61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking to buy an apartment using altcoin on: January 30, 2019, 10:47:07 PM
I do not really know of any country that allows to purchase real estate with cryptocurrencies, but you could always find a person that is interested in cryptocurrencies and that could be willing to do something like that however if the country in which you want to make that transaction only allows the fiat created by the government to circulate in the country then it is likely that you will need at first to sell your altcoins for fiat and then buy real estate with it.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should ICOs be regulated on: January 30, 2019, 10:35:24 PM
Considering the high level of scam associated with ICOs presently, many investors are at risk of loosing their investments. Bounty hunters like us are not spared as we may be rendering free services to some scammers and also risking our personal data.

I suppose a regulatory body be set up to audit the ICO process and the  founders, and if anything goes wrong or should the project fail, they will be liable. This will reduce drastically investors risk and also keep scammers away. What do you think?
I know that some people are mad that there are so many scams in the market and they want someone to regulate the market but in my opinion that goes against the principles of cryptocurrencies and we should not accept it, if we want less scams going on in the forum we have no option but to improve ourselves and to stop investing in such scams.
63  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin were more than 100K, how much you would buy? on: January 30, 2019, 10:24:16 PM
If i knew that bitcoin costs more than 100k, i would buy three at least and take a pause for the cause. I would drop crypto business and wouldn't take care about it
If bitcoin was worth that much I will not have enough money to buy a single one, but at that point I will be thinking about selling my bitcoins and then getting back in the market when the price was cheaper, buy the same amount of bitcoins that I had before I sold and then keep the difference, it is not the most exciting plan but it is one that could give me profits.
64  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it a good idea to buy some bitcoin now? on: January 24, 2019, 10:45:24 PM
Definitely, but only if you consider yourself a long term holder, if you buy now you need to accept the fact that it is likely you will not get profits out of your investment for at least a year and it could take even longer than that, if you cannot do that then it could be better for you to wait until you see the market to change and begin to go up.
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC bear market over????? on: January 24, 2019, 10:41:02 PM
Actually no. BTC bear market isn't over. There is an accumulation stage, I think big guys are trying to buy more crypto in order to sell it higher for like 20-30 k for BTC. Man, the truth is that nobody would predict real movement, because there are market manipulators. As for me you should buy now and then increase your portfolio step by step
You can predict what the market is going to do but only a few can do that, most people have no idea what they are doing when they begin to invest and they never learn how to use the appropriate tools to find out because they are not really interested in trading and are only interested in making money, and while you may think it is the same thing it is not and there is a big difference.
66  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Concerning the future of bounty programs on: January 24, 2019, 10:35:00 PM
Bounty campaigns will exist as long as advertising is needed for the development of the community and attracting new customers, I think for bounty hunters there is still a chance to make a profit, only in this market it will take longer.
No, bounty campaigns will keep on existing as long as the owner of the forum allows them but if at some point he changes his mind then you can say goodbye to bounty campaigns so all of those that are depending on them to get money need to look for something else to do so when that happens you do not suffer that much the lost income that you will not get anymore.
67  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why the market will continue to fall on: January 24, 2019, 09:02:57 PM
i understand that bitcoin are backed by none, but it become valuable for its complexity, so people start building trust in bitcoin and begin to use it and implemented as daily payment to replace fiat or another currency. Why the market continue to fall? i think because bitcoin demand has decreased drastically, and many FUD always talked among crypto enthusiast, added by many scammer around taking money from other people. So, every new investor will rethink to invest in cryptocurrency.
Bitcoin is not valuable for its complexity, it is valuable because people understand that a form of money that cannot be confiscated or taken away from you and that no governments can print is valuable in itself despite any flaws that it may have, so all of those claiming that bitcoin will disappear do not really know what they are talking about and do not understand bitcoin.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this just a bounce? on: January 24, 2019, 05:27:45 PM
I think big changes in the market should not be expected in the next 8 months, and perhaps a year, rather now it will be possible to observe a correction for a long time.
True but it is not like you cannot find good coins and invest in them, this is way harder than in the year of 2017 but it is possible you only need to make an effort to find them, if you can do that during the bear market the profits you will get out of the bull market will be incredible since you will be a better trader than the majority of people out there.
69  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you think about crypto currency issued by the government? on: January 22, 2019, 10:26:53 PM
It is said that central banks plan to release their own curypto currency in some countries, for example Japan..

