Those who are in FJM. How many you got so far?
I have zero LOL

Same here, just went to check. If Aguero blanks later today I will have a perfect 0/7 but I have a feeling he will ruin my record Smiley

It just have to be a bad weeks since majority of the end result from this week games were draws. Trying to remember if any of my picks scored but just Son (of Tottenham) is coming to mind. The game (Tottenham vs Manchester city) was an interesting one, my favourite moment has to be Mourinho's reaction when he found out Sterling was already on a yellow card before driving and wasn't issued another yellow (then Red). it was a hilarious reaction, Mourinho's always delivery on the touchline.

This has to be Tottenham best performance under Mourinho so far especially as they won without conceding. They only had three shot and all were on target, converting two in the process into goals. City as usual had all the possesses but couldn't influence the game. Only 5 shots on target out of 18 shots, that's just poor for a side like City.

While Jack is actively doing everything possible in promoting bitcoin, Mark is busy trying to sell his shitcoin (AKA Libra) idea to fool the masses. Don't be like Mark, 😁 be like JACK.

Bitcoin with its emoji currently trending No1 on Twitter NG. What a great way to start the week.
6083  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The first signal that 2020 might be the comeback of crypto! on: February 02, 2020, 06:03:16 AM
anybody who stopped trading during the past 2 years and wants to start again this year must not do it and should stay away from trading. because someone who can not make profit from all market conditions is not a trader, they are gamblers who rely on constant pumps to make profit and since that is not possible they should not risk their money or they will end up losing their money again and again until they are broke.

Although I see reasoning in what you have just said but I want to look at it from this angle, every traders knows when it's profitable for him/her to trade. The smart and more experience ones can trade in any condition and still come out profitable. For those those who aren't yet that experience, they have the right to take a break when they observe the market isn't favouring them then maybe engaging in demo practice to perfect or develop new trading strategy.

What favours Mr A might not favour Mr B, but as far as both traders are putting in their very best, analyzing and studying the market to make prediction of price movement and not mere gambling on speculation of others than choosing a time that best suit them to trade isn't that bad.

Concerning the OP assumption, hope you do understand that January had various positive news like Ethereum software upgrade spreading round the community and 2020 in general is assumed to be a very positive year for bitcoin due to the hype of halving block reward and other benefits that follows like price increase, supply decreased etc so the price increase in January is just a mere reaction probably caused by FOMO as enthusiast are buying coins in preparation for the hype to kick in.
6084  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risk management , how ? on: February 02, 2020, 05:46:59 AM
First thing you need divided your portfolio to different coins, means don't put your money in one basket. I will suggest at least trade with 4/5 coins (according to total portfolio). So even a coin start dump then you will not loss much.

I won't recommend this suggestion since it has to do with diversifying your investment which from previous studies has shown it's not the best form of risk management. Sure when the market condition is favourable, you're likely to make more profit but once the market becomes unfavorable, the rate at which you'll loss increases since all altcoins are related in regards to price movement of the market.

In risk management, making use of advance trading tools are the most effective way to my understanding in minimizing losses since the system will be automated meaning you won't have be active to make trades. Money management is also another factor which shouldn't be ignored since the market is a very emotional one which can lead you to investing more than you can handle. One of the precautions a trader should always make is, never invest (trading vcapital) more than he/she can handle in case of a bad trade as this helps the trader to stay calm and not panic.
6085  Economy / Reputation / Re: Murat the worst campaign manager? on: February 02, 2020, 05:25:05 AM
And as far as for his future campaigns will go, I think he will learn from this situation and start accepting members who are actually active in the forum.

If you ask for my opinion on this issue, this should be the initial intention behind this kind of thread, although it isn't majority of the time. The act of calling out campaign manager to take correction and better themselves shouldn't be discouraged. It's the campaign managers right to choose who ever he feels is worthy of promoting the campaign he's managing but that doesn't mean his actions can't be questions and clarification been given to the community on reasons why such actions were taken.

Don't forget, it's a collective effort to better the forum, inactive shitposters or active spammers in general shouldn't be encourage to by been given slots in campaign to continue their spamming of the forum, instead correction should be given to them, advising them to better themselves and probably will have a better chance of getting accepted in the campaigns or other campaigns in the future. The managers are humans too who aren't immune to mistakes so when such scenario occurs, you call them out and it get resolved like it has in this case. No hard feeling.
6086  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How To Earn From BitcoinTalk on: February 02, 2020, 05:06:50 AM
The easiest way to earn from the forum is by leveraging on the numerous information been discussed on the forum for free and build on them. Most of the topic discuss that you can learn from, are been sold on other platforms or site but on the forum you get them for free. For example, if you're interested in mining, you can get all the required information needed to become a profitable miner on the miner board totally free, e.g best mining equipment to buy, profitable coins to mine etc.

