1381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone else still regret not buying Bitcoin in 2011? on: January 23, 2021, 04:26:25 PM
If I knew about bitcoin that time and didn't bought anything, then maybe I have huge regrets. But since I just knee awbout bitcoin years ago, there's not much regrets that I am feeling. Maybe the latest one, which I didn't bought around $10,000 and just look what we have now. Bitcoin mooned.
But everything is fine, I know it's not late.
btc at around  $10,000 is much expensive than the price shown on the tweet .
thats justifiable if you havent bought any but you can start a new positive investment life if you are feeling negative in the past , buy small amounts if you cant afford btc at a whole and keep it for another 10 or more years .
an any ordinary crypto today can be like a bitcoin on the past , no one invest on them because no one will know how are they going to worth in the future but its not too late because theres plenty of ordinary coins that havent growned huge that may have a potential
1382  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with nonsignificant altcoins on: January 23, 2021, 03:44:47 PM
Why are you calling coins like XLM and Monero nonsignificant? Just because the value of those coins are lower that that of bitcoin? I don't think this is how you are supposed to judge a coin. There are shit/scam coins out there that has has more value than Ethereum. Does that mean ethereum is "nonsignificant"?'
Why  they  do have this kind of mindset on where treating those top good altcoins in the market as  a non significant one? specially Monero. If we do base up on how big the cap is
then we can say that it does have significant demand.

If he do really just aim for bitcoin then convert those altcoins that he had then stick with btc. All other coins that below btc would be significant and lets just respect on how he do sees on it.

But we know that you can really make out some money if you do diversify with good altcoins.
not all coins below btc are significant , im talking to coins that are outside the elite circle .

xlm is inside the elite circle but monero ? i heard monero is going on an issue like what happens to xrp and monero can possibly get kicked out . lets calm up guys because maybe op is new on crypto and does not know to properly categorized a good coin from a crap coin but he can always learn and improve himself .

thats for him to not get  harsh comments and to make him avoid scams
1383  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BEST GAMBLING MOVIES OF ALL TIME on: January 23, 2021, 03:00:44 PM
What are your picks?

It isn't my favorite style of movie, but when I came across this topic I immediately remembered "Rounders" (I had to search for the original title).
The movie is old, from 1998, but it shows a talented player who ended up losing everything he had in a card game.
Depicting the reality of many players here very well. Roll Eyes
gambling isnt your genre but when it comes to gambling movies this can be your favorite because you watch it and remember a few bits of it .
on the movie the character was talented but why did he loose all what he have ?
that movie can be ficitional and not based on a real event because if you are a talented gambler you can gamble well and if you know that you are loosing you will learn how to stop before it gets too late .
1384  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people hold 1 Bitcoin at the moment? on: January 23, 2021, 02:23:43 PM
if this bullish runs on btc continues till the future it is going to be hard to accumulate more btc and reach 1 btc but if btc becomes bearish for a certain time ,
people will have a chance to buy more btc increasing their bags much faster but the real test is waiting or if how long are they willing to wait and not sell if their target is to reach 1 btc , thats not an easy thing to do .
not only that your going to be richier than others for having a 1 btc but this also make you a better person than them because you have a patience .
1385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin betting on the 2024 US Presidential Election | Biden+Harris Vs ?? ?? on: January 23, 2021, 12:44:14 PM
That's 3 years from now, I think it's too risky to put your bitcoin in a gambling site, we don't know what would happen in that span of time.

What if they will go dark and scam bettors? That's really a high risk for bettors and personally I would not put a bet that early.

Not just it's risky but there are lots of circumstances on this event if betting will be early.

I think there's no bitcoin gambling site yet that opens a bet for 2024 Futures. If I'm not mistaken, betting only open for at least a year in advance on crypto gambling sites. Different from fiat sportsbook that opens the betting much ahead of time.

