I played around the rules and entered some random characters during registration process, so I managed to test register even with fake email containing only @ character with two letters, one before and one after.
This is probably not great for security, but since this is acting as a salt you can just type longer random passphrase containing one @ character, it doesn't have to be email at all.

There is already decentralized exchange for Bitcoin called Bisq, but you need to download and sync software on your computer.

I will do more testing of this exchange in next few days, and post my feedback.

I think this is just overpriced printed paper with unsecure method of printing private key by one centralized authority, that reminds me a lot on banking system we have today.
We have to trust that Quantic machine, Swiss company and some person who is controlling that machine in Switzerland, and we can't verify anything so it's all based on trust.

When you withdraw Bitcoin from Coinbase exchange to your own wallet (hardware or software) you will have full control over your coins, if you keep your backup seed phrase secure.
You can than move those coins anywhere you want, but there is a big BUT because some exchanges are starting to block or freeze accounts of people that get flagged by some chain analytics software algorithm.
I heard exchanges may even ask to show them more information about your personal life, what is your job and income, why you trade crypo, show transaction history, and all kinds of crap like that.
Most of the time that won't happen, but for any reason they can just say your coins are ''tainted'' even if they are not, so I suggest better use decentralized exchanges like Bisq and p2p trading.

I was just looking online to buy some adapters, and I think that Type C is going to be standard for some time, with USB 4.0 protocol coming soon. 
It's crazy if you compare speed and data transfer evolution from USB 1.0 to USB 4.0, but I don't think we need super high speeds for hardware wallets.

Screenshot images can be edited but you can't edit and make fake transaction if it's confirmed, but you should know the risk of using centralized instant exchanges.
It is also possible that you used some phishing website or you have some clipboard malware on your computer that generated fake receiving address, but this is juts a speculation.

Safepal is not open source (like ledger) but even worse thing is that nobody except Safepal (and maybe CZ) can verify what the heck is hidden behind those QR codes they use.
This is a big security risk for everyone who uses that wallet, and generally think that people should avoid using that wallet.
In contrast you have Keystone wallet that is also using QR codes, but you can verify everything and find instruction on their github/website.

You can lose keys from your house, wallet with cards, mobile phone or anything that you carry with you all the time, so it's safer not to carry hardware wallet (or seed words) with you all the time.
But than again, it's always possible that someone breaks into your house and steal you wallet with everything else, so it's not a bad idea to keep backup in separate place and use multisig setup.

Big disadvantage for AirGap is that you don't support multisig, but I see that it's coming soon.

Ledger is always changing shit around but I think they are now shipping wallets (from China) without any preinstalled apps but they are suggesting that you can install Bitcoin and other apps.
That means it's not possible to use it in offline computer, and I wouldn't even do that when there is Electrum wallet.
I did try installing Trezor Suite offline on Linux and it's working just fine, you only need to enable Bitcoin (or other supported coins) but you may need to install other software needed for app to run.

Keystone hardware wallet is designed to be used offline and they are using QR codes for sending transactions.
You can also make your own airgapped signing device using Raspberry Pi zero (version without wifi).
