6121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will other coins beat bitcoin in the future? on: April 19, 2018, 04:17:09 PM
So guys, what do you think about investing in different icos? I think it's a good idea. We never know which will take the lead in the future. Please help me and give me good suggestions!

There are lots of successful ICOs nowadays and through their success, there are also successful and potential coins that awaits. I believe that there are coins that could possibly have what bitcoin has reached but there it would be hard for them to beat bitcoin since it is already known to be the father of all coins. Bitcoin has proven us that it has a great potential and capability to rise to the moon.
6122  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you prefer Bitcoin or Ethereum ? on: April 19, 2018, 06:42:12 AM
I was wondering which one was your favorite out of the two cryptocurrencies? I think Ethereum has proved to be more flexible than Bitcoin even though Bitcoin is making the biggest noise

I believe that both work well but I find bitcoin more profitable for it is the first coin that I hodl. Ethereum has it's more way to go and to prove and I believe that it has a great potential as well but I think bitcoin has done a lot to prove us it's potential. Both coin is best t hold and that is for sure.
6123  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: should i buy btc now or sell? on: April 18, 2018, 05:15:28 PM
hallo guys, i am new to trading btc. and days before the bitcoin gold fork, i was advice to sell my btc (which i did) because it was suspected to drop in price few days to come. But surprisingly, from then till this very moment, btc has been on a continuous rise. now btc is at $7000+ and we are getting close to the next fork in mid-nov. DO YOU GUYS ADVICE I BUY BACK BTC AT THIS CURRENT PRICE OR WAIT for a possible drop in price?

Better buy now as long as the market is not yet recovering. Buy and hold until the last quarter of the year if you really want to gain better. That is what actually everyone is doing right now. Just always thinknof the best thing to do in crypto, always buy at low and sell at high. Wait for the best time to sell to avoid losses.
6124  Economy / Economics / Re: Positive thinking brings positive things. on: April 18, 2018, 04:10:40 PM
Forums are being filled with speculation, almost all topics that appear lead to falling bitcoin prices, whether this will continue, this is the right time to buy, blah blah blah. Come on, the storm must pass, let us focus on the positive topics instead of continuing to discuss this 50% decline. Start talking about the positive news from Singapore deputy, bitcoin that has gone up 20% today and others. Think positive and positive things will come.

I agree with you. There are hoax and frauds being spread around us about cryptocurrency. Also, there are instances that the market is in red and that we tent to feel worried and scared. However, what we really need to do is to have a positive mind and outlook towards crypto for us to have hopes in the future values of it.
6125  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: finish college or keep playing bitcoin? on: April 17, 2018, 06:35:34 PM
Right now I love bitcoin from 2106 till now and currently I'm in college but by playing bitcoin I can make a lot of money what should I do? I prefer to play bitcoin instead of college. I also realize that bitcoin will not last forever therefore I want to take advantage when bitcoin still exists.

Focusing on a single field without a purpose in life would be risky for your future. Yes, earning is important but permanence is a necessity. I believe that it is still better for you to finish your studies first so if you'll finish your studies, you'll have more opportunities to have in the future and just in case that bitcoin isn't that profitable anymore, you'll still have another way to earn for your living.
6126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: whats your plans for the year 2018 on: April 17, 2018, 06:14:22 PM
my plan is to keep 6 potential alt coins till year end. at least keep until bull market. specially coins are req, ada, trx, prl ,cs and snov. i wish two bull markets will come in this year

I have the same plan as well. I believe that holding altcoins this year is a good start to earn better by the end of the year for there are actually lots of coins with potentials. I'm planning to buy and just hold it until it reach my target for the future. Patience is still the character that I want to improve and develop while holding.
6127  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happened to bitcoins after one died? on: April 17, 2018, 05:47:25 PM
Who owns the bitcoin after someone died?  How to state this in the will? Please share your thoughts.

