? I thought it was in June or did I get something wrong?
And is it uncritical to let my coins lie on the decentgo.com wallet?
You have to move your coins from the ICO account to the decentgo wallet. Important: you have to login on decentgo after requesting the move from the ICO coins to the wallet. I think it is save to keep them on decentgo.com, because as I know, there is no other wallet at the moment existing. |

pools are not working. exchange not alive. dead coin  It seems PiCoin is dead. Bad that we couldn't find some devs from that wonderful community who continue with this project...  I don't think it is worth it. PiCoin didn't offer anything new from the very beginning. Yeah, nothing new but the idea and the math behind picoin (using PI for several fundamentals) was nice to see. But -dead now! Rest in peace! |

Also, just an FYI. But if you are making changes to the signature campaign which could result in a total loss of earnings like the change now.. Can you post in here to announce it also? The bounty thread is a sea of people spamming twitter links etc and easily missed. Especially something so critical as that.. Anyone who doesn't see it today, will lose 50% of their tokens tomorrow?!

whales in control of a huge percentage suck balls in the end.  whales are clearly in dump mode, that's why the price is so low. The concern is whether it is recoverable from this point on. Just let them dump and enjoy your cheep byteball coins... Airdrop is still going on and the project is very young. I think it is fair the hold this coin for several additional month. I think this coin/technologie has a great future! |

When do you think this manipulation will stop? As in, when are all of the whale accumulators going to let the price rise? Surely they will, they have to sell one day right? I dont think that this is manipulation. Early investors just want to sell a part of their holdings to buy some lambos or yachts. That's normal - chart is in a consolidation phase and waiting for a breakout. |