How do you think about these crypto?
I will never use them or accept them as a form of payment, if governments can already abuse their power can you imagine the abuse they could use against a normal person? It is better we do not give them even more power than the power they already have, so if the country where you live decides to implement that refuse to take part in such an experiment.
70  Economy / Economics / Re: Where should we focus this year? on: January 22, 2019, 10:19:26 PM
Our focus should not be in ways to try to make money but in ways to keep ourselves from losing money, many were so concentrated on making money that they found themselves in a terrible position when the market began to crash and instead of accepting their losses and move on they were on denial and decided to keep holding useless coins with terrible results for them.
71  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the ETH reach $300 end of 2018? on: January 22, 2019, 10:00:24 PM
300 dollars is not such a big price, and in my opinion we will easily reach it during the first quarter of this year, but before investing in ethereum, think about it, there are a large number of projects that can bring you much more profit from investment than ethereum. Why not think and invest in other projects!
People have been predicting something similar for some time and it has not happened so I will be less positive about my predictions, because if you act based on your predictions and then they do not materialize then you could lose so much money that you will not be there when the market finally recovers, so for now do not concentrate on getting profits, concentrate in not losing money.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Worst year of trading for me damn on: January 22, 2019, 09:51:36 PM
2018 is indeed very bad for trade. But as bad as trading, of course I can still get a small profit. But it doesn't matter if the profit is small. What we avoid is harmful trade. because that will make us even more uncertain in trading. And entering 2019 has begun to improve for me to trade with varying profits.
A small profit is better than getting losses this is something that I have learned since I became a trader some time ago, even if my profits are small I am doing better than most people since they lost so much money in this market that it is difficult for me to understand how they could think they could become traders when they did not knew anything about the subject when they began trading.
73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the obstacle of Bitcoin? on: January 22, 2019, 09:38:32 PM
the price of bitcoin has been changing dramatically, and many people have invested in bitcoin. And they get a generous return. these stories attract more people to join Bitcoin. in my opinion, this is precisely an obstacle. It is an obstacle for Bitcoin to be used on a large scale. It requires a stable value for a currency that is used on a large scale.
It is an obstacle if you let it become one, there are many people that have been here for a long time and they do not really care at all about the fiat price of bitcoin, and people will have learn to think in that way as well, you need to stop caring so much about the price of bitcoin in fiat and just concentrate on using your bitcoin whenever is convenient for you just like you would use your fiat.
if in my opinion, the obstacle of bitcoin is the frequent ups and downs of market prices that are relatively fast and cannot be known. and many ganv campaigns that don't get maximum results. in addition there are also the most pathetic, namely the arrival of hackers.
That is an obstacle but it was inevitable when a new market appears there is no way to make the market stable at all and those that decide to invest in it like us need to deal with it, many have decided they are willing to take the volatility since they understand very clearly he profits they an make out of this market are incredible compared to other markets.
74  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is really hopeful about the future of Bitcoin and why? on: January 17, 2019, 10:26:41 PM
I really hope about the future of bitcoin because now we have lived in the digital era so that bitcoin is very suitable for use by modern people. and bitcoin has made a breakthrough in transactions easier and faster and has a lower cost compared to transferring fiat money using a bank. Bitcoin is also decentralized so that it will not cause inflation. so that this will make our economy better.
I think most of us realize that we are living in the beginning of digital era, in future everything will be more digital. Some countries are more digital than others, some people still dont accept digitalization, many people still dont have internet or smart tv, smart phone, but new kids are all in that, when they grow up they will rule the world, and that digital future is perfect environment for cryptocurrencies to grow and develop even more.
True, the adoption of bitcoin is taking so long because the previous generations are resisting the change while the new generations that could embrace it are still not wealthy enough to make a huge difference but in 20 years all of that is going to change and the majority of the people will be familiar with bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and at that point mass adoption will be possible.
75  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DO WE NEED TO REGULATE ICOs? on: January 17, 2019, 10:22:35 PM
Now many ICO fails and there are also many ICO frauds. And this is done by those who just want to profit without doing anything. So this ICO really needs to be regulated, so that all negative things can certainly be lost.
Regulations would not be needed if people just used their common sense, many of them invest in projects they do not really understand and that is a huge mistake, so when the project fails they begin to wonder what went wrong when the decision to invest at all in the project was a mistake, so as long as you use your head the chances you will be scammed and you will need the protection of regulators will be low.
76  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are your expectations for ICOs in 2019? on: January 17, 2019, 10:12:20 PM
I do not expect anything from icos, I am not interested in them and if I am going to invest in a coin then that coin needs to have been in the market for some time, I know this is going to limit the amount of coins in which I can invest but to me that is a good thing since I do not have the money to invest in every single project that is released every day.
77  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you regret it not selling at peaked on last jan 2018 ? on: January 17, 2019, 09:50:37 PM
Of course I am disappointed that I did not sold when I had the opportunity but back then I did not had the knowledge or experience that I have now, now I know what to look for when it comes to the price so if a bull market happens again, and I am sure it will, then I will be ready and this time I am not going to miss the opportunity to get as much money for my bitcoin as I possibility can.
78  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose a good project? on: January 16, 2019, 10:27:33 PM
Can you help me choose projects? Last year I met 15 scam projects. very depressed.
You invested in 15 scam projects? If that is true then it is better for you to stop investing and to not do it again until you improve significantly in that area, I know the potential profits you can get if you choose the right project but making so many mistakes should be an indication to you that this is not the market for you or that you need to stop for some time.
79  Economy / Economics / Re: If you had 10000$ on: January 16, 2019, 10:23:46 PM
If you had 10000$ where would you invest it?  I'm hoping for 10x in about 2 years, how would you personally split that money? There are so many altcoins that I dont know which to pick, I remember the top 5 altcoins from years ago and  now they are all gone, so should I only invest in  BTC end ETH or others like NEO, ADA and EOS?
Getting those kind of profits is possible but only if you are very lucky or if you know what you are doing when it comes to investing, you cannot rely on the first method so you need to make an effort to learn about investments, it is not easy but the rewards that you can get out of it are completely worth it so you should not spare your efforts when it comes to learn how to invest.
80  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is rocking are we nearing to the bull run? on: January 16, 2019, 10:13:39 PM
Some really good signs...

Daily volume 5.7B. Divide by coin price(4038) to see bags changing hands, 1.41M coins in 24hrs.

Daily volume on Dec17, 2017 peak: 14.9B. Price 20078. 742k coins changing hands.

Volume is TWICE what it was during insane megahype peek when you measure the number of bags changing hands.

To say we are stagnant isnt correct. Even if price is stagnant, this volume is very exciting. Even with wash trading, it means a lot of bags are changing hands.
Speculators are more interested in getting fast profits than on getting huge profits by holding their coins for a long time, that is the only way I can make sense of the statistics you are presenting, speculators do not care at all about the prospects of bitcoin for the future, what they care about are the profits they can get out of the market and nothing more.
