601  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: March 25, 2023, 09:36:39 PM
Anyway, back to the topic, Donaire got the advantages on this one, so he should make a big statement rather than having to see him barely winning the fight. And if that's the case, he should already retire.

Fighting 2 times against the monster is already a good experience for Donaire. He should not be surprised by Santiago's performance as compared to Inoue, Santiago should be easily dealt with. This fight will be the test for Donaire if he still can dominate the 118 bantamweight division now that Inoue is out on the way. If successfully win, I hope he will face right away a good top boxer at the bantamweight for a unification fight.

I want to see him facing Jason Moloney in a unification fight in the future as it's only him I see that can give a tough fight for Donaire. But if Donaire loses here against Santiago, I won't expect a Moloney fight obviously as that was clearly out of the topic.
602  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Taking advantage of bonuses - what do you think about this? on: March 25, 2023, 09:32:53 PM
For instance, you can watch this video explaining how to benefit from a bonus by risking only $0.50 or so...
Is this a good way in your opinion to actually "make money" from gambling or not - what's your opinion?

Don't expect though that even by risking such a low amount, everything is a sure win.

A tournament is really hard to compete in when it's not just you who are eyeing a great position in the leaderboard. Aside from skills, luck is really a big factor to win as you can expect that there are lots of users who will join that tournament. A good way to make money is if the bettor is always doing that and already have good results. Not a good way for those who are not used to doing it.
603  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 25, 2023, 09:29:35 PM
They have 2 games that they could easily win. But they still have a good chance, although it might not be in their hands. All they can do is pray for those teams that they are juggling for position to lose their remaining games.

And then while praying for other teams to lose lol, they should do their best to aggressively win their remaining games.

What a good win they established against OKC in their recent game, however, almost have a chance of losing the game as they didn't even manage to hold that good lead at most parts of the game. They were outscored by the OKC in the 2nd and 3rd quarters which is not good although fortunately in the end, they were able to secure the win.

With that win, they are now at .500 with a 37-37 standing in the Western Conference. They shouldn't waste their chances to secure a playoff spot as seeing their remaining games, almost all of those games are sure can be handled by the Lakers.
604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about this? on: March 25, 2023, 09:21:46 PM
When some people ask questions about gambling, such as "Can someone can make a living through gambling? I don't like to engage in such conversations because those who doubt that gambling can change someone's life are usually those who have gambled and failed multiple times or those who don't really know gambling strategies.

Well, it depends on how you think about that, is it real? is it possible? are there really people who make living from gambling?

Not because those people who make a living from gambling, really say that thing,  doesn't mean they always win at their gambling activity. It's just that they were able to maintain those good and consistent winnings to support their living.

Up to you to believe or not as honestly, it doesn't even matter to know if that's true. We just focus and mind our own business.
605  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Virtual Betting/ Real bet on: March 25, 2023, 09:19:21 PM
Have you experience the manipulations over vFootball betting?

Manipulation is sometimes always the reason for those bettors that loses their respective bets. Why not just accepts that you really loses that bet and moved on with other bets? It's not that a virtual betting site will focus only on you to manipulate the results.

Next time, try to use a virtual betting site that already established a good trust rating in the virtual betting industry for you to at least not overthink too much that you are being manipulated or being cheated.
606  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs John Ryder - May 6th in Mexico on: March 25, 2023, 09:13:28 PM
I agree, defeating Alvarez will be a huge accomplishment for Ryder.  He doesn't need to win via KO just a plain winning, may it be a split decision or majority decision is enough to boost the career of Ryder.  But of course, if Ryder won via KO that will not only make a statement but an exclamation and make a huge uproar of his career.

Take note mate, when fighting Canelo Alvarez, don't expect that scorecard will be favored his opponent unless a clear win per round is really shown like what happened when Canelo fights Dmitry Bivol where the latter clearly won most rounds as judges won't be able to even attempt to make some cheating where Bivol is really the clear winner on those rounds.

