Coins on cryptsy fall into 3 categories:
1. coin that cannot be withdrawn 2. coins that are primarily traded on cryptsy 3. coins that are traded on multiple exchanges with decent daily volume
Properties of each type of coin:
Type 1: These are popular coins usually with very high marketcaps Type 2: These tend to be smaller marketcap coins usually with low daily volumes that cannot be readily sold on other exchanges Type 3: These coins usually have medium to high daily volumes and may typically be present on Bittrex etc

Personally, I don't see any foreseeable immediate profits in sprouts until the inflation rate is seriously curbed. There are too many coins in the hands of people who will sell any uptick. Additionally, I would advise buying other type 3 coins on other exchanges, move them into cryptsy, sell them for a premium, and buy sprouts at a depressed price if you wish to increase your ownership of sprouts. Purchasing and transferring BTC into cryptsy to buy sprouts directly seems wasteful when type 3 coins are providing extra opportunity.
Nice analysis -- one other factor with sprouts is a non existent development team

I have received a few coins out of my account the first week of November (last week), however, I am not having success with additional coin or cash transfer requests.
I am getting quite nervous now. I have used campbx for the past couple of years without issue. I allowed my confidence to grow and build quite a balance. I will not accept losing those coins. maybe they were overtaken by walkers - they are close to atlanta, GA you know...
ready to rumble if the need arises...
I sent them $2000 in MOs 11/10 (shame on me for not finding these threads first) They have not been credited and no response on my tickets Suggestions anyone?

I have been verified Cryptsy user since day one; Currently I am Tier 2, but still have over 12 BTC in a number of different transactions Pending for almost a week now
When I asked JShock about it he instantly banned me (I don't even know how long I'm banned for)
I am sad to say this, but I am starting to lose real confidence in their ability to conduct business

don't waste any time, buy now before the btc crash so you get them cheap now, staking goes by bag size
Can you explain that "Staking goes by bag size" I have 250K in wallet over 4 transactions. Should I keep all sprouts in 1 address, or spread them around to different addresses? TIA ~ nh I keep mine all together cause you hit the block faster and can start on the next stage of staking OK, is the Age determined by the last deposit to that address? It looks to reset every time I add additional sprouts

Our first 'almost' block - but it wasn't good enough.
ckpool submits the share as a block if it is within a small amount of being a block just to be sure. So it shows up on the web site, but alas not good enough.
share block was: 52123573961.901596 but current diff is: 52278304845.59168243
It will show up as an orphan, but I guess I need to label it as something else later since it's not an orphan.
You could call it a vagabond or vagrant

My coincraft rig no longer shows anything on the display but random characters and im wondering if anyone has a coincraft rig image file?
It is not the firmware, it is the software. Mine have shown random characters on and off since I purchased -- it is harmless

However, all of our hosting capacity is now spoken for. Sorry. We have spare storage space if you're desperate, but if you want your miners online you'll need to find someone else sooner or later. Centerus is close by, I think, and should have spare capacity.
Side Bar: We have been with Toomim since the beginning. They know what they are doing, are responsive and a pleasure to work with. I'd take them up on their "if you are desperate..." offer Just my 2₵ ~nuff said

A new update to the android app is being tested... by me! People with accounts will now be able to use their API key + their username on the app. With the additional information, you can be notified when a new block is found. I'll post here after doing some more tests What, No IOS devices included I wish I could develop for iOS devices! The issue: To develop for Apple products, I need an Apple computer. I don't really have the extra funds just to buy a new Apple computer right now (especially to develop for apps that don't make me any money). This leaves me with a semi-bitter taste in my mouth since I would love to develop for iOS, but Apple make it costly for developers to start developing for their products. TLDR: The entry cost into developing for iOS is too great for me atm. Yeah apple are the worst company when it comes to that. I was considering doing an app a couple of years ago, and came across that same issue. So I thought maybe I could just buy OSX and run it in a VM. No, the OSX license says you must run it on an apple hardware, so you aren't even allowed to pay for OSX and run it in a VM. Anyone who thought MS was bad with their copyright and such, nope apple are worse. Any wait until you find out about the $99/year developer fee to list your application in the store;

Is anyone using Mintsy?
I was looking for un-biased information about it, but the Mintsy threads seem to be connected to the owners.
It is still in beta, but I use it; What are you looking for? Just after some views about it - ie Contract / Rentals. any problems, prices etc Still in beta, they had had periods of down time lasting hours. Sadly, the rig owners get blamed for mintsy's problems; However, your rig rental is reduced by the average hash rate over the live of the contracts (Min 3 hours, max 72 hours) Biggest negative IMHO is that there is no way for the owner and renter to communicate, so easy for misunderstandings to occur. That being said; I'm getting .015 BTC/TH/DAY for my rigs, much better than the .0125 I was getting at WestHast
