edit: by the by..my cube is hitting 310.1mh solid....what are others getting?
I'm getting 309.6 mining on Suprnova.

Thanks, I did get it to refresh/work with a power cycle and now it is mining suprnova.

I can't get mine to work correctly, would someone mind posting their config info here? I setup and tried to use suprnova which I used for other coins pointing to port 9995 and it just keeps saying miner loading with no devices running and no pools loading. I then tried to use port 80 as mentioned on suprnova with the same problem.

Baikal mentioned the BaikalScanner.exe utility in their documentation for the Cube to "find" their device on the network and they thought they were giving a link to it in the PDF but it was not a link. Does anyone know where to download this from?

Why it fries? doesent understand why ?
you mean the higher possible output on an ATX Powersuply i gues ? This is no problem ... The Current (A / Ampere) are not "pushed" they are taken by the consumer... It doesent matter if the Suply has 12V and 1000A ... the Cube will only use 10 or to be more accurate 8 A from the suplys this is how Electric Power Works.
trust me its my job ...

Is yours working well?

Hi,
I'm new on this Board.
Just let you know: I ordered a Baikal Cube last Monday with Confirmation on Tuesday the Miner was shipped on Friday and Today it arrived an i startet mining 20 Minutes Ago. (Im located in Middle Europe)

Please tell me how you have powered the cube.... you used a atx power supply with pci-e 6 pin or you used adapter that baikal send with the cube? Thank you very much Hi, I used a old ATX Power Supply with the 6Pin pci-e Connector Its an adapter Included if you have a Other Power Source. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fi67.tinypic.com%2F2vtwt9k.jpg&t=663&c=qHjLHir6lC14xA) br Caeruleus An adapter like that is to come with I was told. I can't find local 5.5mm x 2.5mm power Adapter to power the barrel plug 10 amp Supply power is the issue I think u put an atx in there it fries Looking for that other psu source Why do you say it fries if you use an atx PSU PCIe connector? That makes no sense to me.

|
|
it is an adapter that fits into the 5 pin with a round connector ..it comes with the unit...you get that and the unit ...thats it zip
I think it's a 6 pin PCIe slot in the cube. You can use a PCIe cable from a MB PSU if you have one or buy a 12v 10a power supply.

I need some urgent advice about dwarfpool. I havent been paid by them for 9 hours. My miner is fully working, fully communicating with dwarfpool, they are accepting my shares. The dwarfpool monitoring page says my miner was active three minutes ago but the graph shows no shares fo 6 hours. What the hell is going on? Are they ripping me off? They are taking my work and not paying out.
I am dual mining decred with suprnova pool and all is fine with that? Are dwarfpool ripping me off?
I had the same problem with dwarfpool last night and it looks like they had some hickups but if you notice the "missing" amount is located in confirmed but not yet applied to your balance. For me at least it was eventually applied to my balance and has been running fine for the last few hours.

How did you do that guys? The website keeps on saying there's no units in stock. How did you make it happen?
I started my order on Sunday night April 9 right after they opened orders and finally completed it on April 11 after lots of frantic emails and skype attempts. I could buy one or two at that time. I think the inventory went quickly since they were in such great demand. They were difficult to contact during that time due to being so busy with orders and quotes. After placing an order you have to wait until they give you a final price in BTC or Dash in your "My Orders" area on their website and then only 2 hours from that time until they receive the funds. I had to send and then skype my confirmation to them from my wallet to show that the funds were delivered and came from me. The website really sucks but works most of the time.

i bought asus z270a with 7 pcie and 2 m2 (you can use only one to get 8th gpu, and other you can use for ssd)
I've been running 5 Nitro+ RX 470s on this MB for about a month with no problems at all. I use an m2 for Windows 10 which is nice since it doesn't need sata data or power cables connected so a little less clutter.

I finally got it to work. The problem was with the power supply to the riser and it was a very strange problem indeed. The riser is V006C with a 3x2 PCIe power supply connection and a short sata cable to be plugged into a sata PSU cable. When I used a PCIe cable direct from the PSU it worked fine but if I connected it using sata to PCIe cable it didn't. Some of my other risers are powered using the sata cable so this didn't make any sense to me. I uses a spare the sata to PCIe cable and that didn't help, it would only work if connected directly into the PCIe cable. I have no idea why this is working this way. The only thing I can guess is that with the other sata powered risers that are working OK they are connected to my 2nd PSU which is synchronized to turn on when the first PSU is powered up. This means they should be getting their power a little bit sooner than the devices powered from the 1st PSU. I am just guessing here but if the sata power on the 1st PSU is slightly delayed in starting up it could have been just long enough to prevent those risers from getting their power early enough to be "detected" when the MB PCIe was initializing and connecting to the risers during power-up.

MSI Z170A GAMING PRO CARBON 7GPU 4 Nitro+ RX 470, 3 on 1x16 risers, 1 on MB Windows 10 Home, UEFI install mode, 120 GB SSD BIOS, Settings -> Advanced -> PCI Subsystem Settings Change ‘PEG0’ and ‘PEG1’ values to ‘Gen1’ Set ‘Above 4G Decoding’ to ‘Enabled’
All works fine including mining but when I add the 5th GPU on a 1x16 riser it doesn't start, no fans startup as is normal for any recognized GPU. I tried other risers and another PCIe slot with the same results. I even replaced the GPU because I thought it might be defective but I continue to get the same results.
Any other ideas what could be going wrong here?

Anyone ever have the problem where one of your GPU's won't get recognized on a riser? For the life of me one of my Nitro+ RX 470's won't get recognized by the BIOS no matter what I do even with this new BIOS. I changed the riser, changed the PCIe port, installed this custom BIOS and nothing helps. All the other GPU's are fine every time the system reboots but the GPU fans for this one never startup and I can tell immediately that it will not get recognized as soon as the power on switch is pressed. This is the 5th GPU and the other 4 as I said are fine. I'm using Windows 10 home but I don't think that matters since the GPU never starts up although the power light comes on. I've checked and changed all of the power cables too. I thought it was the GPU so I sent it back and this is the replacement so I doubt if it is 2nd bad GPU. I've also not done anything yet with the BIOS on this GPU.

It simply stuck there.
I had to change the default -dcri 30 to -dcri 25 for dcr and 20 for sia and ETH still never gets up to it's original speed before the upgrades but dcr and sia run much faster.
