601  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop losses on: July 05, 2021, 11:43:59 AM
Lots of traders often criticize stop loss function because it takes away the possibility of recovery but I don't know if even 10% of coins that go down ever recover unless a certain Elon Musk is sitting behind to help it.
elon musk only helps shitcoin and meme coins but not all have given a chance by elon so if you are a trader that picks up those kind of coins ,
stop loss can be your best freind because coins like that can rarely recover and maybe those who said that stop loss is bad are only trading good coins because they can recover easily .
602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we live without btc? on: July 05, 2021, 09:40:26 AM
~
Let's make it interesting.
How about in a parallel universe where fiat is the alternative while BTC is the primary currency around the world?
Pretty sure it sums up that it is now a need. One cannot buy food without BTC and food is obviously a needs. Smiley
i like this world better than we have now because btc will be the primary currency and there will be no need for fiats because btc can provide it all  .
btc was more than a currency but fiats ? fiats is stable and only built for payment purposes  .
if we are on that world we dont need to worry anymore if what future awaits with btc because it will surely live forever and will remain legal .
603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we live without btc? on: July 05, 2021, 08:28:14 AM
Yes of course we can live without BTC even we can live without fiat currency. We are all given the choice to do so. But if you ask me, I prefer to live with BTC.
fiats and btc are only currencies and they are not the primary need of humans but in order to live we need a food and we can aqcuire it in exchange for work or we can trade something .
people that are here in the forum will also chose to live with btc because they are already attached .
btc provides them income , they use btc over fiat as a currency . its difficult to accept if btc will be gone in their lives
604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I think Bitcoin is great as an asset and not as a Currency. on: July 05, 2021, 07:14:02 AM
Quote
It depends on us what we want to shape crypto in a long term as an asset or as a currency, but we can’t have it both.
why not ? i have been using my btc as currency to buy and pay if money and other currencies is not available but at the same time it was my asset for investment .
btc was introduced as a currency and that wont changed even if many are using their btc only as an asset  .
you better try using your btc more in payments or for buying and you will soon appreciate its other side .
605  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you know the Cards game..lucky nine, pusoy and tong its on: July 05, 2021, 06:13:44 AM
games that you love op are available to a crypto gambling site and you didnt notice that because they are named differently .
lucky nine is a local name but its internatiol name would be blackjack  .
for tongits that would be chinese poker and for pusoy i forget this one sorry but you can search it up online . cryptos will soon be available on local gambling apps or sites when theres more demand for it . just wait
606  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You got a pifzer ? Then you can be eligible for lottery in Poland. on: July 05, 2021, 04:45:56 AM
thats a lot of prizes but is there a people that willing to move from poland from this ?
that was crazy and i dont think they will allow it and even the prize is attractive ,
there will be people that will value their health and wont participate because they are afraid of the effects of the vaccine .

Quote
But unfortunately only 35% of the people in Poland are vaccinated yet.
its unfortunate for those who want more people to get vavcinated but it was fortunate for the people that participates in the draw because they got more chance of winning .
607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happen if US ban cryptocurrencies? on: July 03, 2021, 05:13:00 PM
I don't think it is very likely that US would outright ban crypto currency, but if they did it the effects would be devastating. Probably all crypto coins would go into a massive sell off. There are quite a few companies who invested into cryptos, with a ban they all would need to sell their coins in a short period of time. I think we would see a panic if that happens.
panic would be much bigger this time because the fall is larger and we are talking about the u.s  .
its one of the biggest country that holds bitcoins but if i were them i will control my self because there are still more countries left that dont ban btc and probably wont ban btc anymore .
instead of panicking they can use the oppurtunity to buy bitcoins as theres a chance that u.s will unban btc like what other countries did .
608  Economy / Economics / Re: “You don’t spend money now, you can’t spend after you died” on: July 03, 2021, 04:08:18 PM
It's a good advice to avoid limiting your self when you have an urge to buy something but not the best because there are times where we need money more importantly like when we are hospitalized because of accidents or something that requires a higher fund .
The solution for this is saving money early .
we might not spend the money that is left when we leave but it can be used by the people that are close to us .
609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market is recovering, what steps are you taking? on: July 03, 2021, 02:57:25 PM
Waiting for the bottom could be hard because the price can go in different direction .
it would be better if you could buy something when price falls and don't mind it when the price falls again but think positive that it will recover and you can make a profit .
Now that market is slowly recovering , I'm watching it closely because I have a plan to sell some .
610  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why risk management is so important for Every Trader. on: July 03, 2021, 11:06:04 AM
Quote
If you enter a $100 trade and lose 15%, you’re down to $85.