1 year is not far ther than 3 years but 1 year of waiting is still long and i am not going to place my money that early but i dont have doubts to depo my money on a gambling site that are already tested and proven thru the years .
another thing is election betting do already gain a bad reputation to most of the bettors including me because of that delayed settlement of payments that happened last time and i am afraid that if i bet in election the horible experience can happen again .
1386  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it just the starting of fueling Bitcoin for riding to moon? on: January 22, 2021, 07:43:51 PM
maybe those institutions have an amnesia . did they already forgot the negative compliment that they slap at btc back at the year 2018 ? they gave positive compliment like there was nothing wrong but they should apologize  .

and on what time did grey scale bought btc ? btc were lifting off already if the buying happened for not so long  .

300 plus bitcoins is alot of added fuel to btc and that will be enough for it to land not ony in the moon but in venus
1387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: January 2021 — share your gambling experiences on: January 22, 2021, 07:11:44 PM
I apologize in advance as my gambling experience has been so-so. I get get small wins one day and small losses on the next from different games such as Dice, Plinko, Roullete and Crash. I haven't hit big multipliers in all casinos I've played so far. I'm just another regular player who visits and leave when I'm done.
no need to apologize for that my man atleast you are proud and karl said the aim of this thread is to proudfuly tell your moments in gambling . you havent hit big multi's by this year ? dont rush because you have plenty of time left  .
i am confident that you will soon hit that target you are hunting if you play consistently .
my gambling experience this 2021 is so far so good . i up'ed my capital and my bets a little bit because i dont want to be a pussy anymore and i also want to experience to win big of course
1388  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you combat your weaknesses in trading? on: January 22, 2021, 06:39:38 PM
My major problem in trading most definitely is Poor risk management. I sometimes see myself more like a gambler then a trader. With that usually comes overtrading because i want to trade for kicks, and even losing gives me kicks. But i try to combat that by trading with at least 4h candles so the time between the swings will be longer, and i will use 1d candles too just to be sure. And naturally leveraged trading is a problem for me.

I have been personally medicating my adhd to not to be so reckless, that i can keep a clear head and most of the time i try to do the exact opposite that my feelings are telling me. Just because i know that the whole game is rigged against my feelings, and markets usually act the exact opposite of how i feel of them.

I admit that some of you might not see some these options as problems in crypto trading, and sometimes aping in is a way to make the big bucks.

TLDR; i guess i wanted to ask that have you guys learned any lifehacks to overcome your weaknesses?

"You may only select up to 14 options" but the options are fixed at 14 and last option is extra . on the option there is "playing it too safe" but is this a weakness ? because i think its not . on trading we are doing are best to play it safe because risks or too much risks are deadly and can turned into loosing . most of the options are repeating , i dont need to special mention it all because its alot but see for your self . my main weakness is not following my plan or i sold too early and too late leads me to small profit . hard to say but its hard to combat this weakness until now but im trying my best
1389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Buy all Lotto Combinations - Win Big on: January 22, 2021, 06:05:55 PM
A friend of mine thought of a similar idea once, but hypothetically because he wouldn't want to get in trouble. The idea was to create a community via an app, and this community would target some specific lottery and buy out as many tickets as possible (but not all of them because it's not realistic), and they all don't spend much on the venue individually, but in case the community got the ticket right, the reward is split equally between all participants. So it's not like there's a guarantee of winning, but there's a way higher chance of getting some reward than when one simply buys a lottery ticket.
But nowadays I think such an enterprise would be targeted and outlawed.
your friend must be rich because the possible combination are millions and that will cause him millions for buying all tickets but asking for help is a smart move to do to not all shoulder the payments like what the character did in the story but my question is who held the funds in the group that he created, was it your friend ?
i will not easily trust my funds to random guys if there is no escrow involved but i will maybe if i know the members of this group .
1390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IDO is going to replace IEO? on: January 22, 2021, 04:54:02 PM
what is IDO stand for , ah i guess im going to research this myself but thanks for this information . finally a new type of coin offering , this makes me happy and excited for no reason hehe .
no wonder why the new projects that are under this IDO got instant success because it was still new and those investors that are bored and tired of defi scams are now moving on to this baby .
ieo on the side are still active with less issues , ieo arent going to die because of IDO but defi maybe .
1391  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lottery 6 from 49 tips anyone ? on: January 22, 2021, 04:08:42 PM
I don’t know if it fits here but lately I am obsessed with this kind of lottery. The math behind it says that there are almost 14 million total combinations and the best probability is 3 even and 3 odd numbers with a 33% occurence every 100 draws.Any better tips than choosing 3 odd and 3 even numbers?

