6001  Economy / Economics / Re: Charity Accepting Bitcoins? on: July 05, 2018, 06:26:52 PM
If there is a charity accepting bitcoins do you prefer to give some of yours Huh

Me: I will if there is, but for now I don't have yet. Wink

EDITED:

Yeah it a hassle for now.

Another question: But what if there is fiat will be disappear in the future and crypto will conquered the world and all payment transactions will be on blockchain system?
So is this applicable right?

If charities would accept bitcoins this would really bring a big change for most people around the globe. Charities won't be having an agony and worries about their expences because investors and bitcoin hodlers would surely allocate something to help people who are in need.
6002  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Portfolio is Down on: July 05, 2018, 05:34:03 PM
If I have converted my portfolio to fiat two months ago, I will have 50% profit if I'm to invest the money back at the moment. I have learned a lesson again

You are not alone in that kind of situation. All of our porfolios are down so there is nothing to fear of. Cryptocurrency is volatile and is always changing. The markwt is also unstable these days. The beat thing to do is just to keep hodling because the market would still recover soon.
6003  Economy / Economics / Re: Security issues relating to Private Keys storage on: July 05, 2018, 04:31:03 PM
To my hypothesis, there are a lot of crypto enthusiasts who are fond of keeping their private keys, Keystore / JSON File, seed words, mnemonic phrases etc to their wallet on cloud storage platforms like google drive and the several others. From my little research and experience, I personally think to keep these sensitive data isn't the best due to its nature of proneness to unauthorized accesses.

I'm positive there are individuals in this forum with profound knowledge regarding this topic. We would be grateful if you share with us your experience, tips, advice and most importantly, secured ways and means we can manage our private keys.

Thank You!

I agree that we can't get rid of scammers and hackers around us but we can't do something no to be one of their victims. Securing our private keys is actually a helpful tool for us to stay away from these kind of people and to stay safe during unnecessary situations.
6004  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people don’t believe in crypto? on: July 05, 2018, 04:08:31 PM
Hey guys, why do you think people don’t believe in crypto? The potential of crypto is great. Moreover crypto is the currency of the future! Do you agree?

I agree with you but we can't deny the fact that most people nowadays are still clueless about the goodnesa and profit that this digital currency could give. Some people are just afraid to take the risk of releasing money for an investment because there are lots of frauds nowadays.
6005  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Motivates you to Invest in Cryptocurrency? on: July 05, 2018, 03:17:04 PM
Honestly, many people seek cryptocurrency more because of its volatility. Whether they do it consciously or not, they wish to make large money quickly. This can happen only with a volatile market. Further, we find a lot of newbies even in this forum feeling bad that they lost money or they could not make money as value of BTC has not risen much especially with the expectations being high after the 2017 last quarter. Seeking such profits is not bad but before investing I feel there is a need to prioritize the needs that could be fulfilled with such an investment as BTC especially if you are looking to make money soon rather than keep BTC as a long term investment.

This very motivation and idea behind the investment will speak volumes on the reaction of the investors once the market is down. Strangely, many people do not sell when the market price is high and even when their purpose of investment will get fulfilled. They wait for the price to soar even higher. And if the value starts trickling down, they still hodl and wait for the price to move beyond the point where it had last peaked high. But again, when the market is in a steep downfall, instead of buying, many people will start panic selling and end up in loses. Many a time we find this even in the new threads and discussions even within our forum.

So what it is that makes you invest in crypto? Is it because it caught your fancy? Is it the volatility? Is it because there is a need to fulfil in your life? IS it because you are a day-trader? Or is it fun?

I am actually aiming for too much success in crypto because I was inspired by my closest friends who got successful in trading and investing as well. Nothing is impossible that's why I am so much willing to take much risks about crypto because I believe that it will continue to provide best things ahead of us.
6006  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC will not perish on: July 05, 2018, 02:43:22 PM
Bitcoin is too resilient to perish though there are fluctuations in the prices on the market. Market will soon stabilize in no time.Do you believe that?

I believe yes and it will survive in time. Bitcoin is volatile but it could still survive and will continue to give us a good profit. Hodlers who will continue to hodl would really gain in the future once the values strike higher than what we all expect. We must not fear about the dip right now.
6007  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can we protect ourselves from scam? on: July 05, 2018, 01:54:50 PM
The crypto world is so vast and they are interest from all continents of the world. Some investors / projects came with good intentions to make the world a better place while some to defraud investors and projects founder. Can we have a better way correct scam and lapses?

