2. Price of BTC up from a low of 1800 to a high of 6000 today. (19m worth approx 60m today)
BTC price could go down as well.  Nobody can predict the future.  It is easy to make conclusions based on known past events. Smiley

Where can I find info about your bounty campaign, if you have it?
ICO ended long time ago, no bounty any longer  Wink

Biggest ICO fail of 2017?

Who agrees?
don't fully agree. Big ICO delay - ths would be more correct.
605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Bitmain looks like they're releasing a 15GH/s DASH miner called the AntMiner D3 on: October 26, 2017, 11:54:03 AM
What do you think, why Bitmain accept payment only in BCC, that is not because they like BCC, they invest there where can get bigest profit.
Incorrect.  They accept BTC, BCC and LTC  Smiley

Maybe D3 profitability will fall on 5-6-7 usd per day in December, but still if you have patient and keep coins, you will make a nice profit. Dont forget, this is stock market, always somebody need to lose.....

what will be dash price in a year, how do you think?
607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Bitmain looks like they're releasing a 15GH/s DASH miner called the AntMiner D3 on: October 26, 2017, 06:51:31 AM
Any update on this? I’m curious as to how many nov orders have been shipped and even received?
not received yet.  October batch has been shipped on time though.

Aren't you the same cat that has been hawking that rip off scam pool, "Z pool"? You're not a huge proponent of reality are you?? LOL.
why do you think zool is a scam?  Smiley  I am looking for dash pool now, need your opinion  (at the moment more inclined to coinmine.pl)
Do yourself a favor buddy. If you're just getting started, sell your Hash at Nice hash. They consistently achieve high profit levels and the place is stable as the rock of Gibraltar. Lot's of shenanigans going on in the "switching pools". They have too many ways to skim your $ and you'd never know it. Nice Hash is always about $1.00 per day higher or lower than the highest profit coin. Sha256, Scrypt or X11. No, you're not mining, but the people that buy your Hash are bidding for it and the "net effect" on profitability is essentially the same as the switching pool results without the smoke and mirrors. Just my opinion. If I do coin switching, I only do it when I have the time to switch manually myself. Good luck and have fun!
Thanks for your thoughts, will think over )

I would suggest https://www2.coinmine.pl/dash/index.php
I have been using it for along time now, never had any issues.
one more question please.  I see on thier site:

2. Download a miner.
GPU Miner Linux/Windows: Download here
CPU Miner Linux/Windows: Download here

- but what about ASIC miner, missing?   what shall I choose?  CPU?
611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Bitmain looks like they're releasing a 15GH/s DASH miner called the AntMiner D3 on: October 24, 2017, 05:06:16 PM
In fact I need a longlasting pool, which won't disappear some day.   I am planning to use a dedicated farm to host my d3 miners, but the farm's owner says that I need to choose particular reliable pool,  which they won't switch it in future, as they have no time resources for this.

This is different from home-miners who can switch between pools from time to time, if they are not sutisfied with any pool.

What is the most reliable, and long lasting pool do you think?

What do you want to mine. Do you want to get paid out in different coins or are you mining straight dash.
If you want payout in other coins, a few post in this thread, members had suggested many.
But if you want to mine dash coins, and looking for a reliable pool.
I would suggest https://www2.coinmine.pl/dash/index.php
I have been using it for along time now, never had any issues.
Thanks for help!

It's ok paying in dash for me.   I looked into coinmine, and it looks quite good:  it is rather old, from 2014 - which is very nice.
Also i see big qty of of workers there for dash  - about 8500 units, which is quite big, comparing with another pools I saw (zpool and granat have about 500 each).  Do they really have so many workers?
Fee is1% which is not high.

Do they have good support, in case of any issues?

3:  you do not choose what coins you mine.  you only receive workunits for that algo.  The coin selection is strictly for what you wish to be payed in;  which BTC is highly recommended.

Can you clarify please?  As I read D3 miners were not able to mine any other X11 coins, except Dash, because Dash was fixed in it's hardware.

You are saying that  zpool choose the most profitable coin, but how zpool can iflluece D3's predestination  for mining only Dash?

Hi

I'd like to introduce our Mining-Pool at https://poolmining.org

  • Runs on dedicated hardware (Dual Hex-Core Xeons, 128 GB Ram)
  • Hosted at German Datacenter (Failover capacity on stand-by at Amazon AWS)
hello, i'm going to mine Dash soon, and my hosting is located in Malaisia.  Is it ok to mine with you, as you are quite far from Malaisia?

Is distance of any importance, in fact?