A split decision in favor of Ryder is absolutely impossible to happen, believed me. The only sequence that will make Ryder a winner is, if he will have the same performance as Bivol did against Canelo, or if Ryder will find a way to Knock Out Canelo. No other way.
607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are Casino Sites Cheating Us? on: March 23, 2023, 11:59:13 PM
The truth is none of us really know.  I know there are some sites/games that they say are provably fair, but I'm still not so sure that is the case.  It's the same thing when you go to visit casinos in person whether that's at some place like Las Vegas or Lake Tahoe.  I just don't think there's truly any way for us to know if the games we're playing are actually not cheating us.  I would lean toward the latter, that they are..but I of course have no proof of this.

And since no way to really knows the truth about being fair, what we need to rely on is the site's reputation.

Not saying these reputable sites won't cheat but at least these big sites really care for their business not to be ruined by some cheating issues.

The reason why I never consider playing on a new site until such time that they are able to establish some good reviews.
608  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | Unified WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | May 7 on: March 23, 2023, 11:59:08 PM
I think Fulton already calm his fans and says that he will still wait for Inoue and push this fight to happen in Japan. Definitely it's a setup on his part as he is training hard for this one specially that he is the underdog. But he won't lose anything yet, he is still the champion.

It will be bad if he decided to go up in weight and not fight Inoue because he has to wait for too long. As others think, he could go for a tune up fight, choose a boxer that has less risk so that he will not have that ring rust.

Besides, the deal was already settled. The contract has been officially inked. Everything is already in place. No need to change plans or not follow the contract since it's in the first place, the fight will just be moved on to another date to give way for Inoue's recovery period. It will be a disaster if Fulton will not follow the original contract where in fact, the postponement is not intentional.

If at some point Inoue again suffers a problem on the rescheduled date, that's the time Fulton can now consider changing his plan as the boxing organization itself will not push their fight if another problem happened on the same side, which is Inoue.
609  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: March 23, 2023, 11:58:43 PM
He still need to feel though, the distance, the moves of Santiago, so again, he will read him early. And maybe he will go with some fakes and feints to see his reaction and then throw that patented left hook of his to finished Santiago. He will have to prepared for a full 12 rounds though, maybe Santiago chin is going to hold so at least he has some in his tank if this goes to full distance.

As usual, Donaire will keep his play safe first in early rounds calculating his opponent's move.

Since entering the veteran age, Donaire watched how his opponent moves first before making his own move.

Remember when Donaire defeats the young and prime Gaballo? He's being careful with his moves until founding a hole that connects his body shot that makes Gaballo suffers heavy pain and never able to get up.
610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Placing bet on WWE on: March 23, 2023, 11:56:31 PM
Bets on WWE ? Funny! Why would I want to bet on a fake sport ? I mean , yea , for entertaining is great to watch ...but to place bets on them ? when most of the fans know the script even before the fight is planned and they know the winner before the fight as well. So I think , these are 2 main reasons of why betting houses will most likely never accept or see WWE as a betting sport.
True, everything is fake. They just act and make money. Most of the WEE fighters later seen on different movies. Even to watch the match it doesn't looks funny. Just the referee will be trying to finish the match with the three beats, but someone will distract and the fighter gets up. At times someone shakes the leg of the player and referee wasn't aware of it. Only mistake there is no VAR or review system. Grin

Why there's hate and criticism now about WWE when in fact right from the start it's staged? Did they hide or even secret?

It's something that can't be treated as a normal sport event because, in the very first place, WWE wasn't meant to be that way.

Blame those people who want to put a bet on that as the WWE itself doesn't have anything to do about it.
611  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 23, 2023, 11:53:58 PM
Well, carrying out a brief analysis of what was mentioned, I also believe that the Lakers have a little hope to get a seed in these playoffs, but for that to happen they need to be impeccable in the next games, as this will be something decisive for them. ..

OKC, Timberwolves, Mavs and Jazz, these are the other teams that are in a similar situation to the Lakers, that is, it will be extremely close competition for any team to get the last remaining seeds for these playoffs.

That's the result now of the Lakers losing too many games in the early to mid-season.