Sometimes, getting rid of scam projects is hard since we wouldn't know in the beginning of the project if it is successful or not. I guess a remedy for it is just to seek for an early update about the flow of the project. We must do series of research about it before joining or investing.
6008  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Learning Crypto trading as a beginner on: July 05, 2018, 01:05:03 PM
So many persons learn Crypto trading through the hard way, with no guidance from any angle and I happen to be among these categories of persons... And one thing I understand is that, those that learn through hard ways always do best!

So many persons sees trading as one big thing that requires a lot of time to learn, the fact is that anything that involves money requires an attention and sometimes we often get scared of losing our money.
But the truth is that Crypto trading is very easy compared to forex/stock-market.

You can learn Crypto trading on your own without any help from anyone, but you can't do this with forex/stock-market.

The best way to learn about Crypto trading is to play around with the market with a small amount of money.

Or if you have any altcoin, you can spare some unit, take it to the market, do some buying and  selling, do it over and over again, it doesn't necessarily mean you must buy the same altcoin. Buy other altcoins.
If  you can keep up with this within a 2weeks, You will see results.

Contributions from other Crypto Trader is higher welcome but please avoid spamming.

I agree with you. An actual experience in trading is a good start for us to learn about the simple fundamentals and basics of trading. Aside from having the courage of learning about trading, we must also try it for it will be a helpful tool for us to do better in this field.
6009  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin holders will have to pay their tax? on: July 05, 2018, 11:23:38 AM
What will happen on BTC if the government will said that all the bitcoin holder have to pay their tax??
Maybe the expansion of BTC community will get low than usual.

As for me, it would be too heavy to bear if we'll hodlers and traders would pay taxes. However, it would also be hard fpr the government as well to put taxes because they can't track our hodlings or our transactions. What they could do is to put transaction fees and that could serve as a taxes for us to pay.
6010  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are we heading for full recovery now? on: July 05, 2018, 08:02:12 AM
There've been some pumps and dumps, but somehow this last rise less than a week ago felt different to me. The prices went up about 20% without going down. The market seems to be surrounded by great news about serious companies talking about adopting blockchain. For now the situation is stable and if we gradually see the market going 20% up every week or two, it would be just right. What do you think? Is this low price nightmare close to being over? Do you still expect full recovery this summer?

I'm not actually sure if it is already a good start for the market to recover again but I'm too much positive about the future of it. I am so optimistic that the market would recover again soon and will go back to it's normal price or it might reacher higher in time. We just have to keep the faith.
6011  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Short term vs. Long term investments on: July 05, 2018, 06:22:10 AM
Which do you prefer?

Hello Everyone, want to ask few questions here.

Short term or Long term investment?
Which is more profitable to you?
What coins  do think that is good for long term now?

Feel free to comment your ideas and opinions.

I would prefer a long term investment because I believe that though it, we would be able to maximize our gain. We might be needed to spend time in waiting but I think that the rewarda in time is all worth it. I would also prefer to hodl bitcoin and ethereum because these has proven me a lot already.
6012  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we must study Economics at University? on: July 05, 2018, 03:55:12 AM
Most probably in this section are users that are interested mostly in Economics, so I want to know why Economics attracts you?

We should study about economics in any schools or better in universities, because it is important that we have people whom we can gain knowledge about economy. It is also important that we'll learn about economics because it is necessary for our daily living.
6013  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in crypto long-term? on: July 04, 2018, 08:11:29 PM
Do you really look for a long term profit, like the people who had bitcoin in 2014 or are you here trying to get a quick buck with a minimum effort?

I have seen people who have been successful through hodling. Most of them gained a good profit through hodling. I think it is not based on how big your effort is but it is on how effective your strategy is. Hodling is proven and tested that it could really change things to better.
6014  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: DO YOU BUY WHEN THE PRICE DROPS SHARPLY ? on: July 04, 2018, 11:55:26 AM
Good day, mates.

My strategy is to buy coins when the price drops sharply.

Sometimes I fail, because the price drops more than I expected.

But, to prevent this worse situation, I put 30% of my budget at the time of initial investment.
If the price getting down again, I put 30% more.

With this strategy, I am getting some money so far.

