Before launching successfull ICO you have to spend more than 300 000$ only on marketing. And here is still much risks. So it's not interesting to rise less than 5 000 000$, I think.

It can bring you very small money. Bounties are better

I have the same story! I bought ETH when it was 170, then it raised 400 but after that prices go down and when it was 220, I sold it. Now it's near 700 and words can't describe how disappointed I feel.
