Its goal is to allow a traditional Proof-of-Work consensus, but also to enforce a mining-free time window (rest time), inside the overall block time window. During this period, no workload is required, as there is no actual benefit to it. If one develops a coin which implements a decentralized strategy forbidding mining during a specific interval, then the overall power consumption of that coin's mining activities is reduced by a factor equivalent to the ratio between block and mining periods. For instance: in the same average hourly processed transactions as Bitcoin, Bitcoin LE's factor of 5 means that it will be 5 times more energy efficient than its predecessor. This is obviously less impactful on energy expenditure and carbon footprint, while also saving the miner's processing power, and consequently, his electric bill. The challenge then becomes enforcing this rest time. This can be achieved by adding an additional parameter to the block; this element is then used by the network to decide when mining will be allowed again, within variable, but plausible limits. This new element will be referred to as 'metronome beat' or just 'beat' throughout this document. |

Honorpool found its first block, but was orphaned, with the NVIDIA GPU miner!
The code will be cleaned up and miner released hopefully tonight.
I will have to re-adjust the CPU miner code to reflect the same diff setup as the GPU miner, YOU WILL HAVE TO UPDATE, I will post here when they are both releaseed.
With this though, CPU mining is not going to be able to do much....

Due to the revolutionary technology with the sleep window, everything is world first\experimental so there are inevitably situations but I'm in the long haul game, not the fast take . . I dont need a penny to live off any of my crypto and I have been in multiple projects for a long time very nice work. i have a question .. are or wil you inplementing a dashboard in the ble pool? gr xms Hi there Bro, a very good question - at the moment were focusing on streamlining the efficiency of the pool\miner combo. That being said, user experience is secondary priority as miners ourselves we would rather have more coin now and watch stats later Honk if you agree!! OK lets not spazz out too hard now on this new fun project. . Im from "the competition" lol .. XVG, but who cares I love new projects . .
for starters I downloaded the 1.0.0.6 new version, but it still wouldnt sync . .
delete everything in appdata\roaming\veil EXCEPT Wallet and Zerocoin, then started 1.0.0.6
opened settings>options>preferences>network and enabled USE PNP to map ports.
close wallet, restart.
syncing now will advise on staking situation
mining all my nvidia @ veil.suprnova

Hi, Im trying to sync the wallet (last sync vr dec 21 18:28) but its not getting sync  My wallet stopped around 4 hours ago. same problem here I see only reactions of XMG guys, what's up Wolfie? appears to have been a momentary PUBLIC metro outage a few weeks ago, Happy New Year everyone! 2019 will put $BLE and Betcoin777.com on the map!