In conclusion, I recommend you guys to buy coins when they drops rapidly.
After sharp drop, there should be sharp rising.  Cool

Yes, I buy automatically because I see it as an opportunity to buy and purchase morw for us to have a good hodling or investment that would provide us a good gain in the future. Some opportunities should be embraced like it would only come once don't take the risk of waiting for nothing.
6015  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should I buy the current ICO? on: June 28, 2018, 04:03:26 PM
When the market in the uptrend of ICOs after the listing on the stock market has increased sharply, however, the ICO market is quite bleak. Currently, I do not buy ICO anymore because there are too many risks and I just joined the buy when it went to the floor, the profit may be less but the risk is reduced. How do you think about this problem?

Well as for me it is still best to choose the best ICO. There are lots of successful ICOs these days but we can't deny the fact that there are also banned and fraud project. If you are doubtful and hesitant about investing in an ICO then try to invest in a well known coin.
6016  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you interested in cryptocurrency? on: June 28, 2018, 01:23:41 PM
Personally, I started to be interested in crypto currency because of its idea and technology, but now I'm more trying to make money with the help of it.
So, why are you interested in cryptocurrency?
I think it's the good topic for discussion!

This digital currency has really a big impact in our economy and it changes a lot of lives these days. I am into cryptocurrency because I find it profitable and knowledgable. Through it, I was able to learn a lot of things and it thought me how to value earnings and savings.
6017  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What should I learn to be a professional trader? on: June 28, 2018, 12:29:57 PM
I want to learn about being professional trader. I want to search and read some articles but I don't know whatelse.
What I read so far is about how to read candlestick. And I learn how to read indicator but I just learn it by myself.
So what articles to read? If you have some suggestion, please share here. I don't ask for the articles to read, I just ask for some clue what to learn

You just have to be eager to learn all the basics of trading. Also, the best teacher is experience so it is important that you'll have atleast a single experience about it. You should also know how to do technical analysis for you to have an idea about the market flow.
6018  Economy / Economics / Re: BITCOIN IS NOT BUBBLE!! on: June 28, 2018, 10:16:32 AM
Today, the Internet World is full of people who are called economists who say bitcoin is a "bubble." they seemed to spread fear, uncertainty, and doubt. They say that the bitcoin high price rally will be a disaster. however, it looks like they just hate cryptocurrency. many of these experts do not fully understand bitcoin.

Bitcoin is special. This is not a company that can lose profitability and fail. This is certainly not a speculative real estate scam that could collapse due to government and bank fraud. Bitcoin is something else. Its value does not increase due to market lies. This is increasing because it is a life-changing financial discovery. This increases as more people adopt it.

Bitcoin also grows as a result of basic economy. Its supply is limited to 21 million units and this certainly makes assets scarce.  If something is scarce and many people want it, then, its value will eventually increase.

So.. Bitcoin is not Bubble!!

Bitcoin is the first ever cryptocurrency that has provided us the best value. If we'll just base on it's past trend, we'll be able to find out that bitcoin has passed all the tests of time. It is volatile but that doesn't mean that it is a bubble because if that so, it wouldn't be able to stay longer with us.
6019  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to trading without capital on: June 27, 2018, 06:53:09 PM
is it possible to trading without capital?
Without capital here means without money that come out from your pocket as capital.
If possible, i want to learn from very small thing in trading, yes without money on my pocket or my bank account.

It may take time for you to earn free coins here in crypto but as you embrace the opportunities here, you would be able to gain something to invest. Joining in bounty campaigns would be helpful and joining in airdrops as well. You should just focus and reserve your time for it.
6020  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy going up and up everyday on: June 27, 2018, 06:31:11 PM
I have been interested into economy, stock trading and such. And have begun watching series movies and reading more about it.

I learned what CDOs where, and how they worked. But now the institutions/banks are selling/buying bespoke tranche opportunities, basically same as CDOs just another name.

The dollar is up by a lot, and the stock market has tested the 200 MA 3 times already. Interest rates are near 0% and loan rates are going up faster and faster each year.

Every country I have friends in, are telling me that the inflation is rising, interest rates are going going down and you're basically losing money each year.
What I think is interesting, is that the loan rates were pretty low (close to 0) for 1-2 years and it started to rise.

I think with the rise of Crypto, it's the safe heaven for us, the normal people. I think communities, countries, specific groups of people will make their own currency (and also money) out of thin air, and this is how our societies will function soon. But that doesn't necessarily mean that cash will go away, I think people are attached to cash a lot and it's a different feeling when you have cash.

What do you guys think? All thots are appreciated!

There are lot of things that affects the growth of the economy in a good way. Yes, it is true that cryptocurrency plays a vital role in the economy and community but cash also matter because it is the main ingredient of a successful economy. However, with the influence of bitcoin, more economical situations these days become better.