I think that it will just stock in wallets of the holder which is really a disadvantage if no one will know our private keys. It is better that we'll have somebody to share our private keys with. We better share it with a person whom we trust so much so that if this case happens, our family could get our earnings and it will benefit them as well.
6128  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without knowledge on: April 17, 2018, 05:28:12 PM
A lot of people do trading even if they don't know nothing about it and some people succeed on that but most of them failed.
One of the reason why I think they do that, is because of GREED which can result to a big loss for them.

Start with education, make a lot of research, do some practice trading online
and use it later on in real life. Don't rush to earn money because in trading its hard to do so.

Are you a trader in mind but scared inside?
Be more patient, develop your emotion and win in this market.

It is a disadvantage to trade without enough knowledge because it is important that we know what we are doing very well upon entering it. I agree that we must have enough education about it for us to succeed in this field and to avoid a big loss. We must just trust crypto and do well for us not to regret anything in the future.
6129  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you encourage friends and family to invest in crypto? on: April 17, 2018, 05:09:37 PM
I'm someone who loves to share.  When I discovered blockchain technology a while ago, I wanted to tell everyone.  I didn't stop with my friends and family.  I told colleagues at work, my doctor, and just about anyone who would listen.  Some who got in early made money and were very happy.  But others waited until after seeing the massive bull run to invest, and bought at the top.  Now I keep my mouth shut because I can't control how people invest.  Even though blockchain will change the world, there are still good and bad investments.  How about you?  Do you encourage others to invest in crypto?

I actually did and I always do because I believe that through simply sharing things about bitcoin, we would be able to help our friends, relatives and loved ones in a big way. I shared it with my cousins and siblings and I am thankful that they are already earning through trading now. My siblings are also helping our parents with the expenses as well.
6130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can any other crypto replace bitcoin? on: April 17, 2018, 04:43:38 PM
There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.

No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

Do you agree???

I believe that there are still alt coins with higher value than bitcoin but since bitcoin is the most famous of all the crypto currency, I  think that no other cryptos can replace it for now. There are coins with good potential but bitcoin has passed all the tests of time and it is already recognized mostly in every corners of the globe.

How many days are there for phase 2? Does previous bounty participants need to apply again for bounty? Haven't seen some official announcement for phase 2 of bounties yet.
6132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] P2PS: Economic Value Integrated into Secure Communication System on: March 13, 2018, 10:58:26 AM
Did ico already ended? I just noticed that bounty campaign spreadsheets are being finalized now.
How much tokens was sold?

Hello and greetings dear xSkylarx,

Thank you for your query and for your participation.

The spreadsheets are being finalized for phase 1 only. The phase 2 will start Apr 2 and go on till May 31.

Our project has already contracted 26M tokens (out of the 50M) to institutions; and acknowledged as top 1% of ICOs as well as having no comparable alternatives or substitutes. Additionally, our team members are also in negotiations for private sale of $10M equivalent with some groups as well as $1M equivalent with another which equates to about 5M tokens.

Did you have any other questions or clarifications? Please feel free to let us know.

Kindly spread the good word about our project for the greater good of humanity. We look forward to your continued support and participation.

Please have a great year ahead.

Best regards,
Team P2PS.

Is there a bounty on phase 2? If yes, do we need to apply again for it?
And why is there a phase 2?
6133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin survive? on: March 13, 2018, 03:16:40 AM
Yes, bitcoin can survive. Bitcoin will be consider as the future currency. Since Bitcoin has survived the years and still standing I don't think there's anything else capable of making it difficult for it to survive.

Those FUDs in different countries can't take down bitcoin,  maybe its price would be affected but it is not going to die. We are hoping that in the next following months, bitcoin's price would be going up again as well as the altcoins because right now is really a bloody market, it is all red. Holding for more would do if you wanted some profits.
6134  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is better Trade or Invest? on: March 13, 2018, 02:46:55 AM
It's better to choose both if you have lots of money to invest or trade. Trading while the profits from it would be wise idea of putting in an investment. Do you agree with me? But it's up to you what you choose for as long as you are sure to gain profit either of the two.