You can easily get mentors (high ranked users with knowledge on mining) that'll be willing to guide you throughout the process until you're capable of standing on your own. Same fate applies to becoming a trader, the trading discussion board can be used to aquire all the information you need to become a successful trader absolutely free without paying any one unlike in the outsider world where you'll be required to pay fees.

Also if you have interest in earning from the forum directly without having to sell any service or goods then you first have to build your account since bitcoin paying signature campaign requires more quality than bounties. Do understand though, the forum wasn't create for that purpose, it's just a privilege therefore don't get carried away by it or abuse it.
6087  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BitcoinNews.com's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 01, 2020, 09:15:48 PM
Liverpool have Watford at the end of the month which I don't think will be easy but they've lost their last two games now. And then there's the Merseyside derby in March which is always interesting but Everton aren't playing great but did beat the aforementioned Watford today.

All those are easy games for Liverpool this season, imagining them playing within the week and still beat their fresh opponent 4-0 without them replying. If any team was  capable of ending Liverpool's invincible run, it would had been Manchester United but don't understand what happened the day they played, Manchester city aren't capable of taking even a point. Liverpool will still defeat then without much stress.

There's something special in the way Liverpool plays this season. They play their heart out in order to win games, their determination can be be compared with other clubs. Hardly before you see them relax or give up when they're leading especially with 1/2 goals difference. The squad is very versatile, not depending on just one individual as others step up when thwur services are been called upon.
6088  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 01, 2020, 09:00:58 PM
In case someone couldn't catch all the signings yesterday, here are some of the most important (in my opinion) transfers during...

Ighalo (Shenhua) to Manchester United.

Since I'm not that familiar with other names mentioned, ighalo deadline deals was the most surprising deal of them  all and it got the whole sport (football) enthusiast in Nigeria talking. Twitter NG was stormed with ighalo fc discussions all through the night/this morning. Nobody expected the deal to be finalized, we all thought it was one of those transfer rumours just to hype prayers. Sadly he has already quit his international career as this would had boost him the more (playing for a repute club like Manchester United).

Ighalo has always put in his best irrespective of the club he players at. Hoping Manchester United toxicity doesn't affect him and he can shine as his counterparts Ndidi (Leicester) and Iheanacho (Leicester) are currently performing in the premier league. This deal just made him the first Nigeria to play for Manchester United. Can't wait for his debut.
6089  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 01, 2020, 08:40:02 PM
Lampard once again spoiled my day by introducing substitute that had no impact on the game most especially Barkley and not surprisingly he left Mount on the pitch who's impact wasn't felt althrough out the match (except the one time he assisted Rudiger's second goal). While Leicester were busy making substitution to win the game, Lampard was busy settling for a draw by removing our only striker on the pitch.

The Chelsea game just spoiled my whole mood, making me to miss other matches and thankfully I didn't bother watching them since from the scores I'm seeing, only Liverpool impressed as always while others were just drawing their match. First 15/25 minutes, Chelsea was dominating the game and would had easily scored twice but as usual, they missed all the chances which almost cost them the match if not for Rudiger's superb performance.
6090  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Trading Strategies- Best Practices on: February 01, 2020, 06:28:16 AM
When you are trading beginner, there is a lot to learn. Here are a few steps to get you started in the right direction. These tips will not only help you decide what and when to trade, but also show you how to manage risks, and how much capital you will require.

Although there's a lot to learn in cryptocurrency trading, you shouldn't go wasting time wanting to acquire all the available knowledge before you start trading, get the basic knowledge and start immediately while you acquire more knowledge as your engagement in the skill increases also you have the opportunity to learn from your mistakes as well as that of ours through their experience. Trading isn't something one has to know every aspect before they should engaged themselves.

A beginner should get familiarize with the basic information like been able to open and close trade, developing a trading strategy that best suits him/her trading style. Been able to understand and operate the exchange he intend using for the trading activities, while as understanding the industry in that not all that glitter is gold that's to say, been able to identify worthless project and to differentiate them from potential profitable ones.
6091  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Poll - How did you find out about Bitcointalk? on: February 01, 2020, 05:50:08 AM
Due to the mandatory requirement to post proof of participation (authentication), I was advice by the airdrop manager to created an account on bitcointalk and drop a post on the airdrop (project) announcement thread, which I did back then in 2017 since airdrops were still hot cake and if you were passionate about it, you can easily make few bucks participating in them. So basically due to an altcoin promoting, was the reason why I opened an account on bitcointalk, I couldn't find any related option on you poll so I haven't voted. Since I wasn't contributing positively, i didn't see any reason to stay active on the forum so I became inactive for quite sometime but later regain interested after I researched on ways to make extra income as a cryptocurrency enthusiast apart from training, mining and investing.