If you make 15% profit on your next trade, now you have $97.75
where did the $2.25 dollars go ? in the fees ?

Quote
It's harder to recover losses than to preserve funds. Don't think how much you can make on a trade. Think of how much you can lose on a trade. Risk-Reward ratio is key.

Also win % does not make a successful trader, but strategy and risk management do.
we dont wait before the price fluctuate but if we want to preserve our funds we can withdraw or trade it into stable coins and losses are hard to recover if you trade on the wrong coin .
traders wont get high win percent if they arent good but not all times they are in profit but they can experience a bad trade too sometimes .
611  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gov must have power to reverse transactions, says co-chair of blockchain caucus on: July 03, 2021, 08:07:29 AM
Quote
Is he telling everyone that if someone is using bitcoin and other cryptocoins, he or she will be a willing participant in a conspiracy to commit crime? I am shaking my head.
judging in his qoute yes he almost says that but he was refering only to anonymous crypto transactions .
i guess this means if your using a full private coins like monero or your using a mixing service for your btc but not all that does that are criminals right ? . some just like their transactions to be more discreet

Quote
The congressman also said that cryptocoins must become compliant with federal regulations and laws for them to ever become mainstream instruments for conducting transactions. Does everyone really want regulations or do those people only want a pump and thought regulations would bring it?
no thanks because cryptos were in their way in the mainstream even without it .
not all loves regulations . we dont need cryptos be like a fiat because they created differently
612  Economy / Economics / Re: Becoming wealthy and social responsibility on: July 03, 2021, 07:09:12 AM
yes it is good to become wealth and at the same time have a social responsibility. When someone is rich he/she must be responsible with regard to his money and do it for good such as donating to charities or organizing an event for a cause. It is good to be rich but it is much better to be a good citizen. We must take care of other people, they say, by taking care and doing good for them is doing good for God. It is also a good karma. We must support and uplift each other's lives.
That's not how rich people works, they won't help the society unless it benefits them directly. It's easy to say to take care of each other but the problem is that your perspective changes and you will see the people below you as just another worker plus if you uplift everyone, the influence that they have will waiver because there's no poor people that will need them anymore.
i think for most people yes this applies but there should be rich people that also have a rich heart and they regularly help those in need without minding if they will get anything .
its only a little help and wont change the lives of the poor imediately ,
dont worry there would still be poor left in this planet because this is how life works,  in balanced .
613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Factors affecting bitcoin business on: July 03, 2021, 06:13:07 AM
The major factors that you have listed affect almost any type of businesses, you don't see any Amazon warehouse in South Sudan right? The factor effect is generalized. What I think is a major factor is the adoption in the region because if no one is using bitcoin, what's the point of doing business there unless you are a big company that can sustain losses for months or even years to introduce the region to bitcoin then probably you can turn that lack of bitcoin adoption into a profit.
this is why some are asking if which country is best for bitcoin startups or business to make sure that they wont waste their time , effort and money .
i dont think if theres still a country that didnt know bitcoin but even if there is some adoption in that place but the governance is poor and selfish , bitcoin would still be banned on that country .
614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Binance Smart Chain the "New Ethereum"? on: July 03, 2021, 05:20:53 AM
Quote
Vitalik and his team better hurry up on scaling Ethereum before it's too late.
seems vitalik and his team are not in a hurry because there are still some issues left in their eth .
are they letting bnb to take over ? maybe there are negotiations between cz and vitalik that we dont see .
binance smart chain is a new implementatiom of binance team but it was not the new etherium and if there are new etherium that would be the eth 2.0 that is currently under way .
615  Economy / Economics / Re: Food prices doubled this year on: July 03, 2021, 04:34:44 AM
yes. because nowadays, food is the most essential this time of pandemic. before, people spend most of their money on things that they dont need much, they spend their money on luxury. but now, we only need food to survive. food prices doubled this year because food is on high demand. people stay on their homes that is why we have much needed food to consume. agricultural products are also high because of the high demand of rice and other products.
people supposed to save up and eat less during pandemic times because jobs are affected . spending most of our time in our home can be boring and can cause us to feel more hungry but we must control it if our status of living is poor .
food is essential but its not alone .
we need medicine too because if we are sick we can easily infected by corona and we need a well built shelter because we are advised to stay at home .

