Eth has become popular, do you know the reasons?
I think people are too stress with BTC decreasing, then they sell BTC out to buy more ETh.
I don't think that is the reason that ethereum is so popular, ethereum is a good coin by it s own rights and merit and that is one thing that has made sure that the coin has continued to garner more support. It is the altcoin that showed people that there can be a coin besides bitcoin that can pull in large number of investors at a time |

I don't know, there is literally no way that any one can actually predict the future of any of the coins. So far the waves platform looks like a good one that has a lot of potential and there are a lot of people who are invested in the coin. Although the coin does look an awful lot like the ethereum project but I do not think that is enough to make the coin fail |

It is because we are losing so much money from the market, from the height of the bull down to this point the market has lost over 600 billion and that is alot which is why we are watching all of our coins crash down. It will take a long time before the coins can actually make it back to that point so we might as well just forget about a bull market for now

It does look that way, when I first saw this my first reaction was huh, who would have thought this would happen but here we are. Listen to the forecasts and do not know who to believe. Some say the end of autumn will begin the recovery of the market, others for the winter and cite the facts that it will happen and others say that it will happen by 2020. Guess and no one knows anything for sure.
Listening the whatever forecasts is either going to fill you with hope that is going to be false because they are all predicting that the coins are going to recover sooner than it actually will, or you are just going to hear a lot of fuds which are going to fill you with fear and panic. It can but then again most of the new projects now are just scams with nothing good to offer so there is that to consider. Most of the good ideas that people can work on have already been taken but I do agree that supporting new projects can lead to a better future, we just have to make sure that we are giving the support to the right people instead of the wrong ones

I understand where you are coming from but you also have to understand that if people do not love a project then there is no way that they are going to support it through the good and the bad and sometimes greed just gets the best of people even though that is never what they intended to happen, we cannot always judge people because we do not know what happened with them

We have seen few scam ICOs. I think during Bull phase when prices are rising every day; people are very much enthusiastic to invest in Alt coins by directly buying from the market and from the ICOs. More and more people then want to buy more and more coins because the price are rising day to day.
So as per my opinion the chances of cheating by scam ICOs are more while there is bull phase and the rising market. So in a greed to become rich overnight, people sometimes buy such coins. Even inexperienced people with greed; enter the market at those times; they become the easy target of such scams.
And during bear phase when the markets are falling; even good ICOs are finding it difficult to attract sufficient investors; so the chances of scam ICOs are low.
But I think we shall always be alert before investing; but more alert during rising market.
Yes there is always a higher risk of scam during the bull phase since there is a lot of money and people are more inclined to invest in new coins when they have a lot of money to spare. That is why you see that majority of the scams are run when the market is in a bull and they are more successful with it. Now there is not a lot of money in the market so they are not making a lot of it |

I have never been scammed but I know people who have being scammed and one thing I noticed is that the scams are always cheap scams. They know something feels off but they do not follow their instincts because they think that they are going to make a lot of money from it and in the end they were scammed. We all have to be very careful

Relax, it is about time to to also write your success story. You may have been in the crypto space for quite some times now, but have no good to write about it, except knowing about the achievements of others. If only you can wait. If only you cam hold, you too would have the opportunity of saying something good about your time spent in this space. No one who is reasonably patient, never had anything to say or have good record to remember.
True there is no one else that can help us to write our own success story unless ourselves, as long as there are still coins in the market that are doing well and still have value then there is always hope to make a lot of money from the coins. You might want to exchange a good amount of those coins to either ethereum or bitcoin and hold them in that form for the long term because if you are trying to manage a hundred coins at the same time then you are bound to make mistakes and forget some of the coins which would lead you to lose money. Just exchange and hold them in a better coin

If they do not meet the soft cap for the coins then that means that the coin is not going to be able to grow, the money that they raise from doing the ico is the money that they use to invest in the things that they can use to make sure that the coin is sustainable, things like the hardware needed to make sure that the coin runs smoothly is bought with that money

Panic buying and panic selling coins is never a good way to go and there is often more losses made from the coins when you trade them with panic than any kind of profit that is made from the coins. If you are going to sell the coins then at least make sure that the price is at a position that you can be sure that you are making a good amount of profit

There is always that time where the market is always green for a while and that does not mean that the price of the coin is going up, sometimes it just means that the prices of the coins are just staying at a place without going down so there is no kind of red on them. It is going to take the market a while before we start seeing any thing anywhere near that price |

This is one of the ways to fight them but there is error in this because if you are telling people to not invest at all in icos then that means that even the project with actual good projects that can be useful will not get any kind of money and that is going to hinder their progress too. I think that it is better if there was some kind of regulations put on the icos instead

I don't really think that there is any way to make sure that you are making a living off the bounty campaigns, there is always the risk of no getting paid the coins that you are owed from the bounty and now bounties have this thing that they do where they wait for a very long time after the bounty has ended to actually pay out the coins that they are supposed to

This is true, that is why when people are asking for advice for investing in the coins you see that they are always advising them to invest money that they can afford to lose because there is no way for them to tell what they are going to get from the coins. It is sometimes like a gamble, you are putting money knowing there is a risk to lose your money but then you invest because of the chance of making some money. |

That is why there are going to be so many coins dying out in the long term, the thing is that there is so much that the coins can do but most of them are just getting caught up duplicating each other. We have way too many altcoins in the market and I think that we have way more coins than we need. With time most of them are going to end up dying out anyway
