One page website, effectively. Text input box. Question: Can I buy this with bitcoins? User inputs the answer in the text box, hits a button/enter. The thing they want to buy with BTC (and their approximate geolocation via IP to help narrow impractical/impossible shipping feats) is broadcast to a ticket system and a live chat channel with agents. Agents review the tickets/see incoming requests, then hunt down the stuff across all the bitcoin sites they know of, reply, and the page reveals the answer(s) to the user. The page can be set to request an email address for a notification after a preset time without an answer other than "no" (which should be blocked anyway, as the goal is to prove that there's nothing you can't buy with BTC). If the agents were able to cover all 24 hours and be competent searchers, then the notification wouldn't be required. Not sure how to monetize it other than the searchers being shown which agent(s) answered them in which timestamped order and their BTC address for a possible finder's fee donation. The site owner would either be competing with the other agents or require a nominal fee to be one of the agents. The only people who will know what potentially embarrassing stuff people want to buy will be the agents, who will be firewalled from their actual identities regardless of whether they answer before the 'request notification' time limit is hit or not.
Subject to revision.
At this point, think of it as a stripped-down, private Rugatu.
*I would want to be one of the agents, as I have over USD $7K worth of stuff for sale.

Ah, yeah, it's in there. I was 1) concerned it didn't go in because of the blank page 2) wondering what would happen if you lost or wanted to change your BTC address after being registered.

Nope, it's not. Thanks for the heads up. I've fixed it. So since I'm able to login, but not tell what my BTC address is, can you add a way to view and/or change it?

I still don't get why one shouldn't use paypal to buy bitcoins.. if you can prove you sent the bitcoins, paypal will never sent the money back to the buyer..
If you can prove you sent the bitcoins and the buyer doesn't claim they were hacked, then PayPal can shut down both accounts for violating their AUP. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the PayPal service for activities that: (h) involve currency exchanges

This question was already asked in this thread, but I didn't find an answer. Is this site a SCAM? http://bcchanger.com/The site is used by scammers for the most part, but the owner didn't create it to scam users.

I have lately taken to setting a reserve price.
Just now, I bought at 80 and will not sell below 85.
Formula: max(mtgoxUSD_ask*USD_in_EUR*1.05,85)
I will sell for the ask in EUR with 5% fee or 85€, whichever is larger.
Easy as pie!
Holy crapballs that's awesome. Thanks.

bad experience with this service... received email notification from them that buyer had initiated escrow. I took this as the payment was now in escrow, after sending the GC I learned that it fact wasn't and I got ripped off $75
It should not email the seller when the money is in fact NOT in Escrow.
Pretty sure "intiated escrow" does not mean "escrow is funded NOW". There are a lot of steps to go through on BTCrow, and it doesn't sound like you made it far enough into them. TheButterZone, have you had positive experience(s) using that service? Someone I was planning to purchase a BTC off of mentioned using that service and I didn't feel comfortable enough to go through with it. Yes. Should have posted here instead of https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=155112.0 (since deleted) I'm glad that there's an open thread where that unusual, maybe unique at this coin level, event can be discussed or speculated upon, I'm guessing that maybe it was a FirstBits typo from a non English speaking party, Russian - Chinese whatever &/or black market funds that they wouldn't want to claim publicly but even this seems unusual if they had been doing a normal washing for dodgy dealings funds, no attempt at all to claim seems just incredible especially as you weren't asking for any sort of KYC info etc up front, looks like some genie or djinn is definitely working their Magick upon your behalf, congrats on your, one hopes, good fortune! 500 btc x $70 = $35,000 + You haven't picked up any odd looking bottles on the sea shore recently maybe? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h3LY2EAzrdk&list=FLaHE9tFMMxpO9omKx4752vw

I did all that, even practiced by encrypting a message to myself and decrypting it successfully before I imported your key and encrypted one that I emailed to you. Did you get it ok?

Hey there. I'd be inclined to help, but I don't do paypal.
Not because of my trust for you; because that's possible to achieve... It's because PayPal at a moment's notice will freeze both of our accounts; even with no one claiming a chargeback. They're an evil, terrible, horrible bank that likes to keep your cash captive for 180 days (and not a day sooner!).
-EP
PS. My first trolling post, EVER!
not true, I have done 70+ trades with paypal; just send as gift and you won't have any problems. Again, just because YOU have never had a problem, does not mean that there have NEVER been any problems with PayPal gift. EPiSKiNG is a victim of PayPal's collusion with at least one financial criminal who built up an awesome rep just so he could easily commit grand theft. He is NOT talking out of his ass, so you should stop talking out of yours. Or you can continue, and get rated -1 in my web of trust, for your apparently pathological dishonesty.