If you get them to eat less or few times a day they could consider that as starvation, depending on what they get feed by the Media about foods
From my experience, the body heals better and quicker when you fast or eat little while you feast on good/healthy oil, good contents, organic fruits/vegs, herbs/tea etc.    6am-12pm should be ok for people who are too scared of *starving* .
I believe we are supposed to eat light healthy foods . If people eat moderately always, they will get used to it. It's  not really about losing weight...it will help you become more active and your life will feel better
of course not to the point that they will starve them selves . if they ate 3 to 4 times a day ,
they can reduced that into 2 to 3 that should be enough because in our society now there are lots of obese people than the underweight and that is unhealthy and could cause serious health problems . changing their food choice from processed and artificial to healthy fresh foods is also good for the body and it cost lesser because we can plant it on our own .
616  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to deal with bear markets on: July 02, 2021, 06:02:01 PM
Quote
1.) secure your crypto -
we dont need to wait for a bear before we do it but we should do it at the begining . we need to find a wallet or an exchange that is safe and follow the proper guidlines of handling a crypto

Quote
3) Uninstall all the crypto price apps -
this could be bad but we need this to monitor the market if the bear is over and bulls are back  .

Quote
5) Block all the haters -
i wont block them but i will let them see that im not affected on the bear . this made me hodl stronger

Quote
7) Enjoy life - And always remember life is too short. Enjoy it. -
life is too short to worry . we should take things easy and not too serious .
617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Elon Interested in Dogecoin? on: July 02, 2021, 04:35:01 PM
As, we know that Btc & ETH are the top two Crypto in the market but I am confused why Elon interested in Dogecoin?
He is meems lover. That's why he like Doge coin. He also tweeted several new memes coin along with Dogecoin like SHIB Coin and Baby Doge Coin.
for real ? or maybe he pick doge because doge is a cheap yet popular coin and easy to manipulate ?
and he only uses the alibi that he loves meme coins but before doge he first pick btc and btc was not a meme coin but this could be for his tesla business .
elon is a rich guy and even if he dont pick doge and pick eth and btc instead ,
he can still manipulate this market .
618  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To what extent can sport be strengthened with cryptocurrencies on: July 02, 2021, 02:38:14 PM
we are in times when the blockchain through cryptocurrencies is entering a new moment for sports, before which and how far will we advance in this new scenario?

The biggest impact crypto currencies have on sports at the moment is through  gambling. A lot of bookmakers switched to crypto currencies and many of us gamblers are using the fast and easy way to pay and withdraw in cryptos. The demand for crypto sport betting will likely keep rising with the crypto prices.

we will find a way on how to increase our cryptos after seeing the price of cryptos are soaring and gambling is one of that source because it was instant than other crypto earning oppurtunities but you only need to control your self so that you wont get addicted .
sports gambling  could be a good choice when gambling in cryptos because it could be less riskier when you are good at the sport your betting .
619  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon Musk really has the ability to manipulate the bitcoin market on: July 02, 2021, 01:59:54 PM
he is because he had lots of followers and your right , it did not last long for btc but he moved in dogecoin .
there are some manipulation left in doge but not as active as before  . people have learned there lesson already or it was only the effect of  the bear market .
i dont panic but it sucks because many still do it and it affects the price of the coins that i hold  .

We are being taught to keep the keys safe.
yes we are but thats only for the peope that we dont know because they could stole the coins in our wallet but for our family we can exclude them to this rule if you are worrying that your coins will get lost if something bad happens to you but if you have a hate for your family or your family hates you ,
much better if you keep the keys to your self than your soul wont rest in peace .
