601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TOP 4 CRYPTOCURRENCIES FOR 2018!!! on: January 10, 2018, 01:26:21 PM
I placed most of my money in Ripple because I consider it promising, and distributed the remaining funds between bitcoin and the ethereum. I think they will not show too rapid growth this year.
602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRE-ICO][BIORITMAI]A PERSONALIZED MEDICINE on: January 10, 2018, 01:22:24 PM
Cardiovascular disease is a very serious problem in the modern world. Does the team have the experience of developing a similar design for diagnosing diseases or will it be the first experiment?
603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are so many people against bitcoin? on: January 10, 2018, 01:17:44 PM
I'm trying to understand why are so many people against bitcoin?  is it the innovation that scares them? the feeling of staying behind? the fact that that money will go to the wrong hands?

Many people are afraid of not adjustable bubbles, because when it starts to burst, and bitcoin starts to burst sooner or later, you can not quickly exchange it for cash or not at all and it will be a net loss.
604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How high will ETH get to? on: January 10, 2018, 01:15:49 PM
As ICO reamains hot, ETH, as the token, finally breaks $1,000 for the first time, what's you expectation for the target price? Share your analysis below.

Original analysis from Kuang Ren:

The ability to move against the overall downtrend during previous oscillation pattern at high level makes ETH the leader in this round of uptrend among major coins.

Currently, ETH is the only major coin that sets a new all-time high and moves in an independent way, which can be explained by the increasing application scenarios. ETH will fall only when ICOs stop being crazy.

Original by Kuang Ren, translated and posted by AICoin Jami.

To expect some fantastic growth from the ethereum is no longer worth, but this asset in the long run should still show itself. It is actively used in various ICO, which will allow the price to grow.
605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoins become worthless? on: January 04, 2018, 06:04:11 PM
For me possibly to yes. History is littered with currencies that failed and are no longer used, such as the German Mark during the Weimar Republic and, more recently, the Zimbabwean dollar. Although previous currency failures were typically due to hyperinflation of a kind that Bitcoin makes impossible, there is always potential for technical failures, competing currencies, political issues and so on. As a basic rule of thumb, no currency should be considered absolutely safe from failures or hard times. Bitcoin has proven reliable for years since its inception and there is a lot of potential for Bitcoin to continue to grow. However, no one is in a position to predict what the future will be for Bitcoin.

Bitcoin has not only information and the army of its believers, Bitcoin overcome the border between virtual world and reality. It built banks, spread widely ATMs. It have become the serious business brand.
606  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people sell bitcoins? on: January 04, 2018, 06:01:52 PM
Most of the people that are selling their bitcoins now are the ones that they can't really take the few for now. They have come up to a decision that they don't want to but they have to do it as transaction fee is starting to increase and not all the holders, traders and investors of bitcoin can take it anymore otherwise they are selling because they need cash for welcoming the holidays season.

I am not selling my Bitcoins now because I surely believe that it will rise to 20000USD again. Maybe someone think that it is better to invest this money in some other place because staying here has no sense anymore. But I prefer to be a fan of Bitcoin.
607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Day trading vs ICO investment vs Altcoin investment on: January 03, 2018, 09:17:16 PM
Share your stories, what is most profitable for you.

I don’t know the better way to earn good money besides mining coins. Trading is too risky thing that require smart mind. All these investments this is just a lottery. There are many scams everywhere.
But you can try to participate in some bounty... maybe you will be lucky.
608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why media against bitcoin ? on: January 03, 2018, 09:12:28 PM
when ever I found any news about bitcoin it is negative news , i am confused why traditional mass media always against bitcoin ?

It's no secret that now the owners of banks can order negative advertising for crypto currency so that their clients do not use crypto currency.
609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VERGE what is happening on: January 03, 2018, 09:09:31 PM
I got some Verge a few weeks ago when mr Macphee made the announcement and value went up. made some profit. now it is just hovering around going no where. and some controversy on it now.
suggestions and thoughts?
get rid of VERGE? keep it?

what is rest of you all doing?

