Just found this coin pretty cool but i cannot get connections   I download create a 10k.conf file in the downloads with the wallet

make sure it's in computer, local disk, Users, [user name], AppData, Roaming     you'll find a folder called 10k place 10k.conf file in the folder then re open wallet

Yes followed these steps exactly, still no connections after around an hour of leaving wallet open though.
