61  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Looking to Hire Crypto Trader on: March 29, 2020, 05:34:44 PM
So what difference is this from just giving your money to a money/funds manager?

Its one way to get rekt from top to bottom, you would rather be learning it all how to trade than just handling your account full of hard earned money but if you really will find it hard, try rolling dice because that's what funds manager do when they started failing.
62  Economy / Economics / Re: Btc going to 2k or 3k or 7k or 9k on: March 28, 2020, 04:50:29 PM
I don't think the bitcoin price will move upwards in today's market conditions. Moreover, I do not hesitate to support my negative opinion with a price estimate of 3.000 USD because all of the markets today are unfortunately in a downward trend. As all financial markets are in a decline period, it would not be reasonable to expect positive developments in crypto money markets. I do not want to go without reminding that crypto markets are more likely to be affected compared to the markets that constantly lose blood despite state regulations. On the other hand, if you need to consider the halfway process, the price forecast I made will not be correct, but we do not know how much blood the markets will lose due to this virus. For this reason, I think that if the financial crisis caused by the virus continues, a serious price increase should not be expected in the half-way process. Of course, until that day, the virus will disappear completely and if the world markets can go into a recovery process, we can make price estimations and start talking about the level of $ 10,000.

Well its just a matter of time now. We may be seeing dumps today or the next week but as soon as the virus are controlled probably lesser and lesser affected everyday, things might change to positive.

I was expecting 2019 to be a really good year for crypto but disappointed to see the year end without beating the ATH. 2020 could get worse despite the halving because of the virus. Its a bad timing to become a crypto lover. I could be negative for now but still positive crypto to be the future.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 90% Of Project Bounties Are Scams on: March 27, 2020, 08:48:02 AM
You don't say. You don't say.  It is however sounding good thees days after 2018 and 2019 scams. IEO today are getting better, they are now giving chance bounty hunters to dump. Not the kind of what happened during the days when they are not really paying. Besides you have to watch out for the project that can potentially scam.  If the project provides insurance, then its shouldn't be the type of project to promote,
64  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is Best Trading or Freelancing? on: March 27, 2020, 08:10:13 AM

There is no exchange with high trading fee that causes traders to lose money, they only collect few satoshis for trading fee its the withdrawal that's making traders complain. But you wouldn't really dive into the well without testing and learning a skills because its mostly the reason traders lose money.

This is also the reason why I'm just a trend trader, I only do it when trend is obviously making everyone profit and how do I identify these obvious trend, its when there is a pump after the oversold RSI signal in a higher time frame.
65  Economy / Economics / Re: New Coronavirus Stimulus Bill In Congress Creates U.S. Digital Dollar on: March 27, 2020, 07:53:06 AM

Its what government do. It doesn't really need to be in blockchain. They need it to be centralized and can be on their control of course. But what difference does it have, something like this already in use like the kind of paypal USD.

I'm anticipating a USD stable crypto backed by government in blockchain so its traceable by anyone. Hard to see a fair government.
66  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading signals... on: March 26, 2020, 01:29:23 PM

This is the kind of people who will photoshop portfolio and charts for followers, the kind when their forecast goes the opposite direction will just say I told you so, its just my signal and I'm not a financial advisor. What difference should it be if you keep it to yourself and let the ones with confidence the be ones who presents their signal to the public and will handle responsibilities like the funds manager.
67  Other / Politics & Society / Re: This Is Our Last Chance to Protect Our Privacy Amid the COVID-19 Crisis on: March 26, 2020, 12:31:53 PM

You can have a privacy with your own private life some people still live with double/triple life even when all the surveillance of big brother.  But amid the covid crisis, you ought to be traced and should be transparent because you register on a mobile network provider, your name is there and data can be useful for the country and the government.

You can have a life of a garbage truck driver for the eyes of the public but you can be a big crypto investor in a DEX that doesn't collect KYC, that's privacy.
68  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitfxt.com Exchange HACKED!!! CEO Abandoned project stopping withdrawals on: March 26, 2020, 12:02:29 PM
7K users in an unknown exchange, that's very shocking. Maybe its just me but is anyone ever here trading in such exchange?

Exchange are however targeted by hackers everyday for the reason that ii has a lot of money on it. But they are not popular yet.  I'm waiting for someone to accuse them of exit scam in 1...2....3!!
69  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not as risky as many think. on: March 25, 2020, 02:35:44 PM
All those neighsayers heard are the scams in cryptocurrency which were in the news but ask them whether they knew how bitcoin works because they never really knew it. They don't even understood what a blockchain is because all they know is that bitconnect scammed them. Naysayers aren't worth an attention because with all the internet bandwidth available in their phones they can't even watch a youtube video to learn a bit.  You can forget discussing them about risk.
70  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Does Bitcoin Have Value? on: March 25, 2020, 12:11:09 PM

The community adds value to the currency like BTC. Besides BTC is in the market where we all contributes as to how much bitcoin's value is when we participate in bidding. The intrinsic value of a coin is base on the market.  But what makes BTC better than those coins that also needs resources for mining is that BTC is accepted by huge pool of companies and merchants making it easy to liquidate.
71  Other / Serious discussion / Re: UFC free broadcast for fans around the world on: March 25, 2020, 08:27:40 AM
Looks very serious to me. In times of Covid spreading like wildfire and government are locking down cities but this sport is trying to put people in one dome lol Nice helping the virus. Does Dana allow it?
72  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading platform verification on: March 25, 2020, 08:16:16 AM

Mother got scammed for $3000, that's a large sum to trade in forex when a newbie can just play forex with $100 or 200 to train herself. She can even try the demo. This is when someone are just jumping into an opportunity without asking someone else, she could have avoided it if she asked the users in the forums available for forex traders.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 0xEarth : {NFT - DeFi - DAO} Tokenized LAND ownership of Earth on: March 24, 2020, 06:39:23 PM
So if you own a certain parcel of land, what would be its use to you or any advantage of owning it? It's all digital so in reality, you don't own anything. why would it be valuable in the trading market?
like for example, if you buy the Buckingham Palace, then what? i just want to understand if there is real use case of owning the digital land. or you are just paying for the thought that you own that place? isn't it a sick idea?