Info taken from www.lotterycodex.com

This is the most well known lottery where I live so I want to try to have some tips from lotto players before I decide to buy a lot of tickets.

lottery is old but lottery topics and newly opened lottery sites are popping lately and that would have get your attention to try them because you havent yet .

this topic of yours fits perfectly non other than here because lottery is gambling and your are discussing a gambling game now moving on i didnt know that 3 even and 3 odds can occur more often compare to rumble or completly random numbers but how is that possible when the lotto balls are drawn randomly ? or maybe the numbers from the lotto list have equal odd and even pairs ?

my tip is try taking notes for the random numbers that you saw whenever you are , it could be numbers that you see inside or outside of your house or the numbers that you think of and see on your dreams . you can combine it with the tips that you shared or group them into 3 odds and 3 even numbers
1392  Economy / Gambling / Re: New gambling site on: January 22, 2021, 03:33:16 PM
*The terms and condition is also copied from other sources. (I am not sure it's a big problem or not. because most of the sites main terms is the same IMO)
that's wrong if I were to ask because why will they copy other gambling sites terms when they are not the same gambling site ? that is plagiarism .

They don't have an originality and that signals me to not trust a gambling site like that.

Honestly the site design does not look attractive, is this a new site or just an experimental site?
I'm just curious with what I saw, are there any players using the site except the owner?
I visit the link you posted and I arrived successfuly in the homepage the color was purple but I want to check other sections to see if the designs have changed , I want to check the leaderboads too to know if there are other player names but it won't load .

The loading was stuck  , I guess the site was still in development
1393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs covid 19? on: January 22, 2021, 02:52:03 PM
the title of the thread should not be "vs" because both btc and vaccine are not in the competition but they are helping each other  .
when there is covid , we have btc to do cashless transactions and help us earn but now its the covids vaccines turn to help fight the covid virus and if all cleard this will also help btc  price do more
but what im afraid of is that btc may also not do more because people will also go back by using offline currencies
1394  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I was not wrong to bought bitcoin. on: January 21, 2021, 06:02:31 PM
No matter who invest in bitcoin and from what stage it is, if it can make a profit by waiting for the price to rise, it can be said that it was not wrong.
You can never go wrong if you learn how to wait but the idea of the op is bad for me because if most of the replies he get is against to him he will loose his motivation to wait but it maybe be good for him because he was doubting right at the beginning and he ask for signs if he will continue holding or not and luckily he received positive replies which boost his confidence to continue but he was also showing that he is afraid to make mistakes .
No no that's wrong we all are not perfect and it isn't wrong to make a mistake .
he will be happy if he will profit with his investment all the time but when the time comes that he loose ? How can he handle that
1395  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🍀➫ ➬ ➫ ➬ 🚀 SatoshiHill.com 🚀➫ ➬ ➫ ➬🍀 on: January 20, 2021, 11:14:51 PM
With all of these newbies keep on spamming as some of these accounts are clearly repeatedly posting plus the negative trust on you OP. I don't think there's much more chances you can get with these people in here, besides there's a lot of good and reputable casinos that already exist. How would you want to deal with them and if I read it right you aren't the owner of that site, then, why bother to promote it anyway?
he isnt the owner but he claims himself as an advertiser ,
he gets paid to do this job and he would careless but if i were him i would care more because i am getting paid .

