121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gaining or Losing ??? on: October 08, 2018, 01:10:30 PM
I don't think that investing your money in a project means that you get to lose your money. There are a lot of ways for you to lose money, you could do a bounty, get the coins and then the coins get delisted which means that you have worthless coins and won't be making any money from the coins. At this point, the coins are down so there is not really a lot to gain from it.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Right time to buy ETH ! on: October 06, 2018, 11:47:13 AM
It is the perfect time to buy eth now if you ask me, It has not been long after the dip and the coin is not doing any better yet which means that buying the coin now is what you should be doing. Eth went below $300 which no one anticipated giving a lot of people the chance to buy into the coin at a cheap price, this is basically a sale of the coin
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: except btc and eth,may i invest which coin? on: October 06, 2018, 11:40:51 AM
now btc and eth have hight price,in the futrue btc,eth may be hight more and more,i invested eth but i want invest some alcoij and hold some year, may i can share it for me

You can invest in neo, it is a coin that is like eth, it has a very good team behind it, there is always growth going on with the coin. Neo is a very good choice even if you are investing for the long term you have nothing to worry about with the coin. You can also buy litecoin which is a good option to invest in. My advice, don't stray too far from the top ten coins
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are all the bounties coming out right now garbage? on: October 06, 2018, 11:35:13 AM
Most of them are, there are only a handful of them that are good and it is a chore to actually go through the bounties to find the ones that are good enough to participate in. I think it is high time that there are rules when it comes to putting up bounties as the industry is now saturated with scam bounties which have no intention of paying out the coins that they promised.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More and more Bounties turn out to be SCAM. on: October 05, 2018, 11:54:33 AM
Yes that is because majority of the coins turn out to be scams anyway and no one is willing to invest in the scam projects so they are dying out and not making the money that they were expecting to make from it. Also there are some bounties that are just taking advantage of people and not actually going to pay out the bounties that they have promised.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think this year will be bad year for ICOS? on: October 05, 2018, 11:47:24 AM
Do you have any good reason to believe that the ICO market is going to grow this year?
No reason. I actually think that the ico market is going to suffer some massive losses this year due to so many people not willing to invest in the coins out of fear of being scammed. They are not taking in as much money as people would expect them to be taking in. The industry is suffering a huge blow at this point and it might take while to recover out of it
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are The Bulls Back? on: October 05, 2018, 11:41:10 AM
They are not back just yet, the fluctuations are still from people selling and once the bulls start getting in it will be very obvious due to the large fluctuations that we will see in the market. It is still way too early now for us to start expecting the bulls to put their money in it, they will most likely time it to the time when the people are more likely to invest so the price can go even upwards
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best signature campaigns? on: October 05, 2018, 11:34:02 AM
Been looking for signature campaigns. Found a good one here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3173983.msg32852311#msg32852311
Algebraix also has a beta tester airdrop where you can earn 15,000 ALX tokens for downloading their beta and providing feedback. Very interesting project too.

Any other ones??

There are lots of signature campaigns and finding them is not the problem but the problem is finding out the good ones that are actually going to pay out the coins once they are done with the bounties. Go on the bounties threads and you will find hundreds of them. Just be reading to look into quite a bit before you find on that is good enough to put your time and effort into
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More and more airdrop is a lie, on: October 04, 2018, 07:07:19 PM
More and more airdrop is a lie, I do not recommend participation in airdrop, because there are at most a few 100 airdrop quality, so I think it should not be a waste of time.

I agree. One thing I have noticed is that when a project keeps promising you more and more airdrops when they have not paid out the coins for the previous ones then they are most definitely a scam. It is better to just participate in an airdrop once, put your wallet address and just forget about it. Odds are only a small number of the airdrops are going to pay out anyway so you are better off not putting too much hope in it.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What should I go for? on: October 04, 2018, 07:01:10 PM
I want to invest  $500 in crypto market. I have studied a little bit about the market. As I am not experienced in this sector, I am a little bit confused where should I invest?
I know my capital is too little.
Would it be wise to invest in Alt coins?
Or should I go for the ICOs?

