So a month has passed after the meeting in Russia as the main developer or founder of TOA. At the meetings, Richard Park proved to be a good person who inspired confidence. We agreed on the development of TOA in Russia.
Found an investor who wanted to invest a lot of money in TOA. BUT, After checking all the offices and the plastic clinic, this person refused to buy TOA. He has many friends in different countries who checked on existence as Richard in the English forum provides us. I probably would have done the same thing when I instilled my capital to check the company.
1. Clinics as such does not exist. The person responding is the assistant of Richard. says that this clinic is only for VIP clients. The address of the clinic does not give as well as the name of the clinic does not give. She answers the phone with long delays - apparently she is consulting with someone.
