I've opened sign ups for 10k. Will start staking by March 1st interesting concept. I'm also interested in your pos hardware how much are the devices? can someone put what ever wallet they want on them? is it only 1 wallet per device? The ones we've already shipped out stake both MMXIV and BALLS. The new ones will have enough power to add 10k to that list, as well that would be awesome to have all three going on one device... how much do they cost btc wise? what if someone wanted to use one for a mintcoin wallet etc ? They come with clients loaded and auto updating for those clients and the web ui. If (and it's easy to) you were to alter these, you would be on your own as far as support goes We sold them for 3.5 M each during pre-orders and $100 for batch 1 and 2, but the new ones are much different

There should be a sports betting site made for 10k. It would certainly help create buy pressure as supply increases
Not something I can participate in, but have no objections to it Wisconsin has very strict laws about gambling; basically only Native Americans can run anything casino related We need a Native developer with a gambling site ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Honestly, some of the tribes are really into technology. Some of them are being left behind, too, though

Haha. You all are aware that Spots has 3 current high PoS coins spinning about? 10K, MMXIV, and BALLS, in descending order of stake % audacity. At least when he's done, high PoS as a concept will be failed, and maybe we can move onto more interesting things. Why couldn't we have just stuck with HoboNickels and 2% every 10 days? ![Cry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cry.gif) In fact yes. Most people should already know this, as Spots has been very open about these projects. You can read throughout the thread and see people are very happy with being able to participate. If you have any questions or input please joins us in the #mmxiv IRC channel. We have bots for all three coins Spots has made and we discuss all the coins he has developed. I am not sure high PoS will fail as you see mmxiv and 10k are doing well in price. MMXIV price stability has been pretty good over the past couple of weeks. 10k is providing returns on a daily basis, and most people should have made their initial investment back by this time. Thanks for commenting and feel free to join us. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I wasn't even going to open 10k to the public. I was basically begged to launch a chain of it publicly Any plans to cut down the POS to limit the number of 10K? If yes, any time line / ETA? I think the money supply is going to take longer than most would think to get into the big numbers... I hope it doesn't change for at least a year. as they say... "If you're scared go to church" I was also wondering about min stake age on MMXIV, I can't seem to see the info on it's OP 24 hours min, 30 day max for MMXIV

I just started a BALLS wallet for the first time and it seems to be sync'n up nicely on win 7 didn't have to add a conf or anything
edit: added snowball conf and it is indeed syncing faster
It's name mmxiv.conf if you use one ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

It's 1 hour of time, not block count

Needs to be unlocked. You can use walletpassphrase for minting only if desired

Greetings,
usually and normally im wrong closer look at volume activity and the awareness of 10K Experiment
the concept presented by 10K could potentially be a game changer.
I marveled over the idea at first, then the realization stumbled upon me.
"Incentivitising -supply & demand"
P2P360
Correct. Instead of trying to control inflation, my goal is to embrace it and make staking the clear winner. Systems based on percentages are inherently built to scale. We already broke the coin 1000 times in testing getting it this solid, and my guess is I have far deeper understanding of how to do damage than the average user. 10k can handle anything thrown at it It seems to be working <Maieutica> Stake Wght: 710,735.85132803<Maieutica> Money Sply: 253,546.001038

Price does matter. While I may argue that volume is a much more important factor, price does still have importance. It shows people's supply/demand in a coin as well as what direction market is moving, both key facts of information. And technically you'll ROI only if you sell, before then you ROI'd on paper but not in reality.
If you buy at 100k, stake for 2 days, anything you sell over like 60k is profit