i will re create a new ann thread and make it morderated so that it wont be infested by spammers like the newbies that we see here praising their website too much because that looks verry questionable at their end

also they already claim to be the number 1 trusted brand , no point of looking for other trusted sites  Grin

1396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fast food restaurants accepting crypto as payment method? on: January 20, 2021, 09:44:32 PM
If in my city it was possible to pay with cryptocurrency, for example, Ethereum, then I would choose to pay in the classic way by credit card.  All due to problems with high fees on the Ethereum network.  Instead of paying the network commission, I'd rather buy myself coffee.
I prefer holding my own crypto instead of using it as payment in some fast-food restaurant. Since the price is really high, the fees are also that high and I don't want to waste money just on a single food. I prefer using fiat when paying. If that is a USDT, it might be good since that token is stable in terms of price.
that is if you already have a usdt but what if you havent have a usdt ,
are you willing to convert your cryptos to usdt first before you can use your usdt buying in fastfoods ? sounds not a good idea isnt it ?
fees arent holding us alone to use our crypto because if fees are the problem it can be easily solved by adding more cheaper cryptos as a payment method but its the recent increase that is holding us for spending .
1397  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Type/Kind of Trading Style is the Best and why on: January 20, 2021, 08:48:53 PM
To be honest,
No strategy or Method works for the second time.
The only thing that matters is the luck and good fortune.
If you lack in both of these, then surely you will fall in losses.
Moreover Trading should be done by doing high estimated calculations, not based on theories.
Hope this clears some doubts for you OP.
second time ? Or when re used ? Does that mean we need to practice all what is written by the op but if we are a beginner we can't learn all and I think most traders keeps on re using their Verry own single strategy because they think thats working for them and they are comfortable with that .

Luck and fortune sounds the same but what about the skills ? Trading needs skills  . Estimated Calculations and theories sounds the same too but again this won't be enough without skills involved .

@op you missed trading or regular trading . Beginners don't know how to label themselve but they call themselves as plain traders .
1398  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crazy fund manager spreading incredible FUD on: January 20, 2021, 07:45:11 PM
that's why many claim Monero is the cryptocurrency that Bitcoin tried to be originally.

Monero provides better anonymity than bitcoin and that's why it is getting delisted from the exchanges and also for the same reason it won't ever get adopted by the masses. Another dead end.

true, the masses simply don't care about privacy, as can clearly be seen by the failed adoption of Linux/Firefox/etc...

says who ? i care about my privacy and who wouldnt ? that is why i am here and you guys are all here .
btc is still a private coin although not as private as monero but aside btc and monero we have other privacy coins that we love to use and firefox, linux , popular privacy brands did not fail.
there are users that uses them but people tends to go if what is more trendy and that is chrome , windows but by using both of these doesnt mean your privacy are now going to be expose but you can do some tweaks to keep it private .

good thing because they announced the closure of their service and give time for the players to withdraw all funds there.
thats why they are the best . the always prioritize the players until their verry own last breathe

i bumped here because i was also one of those who shock by the closure of luckybit . i was checking my email earlier and saw the mail from lucky bit that they are now shutting down . im not an active gambler of this site but i dont know why i feel sad reading the mail Cry

but guys if you will recall the lucky bit's history , they started on the year 2013 and dissapear then came back again and now they are going to leave again . who knows they may return again soon?

glad that her persistent finally paid off after 20 years. things like this have happened in my country too I just hope her or her relative doesn't blow this one extremely rare luck.

Do any of you play the same trick as their (playing the same number always)??
I do. playing the same number isn't that uncommon in lottery. a lot of people I know who bet on lottery have some kind of lucky number combination(the most common are birthdates) that they pick every time they bet on a lottery. and I have also heard stories TV news about lottery winners using the same number for years before they won.
this happens on all the country because lottery is legal and supported by a government and there were people that wont give up no matter what .
no matter how poor they are they find a way to work and earn money to continue buying lotto tickets and they use same old number because there is that pyschology that the number will came out if it havent came out and why choose random numbers when we can pick important numbers that were part of our lives  .