Then, I can across the forum once again which was presented by the article as a multi-purpose forum where you can leverage on the platform to sell your services or work as a promoter of projects through signature campaign. I picked interest again, I remember opening another account before I realized I had previously opened an account on the forum and luckily I could still remember my login details, started buidling up my account after going through series of clean up and here we're today.
6092  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why new crypto enthusiasts have to repeat losses by scammers again? on: February 01, 2020, 05:36:09 AM
There is no reason why new generations have to loose in the same way others did already. As a whole community that sharing knowledge is possible!!

The purpose of this forum have grown over time and things like this should have been a thing of the past if only the new generation are willing to learn form the experience of the earlier enthusiast but that's hardly the case. For example when the IEO FOMO became a trending Investing choice, users that lost massively due to ICO, issued warnings in their numbers but hardly did any new investors wanting to make quick money listened.

Same thing can be said about Ponzi scheme related business where you're required to entrust your funds to some random company while they pay you in percentage, every now and then with claims of mining or trading with your funds. We have numerous threads or replies advising against doing that but you still see victim when this projects perform exist-scam.

On the forum we have dedicated individuals that have chosen to burst scams thereby red trusting the projects that likely to scam their patronizers yet you still see gullible individuals engaging themselves with such project either through bounty promotions or investing. It all depends on the individuals themselves since all have been provided to prevent them from falling preys but out of their ignorance or greediness they still become victims.
6093  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: If I want to explain to a 10 years boy.what is blockchain?How should I explain? on: February 01, 2020, 05:22:57 AM
I'll use his toys to explain, assuming he/she has a building materials related toys like building tools, blocks etc I'll leverage on that but if the kid doesn't have I'll get him one immediately or us any available toy that can be used to build as a practice example because kids do learn faster when things are been thought in practical form then theory. And they hardly forget things they practiced.

I'll tell the kid, in the simplest form, a blockchain is a series of block in a chain form where information are been stored openly in can be easily verified. Then I'll used the toy bricks to build a chain of block and ask him if he can verify how many blocks were used in the demonstration and after we must have confirmed the numbers, I'll than build a wall over the chain of blocks I earlier built than pretend I added more block and ask him if he can guess how many blocks were added.

After the kid must have guessed wrong I'll then review to him/her, that I didn't add any blocks to the already existing chain of blocks but since the chain of blocks were been restricted from public view I could manipulate the situation to suit me and that's how a centralized system like the first currency works (probably call the name of the local currency where the kid reside like Dollars or Naira).
6094  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 31, 2020, 12:04:35 PM
Whatsup with Lampard and the Chelsea board, thought we fought very hard for the FIFA ban to be lifted so we can buy players to strengthen the team in the January transfer window. It's already deadline day and no good news anyway. Spent countless hours trying to catch-up with the transfer market but I'm not impressed with Chelsea. So what was the essence of appealing the ban if we didn't have any plan in place to utilize the opportunity to get quality players with experience to compliment and buildup our youngsters?.

We need a striker to assist Abraham, which signing Dries Mertens would had done the trick. Don't understand why that deal haven't been sealed. Also what's the point of still holding Giroud back when he's of no use to the squad currently. He isn't getting enough any play time so why are Chelsea holding him back. We have Michy Batshuayi assuming weren't able to sign any striker, Lampard can work with both Abraham and Batshuayi. Chelsea should let go of Giroud, him been humble shouldn't be taken for granted.
6095  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 30, 2020, 08:16:11 AM
At the opposite, Man City performance is questionable. They lost today vs ManU 1-0 which was playing with 10 players. Off-side goals, missing stupidly very very easy goals!! They really need to play a little bit more serious if they want to prove something or at least stay in the second place!

That wasn't the premier league, it was the league cup which Manchester city still advance with a 3-2 aggregate thereby making it to the finals where they're likely to win against Aston Villa considering pep will mostly likely want to win some domestic trophy while they try to win the champions league (which is an impossible tasks) since city aren't championship material.

