If anybody wants to know exactly what is going on with Envion ICO then I found a great article which is a summary of this case. The author looks at all aspects of this case. This a real professional in deep research and everybody interested in Envion case should read this. I'm not the author or promoter of this page. I'm a dumb investor and bounty hunter who participated in ICO and promotional bounty campaign for this scam. So I lost two times. First, money invested (almost 90%). It has been a long time already since @ideaupdater post anything here or on slack channel, I wonder what's up with him... maybe he is in trouble?  @tarolog Is it possible to just take over the project by new developers? Is everything available on GitHub? This would be the best solution for the project and community. I wonder if this will be easy to take over this coin if there will be no update from the first developer (@Ideaupdater). How does such a process look like? This will be great if anybody would explain in detail how this looks like. I'm still keep ask myself, why anybody will take over this coin? The best time is the first year. What for incentive will new dev get for this? I would understand if the new dev is a bag holder or even a supporter or enthusiast than he has an interest in reactivation of this coin. What good news? What are you talking about? Imprisonment for a period of 1 month, until the continuation of the proceedings. This does not mean that he will be released. I see that nobody mention news from last week about Atlant CTO sitting in jail in Russia for fraud accusations. I think this is really bad news. I tried to talk about this on Telegram but my message was immediately deleted and I was bombarded with posts from Atlant supporters. I read this thread and now I'm confused because I thought that only translations bounty and the management fee was not paid. Now I see, nothing was paid. If they don't pay a dime I don't understand why is so quiet?
Lately, Envion has problems because of lawsuits and bounty payments are on hold. Already there is 10 pages more each day in bounty thread and people join groups and talk how to act further together against Envion.
I don't see bounty hunters screaming here "Tokenpay scammers" or unite to fight for payout. Only Jamal tries to make some noise but he has so much red paint in account together with a countless scam and bad bounty management accusations, that I'm not convinced at all to trust him.
Jamal bought large chunk if not all Tokenpay coins from bounty hunters before bounty distribution. Am I right?
That is why Tokenpay accused him of scam and why bounty hunters don't complain. Because most of them get paid from Jamal and now only he is losing a lot of money. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I bought 2k EVN back in the ICO. I should laugh at myself. Oh well. I invested in a few other ICOs that are chugging along quite nicely. No point in selling my coins for a 90% loss now. Just gonna hold the bag and ride the roller coaster to the end. One ICO banked majorly and covered my investments in everything, actually  Yes, my friend, nicely done with this other investments. We have a word for this what you are doing and this is "diversification". This is the only way to minimize the risk and secure yourself from being broke after missed investment. Common mistake people are making when they invest in ICO that they put they hall stack to one project and we all know how this ends sooner or later. Diversification together with portfolio management is the key to success in ICO investing. |

What is the deadline date for bounty payouts. I am so tired with this waiting. I feel cheated myself unfortunately
This is nothing new that bounties are paid long after ICO. All 4 of my last campaigns were paid with few months delay or even in monthly rates during next 18 months. Almost all bounty campaigns rule number one is that they can change the payout date, stake or even not pay at all with no explanation provided. It's a huge gamble and that is why you should choose your bounty wisely. I'm still very confident with Hdac. They have a long roadmap so for me from start this was a long time investment. I think the price will go up only with a working product. Communication after ICO with the Team was good and we see updates keep coming. Even if they pay you tomorrow, there is no place to sell Hdac coin. Luckily from this delayed for months bounties I learned how to be calm and wait with patience. Soon you will learn too. |