I agree on what you have said, investing and trading are good ways on how you could earn more money than having just one source of income. So choosing between two would be hard if you are just going to pick one, regardless of that, of course you have to choose where you are good at for you to gain profits most of the time.

6136  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do I hold? on: March 09, 2018, 03:38:19 AM

I am sorry guys, but HODLing is some of the most stupid advises you can give....

Well, this is the most funny opinion I've ever read on this forum. For you information, hodling doesn't sound so bad all of the times, there are times that you hold for good, and you hold that is why you lose some profits, but if we are going to look for it in the long run, hodling is the best idea than selling it whenever you like. Maybe you have experienced hodling your coins and you lost your profits, but that doesn't mean it will always happen to you when you are going to hold again.
6137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can trading be considered as gambling?? on: March 09, 2018, 03:19:39 AM
I think that can be said so, this is because in trading all analyzes never guarantee profit, and in trading there will be only two sides of profit or loss, so I will say that trading is the same as gambling.

Yeah, but Trading is a good way of "gambling" because you know that you are going to get some profits in return after you gamble your money by buying tokens that you are going to trade in the market, unlike the real gambling which you are risking your money hoping that you coul win easily to make easy money, Trading is more better. In Trading your money is going to worth it but not on gambling.
6138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: March 09, 2018, 03:02:06 AM
You need someone to change you like an inspiration or you focus your attention in your family. You need something that can outweigh your addiction and you will treat this person or thing as more important than gambling.

That would help, but in the end, you are just the one who could really help yourself because the last decision would be yours, you are just going to get some piece of advice to them and you are just going to apply on it. Quitting gambling for good would be hard at first, but if you are really dedicated on doing so, then you could do it, in fact, it is for you not for the people around you.
6139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Effects of Gambling on: March 09, 2018, 02:38:33 AM
Gambling Affects your life either in a good or bad way in the long run. Some of those effects that can change your life are:

Good Effects:
*Can make money easily (not guaranteed)
*Gives so much pleasure
*Meeting new friends
*Can increase your assets

Bad Effects:
*Big loss
*Increased on your debt
*Loss jobs
*Depression/Stressed
*Broken Family/Failed on relationship
*Insufficient Funds

Despite of this effects many people are still want to continue gambling, how can you handle this possible effects of gambling in your life?
I agree mate, my relationship with my husband was almost over of failed . We have lots of differences ,I like to gamble and he is not. Honestly the main reason why I gamble before was to get revenge to him but the more I do that the more my debt increased and never had a savings even how much money I received from him.

This is the sad story of many people who are keep on gambling despite of the risk and the negative effects to their life. Gambling should not be use to earn money, this should be done for some entertainment, always set limits to your gambling addiction its not too late you can still fix the problem you have right now, give up gambling.
My intention to gamble was not to earn money I want to gamble before because I want to waste all his money and to entertain myself but I realized that I made the wrong decision that it is not worthy to feel hatred , what I want to do now is to save money and it's been a year that I ditch gambling.

WHAT?? seriously?? I didn't know that people like you exist in this world, wasting someone's money in gambling just to entertain yourself is so rude and very irresponsible, if you are going to do rude things to other people, think first what if you are in that situation, what would you feel, of course you are going to get to that person, I hope you know that.
6140  Economy / Speculation / Re: Holding will be a risk or not?? on: March 09, 2018, 02:19:19 AM
Yup investing and hold bitcoin for a long time is very risky because of bitcoin volatility sell now later price will go high, if you hold tigh the price will go down, that is my experience in trading bitcoin, choose wisely.

Holding might be risky and selling right away might be risky too, that is why we have to make a decision on what we are going to do since it is our bitcoin. But if you are not new in this cryptocurrency world, then probably what you are going to do is to hodl since you know that this fluctuations of price is just normal because bitcoin's price is volatile and it will goes up again in no time.