The champions league isn't all about dominating possession but having experience plus the zeal to win games and having players at all departments ready to put their careers on the line inorder to win games, which is something Liverpool and other previous winners have. Manchester city in their prime season couldn't even win the championship league therefore the chances of them winning it now is very minimum considering the way they're playing ( lossing easy games).

No doubt Manchester city needs to up their game and start winning games back to back but as for the title, it's already lost to Liverpool. City will be playing tottenham next which they should win (on paper) but lets wait for the results.
6096  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best way to learn about Forex trading? on: January 30, 2020, 05:23:39 AM
I heard about imarketslive but i dont know much about it please how can i learn more?

I won't recommend you patronizing that site since it's more of a MLM company and can get you distracted from your Initial intention. The mouth watering bonuses associated with the MLM part of the company might make you lose interest in forex totally to concentrate on been a passive income earner since irrespective of your trade outcome you still pay subscription fees but as a MLM customer you won't have to pay that subscription fee considering you have atleast two active downlines (referrals).

The forex market is a very complex market and would require additional attention considering if you're totally new to the concept. I'll recommend you take physical classes that has nothing do with you promoting their platform and most importantly participate fully via trading, understanding the market by been able to read charts to predict market movement and not depend on recieving just trade signals or getting your account managed by professionals.
6097  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Minimizing the risk- How much possible it is? on: January 30, 2020, 05:08:39 AM
Once again, by relying on the site you highlighted on the OP you're putting your fund at risk by relying on an opinion from a total stranger, giving your financial advice through projects worth investing in based on their correlation with bitcoin which to some exact can't always be accurate at every price movement of the market.

For example their's this school of thought of Litecoin always profiting from the upward price movement of Bitcoin and from previous record, that have (mostly) been the case but after paying close attention to the Litecoin market last year, I noticed that wasn't always the case and I'm meant to believe that'll be the same fate with the correlation theory.

The cryptocurrency market is still highly influence by emotions so irrespectively of the strategy you're deploying to combat risk, you should understand that, the strategy can't be 100% accurate at all times. Nevertheless, since you're speaking on diversifying your investing, I won't recommend you concentrate on just cryptocurrency instead invest in other Investment vehicle that aren't correlated to bitcoin.
6098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why are exchanges still listing shitcoins? on: January 30, 2020, 04:46:02 AM
I can't wait to hear your thoughts!

Everyone is already writing about the project using their wealth to influence the decision of exchange by buying their way into getting listed but forgetting that sometimes it isn't by the doing of the project developers instead out of the greediness of exchanges wanting to cash in on the trading activities of such projects, they jump right into listing the project without carrying out research on the legitimacy of the project.

I have observed several exchange list trending coins just to profit from the trading activities of that project and most guilty parties are newly launched exchange or those lacking patronage. Shitcoins are presume to give easy profit especially when the projects get pumped like in the case of Bitcoin SV, putting this into consideration, they become very attractive and achieve big in regards to trading volume.

Investors/traders need to understand that not every tradable coins listed on an exchange is worth patronizing since most of them are just death trap to steal your fund. Don't rely on the recommendations of exchanges to trade a particular project, always carry-out personal research to avoid future regrets.
6099  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why KYC is extremely dangerous – and useless on: January 29, 2020, 07:58:58 AM
No doubt KYC is extremely dangerous and useless especially as the risk associated with it isn't sending the right information towards an industy basing its selling point on decentralization but after considering the current developments of the industry, it'll be odd thinking the industry can succeed without implementing some centralized feature like KYC verification. The cryptocurrency industry is getting global and constantly attempting to get the government approval as a recognized currency therefore it'll have to sacrificed some of its decentralized feature to achieve this purpose like the KYC requirements to avoid money laundering.

The issue now is to enlighten the community to avoid falling victim to scammers who'll be leveraging on this development to scam newbies or gullible community users. Just as you have started, total avoidance in sending your private details to anyhow project like bounties, giveaways, newly launched exchange with no reputation of trustworthiness, airdrops etc is encourage since you can never be sure who are behind this projects.
6100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 28, 2020, 05:12:08 AM

Well this is the best news I have read all day, just hope it comes to pass because he'll truly a liability to the club when considering the amount of money we spent in buying him. Assuming I was in Lampard shoes, I'll get a replacement keeper before I even think about buying a new striker. Just hope Kepa will leave when they show him the door and not act as the second manager like he did towards Sarri during the cup finals against Manchester city back in 2019 lol.

Update on Chelsea vs Leicester game: It seems Jamie vardy is fit to play in todays game (League Cup semi-final second leg against Aston Villa) that means he'll be available in the Chelsea game which is another boost for Leicester.
