Если кто-то не хочет быть меритсорсом, то его невозможно будет заставить и в принудительном порядке. Как вы собираетесь заставить такого меритсорса распределять выделенный ему smerit? Очень просто, понижением в ранге и снятием количества меритов, эквивалентного нераспределенному. Хочешь-не хочешь, а распредели. И что вы ожидаете от такого распределения, сделанного из под палки, что меритсорсер начнет внимательно изучать посты, стараясь разыскать жемчужину среди спама? Я думаю, что в таком случае smerit будет слит первому встречному) Мне кажется, что мы сейчас не то обсуждаем. Уверен, что будущий меритсорсер должен сам изъявить желать стать таковым. |

I didnt realy sure it was scam or not,but i was sure that this project was waiting the libra coin blockchain to be go on public consider their roadmap either didnt come out yet. Since the libra testnet is already ready but still libra need to settle their problem on US regulation first before they become a public blockchain....i just want to wacth where this project on Aquarius token Will be....😊