There are a couple of factors that you have to look at when you are thinking of investing. You have first determine if you want to invest for the long term or for the short term. If you are investing in altcoins now, then you know that the coins that you are investing in are going to be held for the long term, while investing in ICOs is for the short term. So the kind of investment you are looking to make is what determines the kind of projects you buy into.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any coin like bitcoin? on: October 04, 2018, 06:55:37 PM
There really is not coin like bitcoin. Of all the coins that are in the market now the only one that comes close to what bitcoin used to be is monero and that is because the coin is a privacy coin which offers anonymity. Bitcoin is so far ahead the other coins that there is no way to replicate such a coin. You are better off just investing in bitcoin itself instead of trying to find one like it.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most alts are worth Zero on: October 04, 2018, 06:50:00 PM
The market has realized most of these coins are worth nothing and the promoters have no intention of developing the ecosystems
This is the truth, if we are really looking at all of the coins in the market right we will see that most of the altcoins especially the new ones do not have much to offer in terms of value. They have no good products, the investors know it and the only thing that are keeping the coins alive is traders. if there is no good product backing up a project then it is worth nothing
133  Other / Archival / Re: Do you think the markets will collapse on: August 06, 2018, 05:38:13 PM
One thing we surely don't have is the luxury of predicting the happenings of the market,. It can be stable today and the next it's showing every sign of collapse, this however will not come to pass anytime soon as the market is still stable enough and can support thr happenings of the crypto market
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost half of my crypto amount! what to do? on: August 06, 2018, 10:21:49 AM
This happens all the time especially when the market is low, most people lose a lot of value on the coins they hold as a result and there is little  that can be done about it, the only way out is to hold on to the coin especially when it's a high quality coin, it will definitely gain value with time, remember you only make losses when you sell, so keep holding
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Can i earn 1 bitcoin in one year doing bounty campaigns with my rank ??? on: August 05, 2018, 11:50:32 PM
Depends with the rank you are in, But again, earning one BTC in such a short duration of time will be tricky, but not impossible, tricky because most of the bounty campaigns dont pay much and run for quite a long period of time. Plus there are not many quality bounties left out there
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any advice for a newbie? on: August 05, 2018, 11:49:34 PM
Iwish i could tell you everything i know about crypto but you are here already, Crypto is not a game , neither is it a get rich quick scheme like most would want to believce, there are actually lots of wok to be done in the market for one to get where they want to be, there are lots of risks in the market, fo your research and make informed decision and dont trust too easy, above all, crypt is not for the faint hearted
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IS CRYPTO TRADING ADDICTION? on: August 04, 2018, 10:18:36 AM
I think once anything crypto related gets to you, it turns into an addiction, as you probably not get enough of it.  there are traders who have lost good amounts of money during the market recess, but still comes back even stronger, its just about the passion not really an addiction
138  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Hardware wallet vs Software wallet on: August 04, 2018, 10:10:55 AM
I think thereis totally comparison when it comes to these two. Hardware wallets are definitely the choice here as they are not only effective but also puts the safety of your account into your own hands. The main short coming of software wallets is the fact that  they are web based. putting them at the mercy of hackers who can easily get access to them whenever they so wish.  Hardware wallets might cost you a few dollars to buy but in the long run the security they offer is worth it
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO VS TRADING on: August 04, 2018, 10:02:20 AM
People have different preferences when it comes to what they chose to settle for in the market. whichever works will do as one thing that works for me might not be as effective for you. ICOs are by far the riskiest ventures in the crypto arena, but there are people. out there who have perfected the art of identifying them that it almost works for them all the time. Trading isnt as easy either, as it needs proper market understanding, either way, one needs to settle only on one thing that they are good at
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Choose a Good ICO on: August 03, 2018, 11:09:54 PM
choosing ICOs isn't an easy thing and most of the people doesn't find it easy when settling for ICOs. as the market is currently flooded with  a number of scam projects. however if you take your time and validate the projects and look properly into the developing team then you might find a good project to take part in