0xEarth divides the earth up into 1 of 1 NFT digital collectibles. So only one person can own each LAND (or digital representation of earth).
Within the smart contract is an entire DeFi stack. You can rent the LAND for someone else to use for fees and rent length decided by the LAND owner.

So for example, you may want to get LAND near Central Park in NYC as it's a high traffic area. 0xEarth has multiple dApps in the works to enable LAND + NFT visuals across the globe.

The announcement blog post outlines this: https://medium.com/@0xearth/intro-0xearth-3960b277f9d5

The more you say something the more I got confuse already lol pardon mi ignorance brother. Why in the world would someone in the right mind will buy to own a land digitally while someone occupied and owned it in the real world? Maybe you can help me understand that a bit.

The LANDs token would be worthless in the market for we know all that would be useless when the real land is barren.
74  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2020-03-23] Bitcoin will continue to be volatile over the next few months on: March 24, 2020, 06:25:40 PM

Its been volatile since time, I can't remember it being stable at all. But yes thanks to Novogratz for reminding us over again. Obviously its going to be volatile since the virus are going to make people jobless before mid year. I doubt those who are holding BTC are still going to hold when there is the need for them to buy supplies for food in the next 6 months.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Steem fork project (HIVE) a success on: March 23, 2020, 09:10:11 PM
After successfully forking from the Steem blockchain, Hive (HIVE) secured a listing on Bittrex where it is trading for a 20% price over it's big brother steem, is this Bittrex powerful or magical touch or just that HIVE sees more demands than it's big brother?

it is not just Bittrex, Ionomy listed Hive as well, and they seem to be great community, compared to centralized Steemit after Justin Sun bought part of it
nevertheless, challenges are here to be resolved for them, since this is just a beginning and optimism is still here, there was no development on steemit last year, and most of good developers left it for Hive, and this is great start for the community, hope that it will continue this way

My friend just complained to me now that he wasn't given on his Binance account as he bought Steem in anticipation of the fork. I can't tell if Binance supported the Hardfork! Please who has idea about this?

Binance supported the fork, it is on their website, and should provide Hive to all Steem holders on the moment of hardfork, 20.03. at 14h - https://binance.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040692692

It means those who did buy steem, didn't withdraw from binance can still get Hive 1:1 in their binance account which the exchange will also be listing this HIVE not just bittrex. Not that we learned the lesson from steem, we can probably withdraw our Hive from binance don't get Sun a chance to control Hive.
76  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you trade bitcoin options? on: March 23, 2020, 06:15:11 PM

Spot is the usual that a regular trader are familiar with but there are some that are quite good at it here in the forum, I've read some of their post which I have to google some terminology to understand what they meant. Binance is the famous exchange which recently did have the options trading enabled, it won't be long till we see more are up to options trading when the newbies are learning.

Anyway, is OP trying to spam his website here?
77  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should bitcoin not perform now? on: March 23, 2020, 05:50:31 PM
BTC still is new to test for a country to have it use as money. Give it some time when credit cards allow BTC on it, we may be seeing the spikes of the price.

As of now BTC is performing. You can see Redcross is now using BTC for donations, we don't see that years ago. This Covid crisis will teach us all a lesson the online transactions needs to be faster and cryptocurrency is best to be used.
78  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 3 Online Casino Sites Considered as the Oldest on: March 23, 2020, 08:47:30 AM

I wasn't yet on the internet when they were up and running and they are still operating to these days. They adopted the change and accepted BTC which is quite good for them. There is a scam accusation to Intertops though which is posted here in the forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5124732.0  I bet there are also to the two but probably not posted here.
79  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another price rejection incoming on: March 21, 2020, 06:52:32 PM

You don't have to believe what someone had forecast where the price will go, there are hundreds of these people doing that on twitter. I go over to the replies of their followers most of them are disagreeing with it and some also agrees. The risk is always there whichever you wanna believe. But tell you if you just hold, nothing will be lost but time.  Lost opportunities are for the ones who knew how to trade.
80  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trending Altcoins on: March 21, 2020, 06:32:41 PM
All these are quality projects and good to see them making positive move even in this season of panic selling, it just goes on to show that these are quality project with active community and they know the worth of their project, i think when market recovers these coins will fly even more.

Yeah but I am suprise that WazirX becomes active and match on other projects. They are just new and launched this year but they can be on par already on some old projects such as zilliqa and kyber network. Chainlink is also improving as many projects are partnered with them. Social media really helps in promotions and these projects are working good on their end.

WazirX is backed by binance so the reason why its making noise in the crypto.  Everything that is touched by binance will eventually caught the attention of investors.  I have no idea to others why its trending up but Chainlink had been that way since it partnered with paypal.  Every coin will have its time to rise as long as it lives.

It's was really useful, even in this complicated market these coins are performing. After the Indian top court lifts ban on crypto currency WazirX coin is growing gradually I am really excited to buy this coin now.

Even the top alts are playing some twist in tale, I guess it's better have a look on these alts and try to invest in this rather than being dependent on top altcoins.

Aren't Indians the only investing to WazirX?