Aside from they really badly need to win their remaining games, they also need to depend on losing those teams above them.

If only they managed to get on a good track in their early games, they will still be in the close competition in the play-in but not in the status they are now currently that they need to depend on other teams losing their respective games just for Lakers to make a chance for a playoff spot.
612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Game do you think is a Game of Chance or a Game of Skill? on: March 22, 2023, 11:59:56 PM
I think Slots is a game of chance and Poker is a game of skills. Do you agree?

Of course, a slot game is a game of chance, the same with roulettes, as gamblers will just only watch how those spins will give them a fortunate win.

In poker and any card-based games, luck + skills can be applied in order to win.

Generally, in every gambling, luck is needed but not purely we can depend on it if we talk about card-based games such as those games you have mentioned.
613  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Placing bet on WWE on: March 22, 2023, 11:59:52 PM
From my understanding of wrestle mania WWE,I see it as a fixed fight, which there is an agreement of who will win the fight. Despite all these people still buy tickets to watch the fight. I don't see this as a transparent fight, but people still bet on this fight. Is it that they are ignorant of this fight fixing or they are addicted to gambling and just bet on whatever come across them. As a gambler will you bet on such fight, when you know that the fight is fixed and the outcome of the fight is not for real,or will you go ahead to bet for fun?

It's not a fixed fight but rather Wrestle Mania is a staged match.

A fixed match is a legit match where some intentional loss will happen.
In a staged match, it's clear it's for the show that's why it was even called entertainment.

Betting in such a match is absolutely insane, not because it's staged, but because bettors are risking money for something that can't be applied with any form of analysis.
614  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: March 22, 2023, 11:59:16 PM
Ginebra will be questionable if they allow NLEX to win, even without an import. That would be too obvious, so they have to play their best and beat NLEX by a blowout. They are ahead in the series with a 1-0 score. As for their import, hopefully, he can still return. As of now, I have no news about him, but I'm hopeful so that this series will be exciting.
Ginebra winning the first game is a big statement already, but I'm sure NLEX will not give up easily because they are more eager to win and go to the next round. They are not doing this just to make more income, this is already a quarterfinals and I believe, both teams are more eager to play and win. If Ginebra won, they will face SMB as far as I know and for sure, there will be rumors and speculations regarding that match up because they are a sister company so it will be hard to choose on where to bet.
Good point, it's a quarter finals where each teams will try everything to survive and move to the next round, though the advantage still in Ginebra's side after winning that blowout game 1, but the chance for NLEX to win is still open especially once the import is available, the changes in plays executions and the defense will help the team to make something that may upset the heavy favorite.

We can't conclude the outcome we can only share our opinions and speculations, until the final buzzer is not being heard, the winning team is still unknown.

I am confused about your statement guys. Huh

What do you mean by NLEX won't give up easily, NLEX has a chance to win, NLEX will not give up easily, and Ginebra is 1-0 in this QF series? NLEX was already eliminated. Ginebra has a twice-to-beat advantage and NLEX are on the do-or-die in the Quarterfinals.

Ginebra and SMB will now face each other at the Semis. Keep updated guys. Cheesy

After reading your reply, I quickly open PBA online website and check the status I wanna make sure that I know what I'm saying from my post above, and yes, NLEX vs Gin kings is on best of three series meaning to say that NLEX still alive and still have the chance to push for the final do or die game 3 against the Gin kings if they manage to pull an upset in their next upcoming game.

Still not updated mate? Just make sense even if you are not aware of the series match.

Ginebra has a twice-to-beat advantage therefore you are saying that NLEX too has that same advantage? What's the purpose now of that Gin Kings advantage if NLEX is still alive in the series lol.