My advice to you. As Verge hesitates you, now it's best to leave and not sell, but wait for the best moment when it will rise more 50 or 100%!
610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Too late to invest in cryptos if you're old? on: January 03, 2018, 08:57:39 PM
What would you guys advise someone who is retired, living off pension and savings? Is it too late/risky to invest at that kind of age?
Do you guys think the elderly have a chance of jumping on the crypto train, or do you guys think it's too late for them to invest?

Many elderly people successfully master computers and some new hobbies and I think that if they wish, they will be able to successfully learn the crypto currency and get a good profit.
611  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you sell your Bitcoin at $100,000 or what? on: January 03, 2018, 08:28:38 PM
I don't have much of bitcoin to sell it below $100,000 - and will probably do this one year after.
Still have some doubts.. Maybe $200,000 will be a better point?
Please give an advice, your opinion is important!!

PS. It's not a joke. Please be realistic while estimating..
Gonna bring up this topic close to X-Mas 2018.

I'm not sure that bitcoin will be able to grow to $ 100,000 next year.
But I will sell it as soon as I get enough profit to achieve my goals. (50% of profit)
612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NUKO - A coin full of opportunities on: January 03, 2018, 08:26:33 PM
Seems pretty interesting but I would wait until it gets on more reputable exchanges

When I see a trend line on the screen sheet I can not understand if this currency price stable or not. As for me I don’t see any good features in Nekonium. Does anyone has the contrary arguments?  I suppose that my opinion is true.

614  Economy / Economics / Re: Why people says gold is better? on: January 03, 2018, 08:23:02 PM
Gold has long been used as a hedge, so some people who don't know bitcoin, who don't know the blockchain, think bitcoin is a hoax, and they think the real thing is believable.

Gold is preferred by people with more traditional, conservative way of thinking. For now they are true in making their investments in gold. If you lose all your Bitcoin saving no one will compensate it to you.
615  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: January 03, 2018, 08:14:39 PM
I understand clearly that today is not the time to sell bitcoins. It is better to wait until the price will rise again and the coins will become profitable. I am sure that the path of growing is the only road for greatest currency we ever know!

617  Economy / Speculation / Re: Look like Christmastimes discount is over ? on: December 28, 2017, 05:59:45 PM
what do you think is it a real recovery for bitcoin?

Every day there is an incomprehensible change in the currency. Then it grows, then it falls loudly. And from this no one is immune. The risk really is. But my opinion is that the currency will be at its best!
618  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why MUST Bitcoin crash and have another winter? on: December 28, 2017, 05:56:25 PM
I do not think that the situation is very similar to 2013. But there is something in common in them. But still now too much money in crypto market so everything changed.
619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin or Ethereum on: December 28, 2017, 05:52:35 PM
The programming language used by Ethereum is Turning complete whereas Bitcoin is in a stack based language. Ethereum transaction is confirmed in seconds compared to minutes for Bitcoin. Ethereum uses ethash while Bitcoin uses secure hash algorithm, SHA-256. While Bitcoin is created as an alternative to regular money and is thus a medium of payment transaction and store of value, Ethereum is developed as a platform which facilitates peer-to-peer contracts and applications via its own currency vehicle. While Bitcoin and Ether are both digital currencies, the primary purpose of Ether is not to establish itself as a payment alternative (unlike Bitcoin) but to facilitate and monetize the working of Ethereum to enable developers to build and run distributed applications (ĐApps). So ETH seems a good future investment.

I do not see the need to make a choice of Bitcoin or Ethereum, I prefer to work with them in parallel. But because of the habit, it's more pleasant to work with Bitcoin, I'm more used to it and it's easier for me to invest in Bitcoin.
620  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What interest you best when choosing an exchange? on: December 28, 2017, 05:20:36 PM
What parameters should someone check when trying to choose an exchange to work with?

Of course the fees for transactions are essential thing. But on my mind it is more important the existence of reliable security system of platform. Because all these hack attacks are real problem for users.
