Over at Allcrypt, the price of Solarcoin has been slowly rising this whole week. NOW is the time to get in on it and buy it up and mine it! Solarcoin (SLR) !
It has gone from 900 satoshi to over 2000 satoshi in the past week!
"Now is the time to get in so i can dump. " The real time to get in was at 900...

alright, I am kinda on the forum, but I have been around.
Have you guys thought about what makes a coin that 'should be in exchanges'? I just thought about that, and realize some coins are to be taken seriously, while Most arent.
to be, the list looks like this:
The Boss: Where he goes, we follow. Bitcoin
The Mid Bosses: Where they are is hard-earned, don't expect too much more. (for now) Litecoin Dogecoin Peercoin Namecoin
The Try Hards: Potentials for outbreak. Depends on market's outlook. Megacoin Worldcoin Feathercoin Quark
I cannot take Ripple seriously, I mean who does. Same with Primecoin, which I see extremely limited development, it is really there just because. Mastercoin/NZT I also cannot take seriously, same as ripple.
While Aurora and Spain.. well, too soon? SpainCoin doesn't even look legit to me, does it to anyone?
InfiniteCoin and Novacoin... well, it has a trading volume of a tea-spoon. I think these two will disappear completely soon. Bitshares (protoshares), this one has always been iffy to me.
Do you guys ingeneral agree with me?
worldcoin as in sharmbeck worldcoin? I lol and feathercoin? bwhahahahaha, now i can really laugh. all try tryhards are trash, and most pre/instamined.

i trust the failings in KGW have been investigated and mitigated
He is using a custom algorithm now, not kgw. yes but it could have similar issues I'm sure they are aware of this.

Zack, try to ignore that stupid thread man, Don't let them get to you!
LP
its just annoying that those guys are directly affecting the price if you look at the charts ADT value started dropping just after that thread was started as they were going around every website and chat box they could telling everyone that they are going to destroy ADT if I wasn't a fairly big holder already I would be making the most of the low price right now but I don't what to have the majority of coins held by only a few people I will be getting everything moving very soon at the moment I am helping the last few people / people that have issues swap there coins over there is around 5 bill to be swapped still I am helping people swap just over 1 bill so there is 4 bill coins still to be swapped so can you all please look and see if you have any coins to swap over just ignore them. most of the thread is people telling them how dumb they are anyways.

Does this need upgrading if the regular qt wallet is upgraded.
Also, someone said these lightweight wallets automatically detect the longest blockchain, so there is no need to upgrade after a hard fork. Is this correct?
this is a good question.. I wouldn't think so since as you said, it only reads the current blockchain, it doesn't do any work/mining to it. I'm afraid the only way to get a surefire answer is to try it yourself; I'm going to try this too with the android wallet ( http://digitalcoin.co/forums/index.php?topic=964.msg6769#msg6769) so I can know for future reference. We've got a new update coming out in the next few weeks ( http://digitalcoin.co/forums/index.php/topic,965.0.html) so we'll know soon enough. EDIT: Actually yes, after asking baritus the light wallet will need to be updated any time the blockchain goes through a hardfork. I guess we need to hear from hashengineering and shimal in regards to the android wallet/dub respectively. Have there been any hardforks recently, or are any coming up in the near future? Soon there will be a hard fork. http://digitalcoin.co/forums/index.php/topic,965.0.html

Whoever is in charge of this coin is now responsible. We have asked you to change the name and brand completely to something completely different like Lotus coin. You have failed to listen and everyone is now deserting.
Then somebody from the community needs to fork it. It's obvious all prior devs were looking for a quick p&d.

The big question is who rates the coins.
The movement going on right now has nothing to do with the quality of the coins, despite what they say.
It's a couple of shit coin creators looking to increase the value of their coins, and some pool operators looking to take out the competition.
And the whole overarching goal is to earn tons of money through extortion.
So while DACLQ might be a good idea, I don't think it's going to have any effect on what's going on because "Operation Shitcoin Cleanup" has nothing to do with cleaning up anything. It's just a criminal enterprise looking to make money.
Pretty much sums up the retard scenario over there.

What makes this decentralized?
Nothing. OP (or anyone else with power and an agenda) puts all his holdings into tier 1, gg.

With all the recent Scrypt ASIC news we are strongly considering switching DigiByte to a more ASIC resistant algorithm to ensure a more fair mining opportunity for everyone. Our goal since day one is to make sure there is not centralization of hashing power or technology with DigiByte.
Please explain the reason for your vote and if you voted yes please list and provide a link to the algorithm you support.
Also, if anyone has any case studies of a coin hard forking and switching algorithms please post a link.
switch to X11 algo +1. the power savings alone are worth it.

well i dont see why. i work on the look for myriadsha.cryptopools.com (my pools)
I love the rework at dgc.cryptopools.com . The only thing i miss is the total network hash, I can't find it anywhere on the site. It would look good in the dashboard. /vouch

You are all dumb for posting here. This includes me. We are all idiots for bumping this pile of shit thread each and every post. OP is king idiot.

Love the new DGC rework at dgc.cryptopools.com but I'm having a hard time finding network hashrate as it is no longer on the dashboard. I dont think it's on the site anymore, could you guys add it back?

Anyone else's VTC not showing up on Cryptsy? I send a deposit to Cryptsy from my wallet and it has 40+ confirmations and no sign of it on Cryptsy. Transaction is verified at explorer.vertcoin.org

Hi all, update on my legal front: - The struggle with my insurance company continues. Working hard to get them to cover the expenses that need to be made. - The deadline I had to respond to the complaint that was set for this Monday has been postponed for two weeks to April 7th. - I have been talking to a NY based lawyer yesterday and today. Yes, he phoned me on his free Saturday morning - kudos for this. Regarding the NY lawyer: Exact details will follow on Monday, but he seems willing to take the case. He said that everyone gets sued in the USA, so that shouldn't pose any problems. * F1k is a happy camper I bet that if you get to be win this case, coinye will just explode as the only brake I see is legal threat. What is this abou?

Was that cash injection from the sale of 500,000DGC? Doubtful since it was stolen from Baritus. @CryptmebroNo one stole Baritus coins, he sold his coins for about $30,000 in BTC while soliciting investments from people for his ventures. He couldn't very well admit to selling them so he came up with this "rogue employee steals my wallet" line of BS. The reason he won't publicly list the addresses is simple, they were sold at Cryptsy and as long as he doesn't openly admit which addresses is his, he can always deny anything we can logically point to as the address. Basically if you invested in any of Baritus' ventures, you made it possible for him to cash out $30K USD of his coins. ~BCX~ You are a very troubled person.