7. Which patent, how to check this?

I am completely behind the CEO and I hope he can get this fixed and get rid of the scamming founders.
- The ICO raised 100 million USD.
- The founders then created 100 million tokens (as agreed) and started distributing them to the holders (verified Id's etc)
- Next, the founders created 20 million "free tokens" and gave those to themselves. Instead of asking the CEO for parts of the 100 million USD to pay stuff, they just created 20 million tokens with 1 mouse click, without written permission of the board and the auditor. There is no verified track record of where these tokens go and who owns the wallets or who bought those cheap counterfeit tokens on exchanges.
- As a result, a board member and even the company auditor left the company.
- The founders have very shady explanations for these free tokens, like "bounty payments" and "the tokens will be burned" (wtf?) and "it was clear from the beginning, I announced this at least 100 times in the TELEGRAM group." Like WTF does your CEO and auditor is supposed to follow your telegram group hundreds of messages daily? You don't need written approval from the board to do that?
- Also, the founders own the social media channels, so they can manipulate the holders easily
- The CEO off course completely disagrees with all of that, and the founders now want him out so they are in the clear and also can get the 100 million dollars.
- The CEO has now gotten a new board member and a new certified auditor
- Because the free tokens are still in shady founder wallets, the CEO can not allow these scammy founders to own 20% of his company in criminal ways, get dividends etc.
- So the CEO decides to not use the EVN token (for paying the dividens) and give the holders that signed up for the ICO new EVN2 tokens that are not tampered with and that the scammy founders have no possession of. This would also clear him from criminal charges by the authorities for tampering with shares and printing free money.
- Now everybody that bought EVN tokens on Exchanges is mad. But that does not matter: Envion has no obligation to those people, no KYC, ... nothing. Those buyers where just stupid to buy cheap HitBTC tokens of a project that did not even start yet.
- CEO looks legitimate, I hope he can pull this off
I agree this case looks exactly as you described. Anyways in all statements from CEO, there is nothing about bounty hunters and 3% tokens owned by them. These tokens are in the prospectus and counted in the max supply. I think they have to pay this after all court cases will be finished. If not CEO can be sued by bounty hunters if they go together against Envion if finally not pay bounties. They have to remember that 100 million $ and such a big success of this ICO was only possible because of bounty hunters and work they did to promote this project. I don't know how many bounty hunters in total participated in this campaign but I think thousands. You can't ignore such an army of people if you are startup and own them money. |

envion ico price was 1$ and now envion price really down and i bought some envion tokens maybe it will be go back to 0.5$-1$ again..
I'll wait a bit until the token price under 10 cents comes. that will not be long. the project is dead. there is nothing left Sorry but I don't understand. If this project is dead why to wait until price fells to 10 cents? Will you buy? Why? What for? If this is a scam and court cases will take years and we all know this is possible, token price will hit the ground and finally will be worth nothing. I thought to buy more when the price will bottom but each day I'm less convinced that this is a good investment. I like risk and I know the possible gains but lately 70% of ICO's scammed investors. When we were in the bull market and we profited insanely from other projects few missed investments was no big deal. Today we are already the 5th month in bear market, prices are slaughtered and almost all ICO's scam people at some point. Countless delays and roadmap postpone, no communication after funding, this is today's reality in the ICO market. From my last 4 ICO's only 2 continue much below the initial price and two others scammed totally. |

Whole Russian community now aware that this information is 100% competent and true. If you still think that people can be arrested without any reason you are absolutely wrong. Secondly exchange has been deleted from aslant.io after this news you will not see it soon. Because it is a big job to write a new code.
It's the demo exchange, if you see github they are change to the new server. It deleted because the final one will replace the previous one. I think you only give fud to ATLANT and no activity besides fudding in this ANN thread and local ANN thread, you better when you shut up. You are right, not anymore. When Atlant started there were only 2 other projects in super early stages like Rex. Today I know already 9 real estate projects concentrated on tokenize properties and rental. Few of them already launched the platform. Lucky for Atlant there is no one property already tokenized (I think they have big problems with laws) but few of this project already has rental listings live. So we are losing this race, together with news like this we will see Atlant crashing further. Organizers of ICO Atlant are arrested, the investigation continues."As it became known to Bitnevisty, Denis Donin and members of his team are charged with fraud in an especially large amount, committed by a group of people (Art.159 part 4). From 2014 to June 2017, Denis Donin was CEO and chief developer of Spacebtc.com, but disappeared in June with access to the exchange and all social networks, the source said. Then Denis jointly with two developers launched the project atlant.io , which was positioned as an international blockbuster real estate platform. "At the time of the ICO Atlant, they had nothing but an idea. They misled people by submitting a copy of the exchange terminal Spacebtc.com, changing only the name!
