Summer is soon and I have some plans so I need to deposit BTC into the card , so can anyone confirm that the pending deposit issue is finished?

do you mean card load or BTC deposit into the wallet?

I was basically speaking about the BTC deposit because I had issues with it , It was saying Pending even if I had 3/3 confirmations . but I'd like to know about both. What are the current issues ?

we've deployed a number of fixes overnight, should be more stable now.

I made a deposit of 2 bitcoins to my e-coin account, after the deposit was finish I tried to load my card.
The loading process is still pending since yesterday and my bitcoins are not more on my wallet.
Can you help me.

>> of course. what's your registered e-mail?

all done for you, sorry for the unnecessary troubles
604  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: May 27, 2016, 08:01:26 AM
No its not working anymore, i've deposited the bitcoins 4 days ago and its still says pending

what's your registered e-mail? and are you talking about deposit not settling in the wallet or about pending card load?

I dont know what's going on with e-coin theses days, but every w-e the limit drops to 250 USD/ day. Also my friend and I tried loading bitcoin into the card provided and e-coin took the bitcoin out the balance but didnt credit them into the card ... Got some email about withdraw fail etc and should contact support, which i did , then i get a generic reply saying because they adding features it can take up to 3 days to fix a problem ...

This seems very unprofessional to me, unfort we cannot rely on e-coin for efficiency. So now , i am stuck with some bitcoin gone idk where .. :/

what's your registered e-mail?

i sent via pm

replied by support, sorted

what do you mean? where did you find Iraq mentioned as supported?
https://help.e-coin.io/hc/en-us/articles/202424481-E-card-is-shipped-to-the-following-countries-at-this-moment

We would love to support every country, but the card issuing bank does not support Iraq as well as quite a number of other countries due to regulatory limitations

aha cool, i just noticed that i cant even get a virtual one xD
but there was iraq as a country selection on wirex for some reason

you can create an account and use the BTC wallet, there are no limitations there from Wirex/E-Coin. But the issuing bank cannot ship cards to Iraq for the time being. Hopefully this would change sooner rather than later

I'm a E-Coin wallet user, and I just lost about 0.158BTC. In my local time at about 9AM give or take an hour, I was trying to reload my card but it didn't went through so I tried a bunch of time and my card was still at the same amount. However I was still able to make purchase with it. But then I decided to withdraw some of my bitcoin but it didn't went through either. So I waited till about 4:30PM and I received a bunch of notification saying that 20USD is being credited into your card (I tried to reload 20USD at 9AM, didn't work) but there was no way to cancel it so I figure just let it reload into my card and use the buy bitcoin on the site to get back my bitcoin even though I might waste some bitcoin. In the end, only 40USD got reloaded into my card (I had 17USD) and 0.275191BTC left in my wallet (I had 0.4333 as far as I can remember). I've contacted your customer support a bunch of time and no one replied. Please help me have this problem fix ASAP thank you. My email is starkanthony01@gmail.com

the description is a bit confusing, had support look into it.

in short:
- You had tried to load the card too many times. Being an unverified account holder, you can only make 2 loads per day.
- The BTC "stuck" in transit due to these attempts have been returned to your balance. We wouldn't be able to load them to your card, as the number of allowed loads per day has already been exceeded.
- Please, avoid try to avoid making more card load attempts than allowed (you could verify your account to increase those limits), as it could potentially lead to the bank blocking your card.

you could try and do this at your own risk, however, the bank may not issue the card or may issue it but block it later, because Iraq is not on the list of allowed countries. One thing for sure, you will definitely not be able to verify such account to an Iraqi address

iraq is supported on wirex
and i dont see why most of the site doesnt support iraq

Please, PM your registered e-mail so that we check its current status - sometimes cards get blocked by the bank on suspicion of fraudulent use

Worked it out, here in New Zealand you must use Credit at EFTPOS.

Thanks

so, all figured out, no issues left?

thx for the reply

about the ID i mean do i have to send you driving license, passport stuff like this Smiley

the shipping, iam talking about shipping the Debit card to and package forwarding site in (USA) then they ship it to me to where i live (Iraq)

so when i fill my info on the site can i type i live in Iraq, and ship the card to USA ? then buy stuff with my card on amazon and ship it to the same address i shipped the card to in USA

i hope u can understand my English xD

Be careful! E-Coin/WirexApp may be turning to a scam

Be careful! don't withdraw paypal money to visa e-coin card !! AFTER 7 DAYS STILL WAITING FOR THE MONEY TO APPEAR IN MY E-Coin Account

e-coin support :

We can answer any questions about our service, which is loading the card with Bitcoin.

It is possible to load the card using 3rd party services like PayPal, but you need to contact those 3rd party services with specific questions.

Usually such kind of transactions takes up to 5 business days.

Kind regards,
E-Coin Team

seriously, could you at least take some time to read the reply and study the subject before posting such comments? This is just incompetent.

You can load the card via PayPal, but we have NOTHING to do with that. You do that directly, right? We have no influence or control on such transactions, if there are any issues, it is PayPal you need to address the with.

We can, if there is a significant delay, address the problem to the issuing bank and they might be able to help, but with 99% probability the problem is on PayPal's side.
617  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: May 24, 2016, 09:26:45 PM
it should be checking account, but depends on the particular ATM or POS really. Can you, please, send the details (possibly with screenshots) to support@wirexapp.com?

OK, I will try that again in a few hours, I will go down to the shops and get a pie or something.

Will my card invalidate itself at any point getting these messages?  It would be a pain to have to get another one.

nothing should happen to the card, unless you enter incorrect PIN several times.

@ gosha@e-coin

I just got my debit MasterCard from you guys.  When I am using at EFTPOS what button do I press?

I activated it and got the pin but when I tried Savings or Cheque and they did not work(Card Type Error), they did not have Credit so I did not try it.

Been using the virtual card online so far, works great (even with paypal).

Thanks

#wirexapp.com
can i still use the virtual card on all the website like amazon ? just like the plastic one ?

do i need to send them ID's ?

i dont live in USA but i want to ship it to a package forwarding site, is it okay to type iam from Germany and in the shipping address i type USA please help me

yes, virtual card can be used for all online payments.

Didn't quite get the question about ID's - did you mean our bank or amazon?
Same for the shipping address - are you talking about ordering the card or ordering stuff online using the card?

Today i got a virtual card for free (from spectrocoin) and so far I am please. The process is secure and looks professional.
I did not compare the rates with coinsbank but i think they are both competive.

We have had quite a number of occasions when virtual cards were given out free of charge. Quite obviously, more campaigns like that will be coming in order to partially ease the pain caused by the recent technical issues which we hope to be resolving soon