There's no Game 2 or Game 3 between Ginebra and NLEX as the PBA is now in the Semi-Finals. What you see on the website, or I don't know where you did see it, is not updated. Always refer to the news and not to the image bracket there.
615  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How my lack of knowledge has blinded me so far on: March 20, 2023, 11:56:38 PM
If we have complaints regarding KYC, then don't comply with that. We are not forced in the first place to use the said gambling site. We can't force our own sentiments on gambling sites since these gambling companies are just following all terms to make their business legit. Since one of the requirements of being a legit gambling site is to comply with terms under AML or related to money laundering, KYC will really include on their terms,

For now, let's just be happy that some crypto-gambling sites are not forcing their users to comply with KYC. Let's enjoy that advantage for now as I don't even see that KYC will be quickly forced overnight and a must necessary requirement in crypto-gambling sites.

Lost of reputable and famous crypto-gambling sites around which we can enjoy gambling without KYC for now. Sticking with those is the best thing to do.
616  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 3 Reasons Why Cytpocurrency Gambling is more Addictive than Fiat Gambling! on: March 20, 2023, 11:50:41 PM
In terms of security, gambling using crypto is relatively safer due to the various methods and KYCs being introduced nowadays.

What do you mean by safer? I do think that regardless if it's crypto-gambling or fiat online gambling, the way the betting is placed should be safe and funds are stored in secured storage. Overall though, once we deposit either crypto or fiat in an online gambling site, we are already risking our funds here to a third-party platform where in fact, we don't have any control of our own money and will leave nothing once they turned into scams.

To be safe in general or minimized the chance of being a victim of a scam site, only deposit money on a reputable site or if that's a new site we are talking to, take time to patiently wait until such time that the said site is now trustworthy to consider.

That's the importance of being centralized although, in crypto, it's not welcome by most even we have to accept the fact that centralization will be a thing in the future in any crypto-related services including crypto-gambling.
617  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much these features weigh most when you choose your favorite casino? on: March 20, 2023, 11:45:28 PM
We all want a solid community and reputation of a casino as that really makes a gambler confident and worryfree whenever we gamble on them plus having a good and very responsive support.

For that reputation and solid community to start with, the gambling site should think of those primary good things and features that will attract those users. Once those good features will be introduced with no problem, that would be the start of building a good community.

Aside from that, while the community is growing, the gambling site should have a dedicated team to always answer questions and queries as quickly as possible and don't leave their users hanging or idle for several tickets waiting to be answered.

A special reward for users that can find some bugs can also be considered at the start of the gambling site's operation.
618  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | Unified WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | May 7 on: March 20, 2023, 11:42:05 PM
There could be some attractive odds for Inoue to win by KO or by Decision.

Of course a Fulton win by any other method is going to be high, but that's tough for him. But if we will go right now with a bet on Inoue, might be good by KO or by Decision. By KO because we all have seen the destructive power of Inoue and even if he is going up in weight, he might carry it with him. And if Fulton is really that tough not to crack for Inoue, he could also win by decision.

As far as my current observation is concerned, I'm more preferred to bet on Inoue winning by Decision.

The champion won't just allow himself to be KO by Inoue since in the first place, he will even make sure to win the fight. Since he's up against a dominant boxer, Fulton will be wise not to be trapped inside Inoue's comfort zone where a sure KO is waiting for him.

Fulton might be the underdog but he's of a different caliber than most Inoue fought before. Inoue on the other hand, might not push for a Knock Out but will remain cautious as he is against a boxer that is considered his toughest fight for now, in his career.
619  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 20, 2023, 11:38:42 PM
But they were all wrong and Bivol won although it's a bit controversy as I have said because the judges was trying to make the score closer or at least hoping to get a draw.

Judges will be on the hot seat if they will tried to manipulate the score closer when in fact that's not what it has seen during the fight. Canelo can't even throw a simple jab at Bivol and even if he is able to land one, too soft to even put Bivol in pain. The strategy of Bivol is really effective as not just he crashed Canelo's physical defense but also his mental state. Canelo is even shocked that why he's struggling against a non-popular boxer although a champion.

Maybe next year, if things go smoothly according to plan, Bivol might face Canelo in a rematch. But I want to see first Bivol in a unification match against Beterbiev, as it was also a fight that was anticipated for a long by most boxing fans, before doing a rematch with Canelo.
