it is more about who you can refer than about the program itself...

Yes and no. So what if you refer a serious player if you only get commission for 1 month? Both factors are important.

Yep! I agree. Including dice too is a really great improvement.

Snail2, you may want to update ref link in your sig. Use the new one (generate new tracker on FJ site). Otherwise you'll probably be under the old ref system.

FortuneJack is about to launch new, improved affiliate programme very soon. Don't know the exact details but sounds very promising. Currently they have 'refer a friend' system, not very attractive, but fully automated and no issues with payments.

PRCDice also got an interesting system, you get % on amount wagered, win or lose, but it's not automated atm, probably best to wait for PRCDice 2.0.

Well I have three referrals on FJ now, unfortunately none of them looks like big gamblers :/. But the system looks good. It's automated indeed, so no delays or other unpredictable things.

That's normal. Some people would register just to take a look, others just want to abuse faucet.

I've got about 19 referrals on FJ, most of them are inactive, few of them were betting big on dice, which wasn't included in the old ref program.

The new system looks way better, it includes all the games and is not limited to 1 month.

On the other hand, I only got 3 refs on PRCDice, 2 of them didn't place any bet at all, but the 3rd one is pretty active high roller and earns me pretty nice revenue.

Speaking about affiliates, will payments be done today (Monday)? Also, is there a limited period for which we get the % of affiliate activity, or is it 'for life'? It's not specified in terms.

Agree with Fortune Jack! I think they will be a highly converting Casino to send traffic too. They also look professional enough to be around long enough to be worth promoting!

They just launched new affiliate program. They didn't let me down, it's looking very good.
All the games are now included.

Check their site for details.
6185  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM | No.1 for Cryptocurrency Gambling | Provably Fair | 1 BTC BONUS on: November 11, 2014, 08:16:55 PM
Very good looking Affiliate Program, that's exactly what I was expecting.

Already change my sig link, others should do it too.

Just to be clear, if payments are done on 25th each month, if my affiliate joins on 24th and wager, will I get paid commission for 1 day? Or is it going to be 25th the following month?

2 quick suggestions:

There's no option to return to the casino from the affiliate screen, you should add a button.

If possible, it would be very useful to show number of clicks for each tracker.

EDIT:

What if player only wagers amount he receive from faucet? Is it included?
Under the old system I noticed that my commission earnings reduce when player was using faucet+dice, win or lose.
6186  Economy / Gambling / Re: Get FREE 0.005 for registering at FJ on: November 11, 2014, 07:58:18 PM
Sadly I already have an account, so I guess I don't qualify

Well, now when I think about it, it's nowhere said that it's for new members only, I just assumed it is. It would be best to ask FortuneJack directly.
6187  Economy / Gambling / Re: Get FREE 0.005 for registering at FJ on: November 11, 2014, 05:05:08 PM

Seems like this is the crux of the argument.  He asked you for a favor, you did it expecting to get paid.  Can the two of you see each other's side?  Do you think Dean was trying to screw you over, or can you see that he was asking a peer for assistance?  Can Dean see that you were hurt that something that he's compensated others for, he didn't think to compensate you for?

I don't think Doog expected to get paid (initially). If that was his motivation he would probably ask for the specific amount beforehand. My guess is that Dean got pissed off/felt back-stabbed after Doog publicly described the flaw (after it was fixed) which was somewhat damaging to the site's (if not Dean's) reputation. So if the subject of bounty came up after that - that's probably why he refused to pay. Again, that's just my guess.

Anyway, they're both adult men (I assume) and they can sort that between themselves, if they're both willing to.
-------------

@Dean - cutting out BAC was a dick move. You seriously think he created new thread 'so people can troll more'? He obviously started it to get more affiliates = more traffic to PRCdice. If your post remained locked, his would be the main source of traffic BTCtalk --> prcdice, which is better than nothing. He was on your side.

Sounds like you blame him for the posts of others. If he didn't start new thread, someone else would, I was thinking about it too (for the same reasons: affiliates --> traffic) but he beat me to it.

And if, for whatever reason, you didn't want him to promote your site, then you should have just tell him to stop and not pay for any NEW affiliates, but you still should pay him for the old ones. It's a mutual agreement.

Wow man! Last slot!  Sad

So after all that happened? Will PRCdice be closing soon?

Why would PRCDice be closing?
6194  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: PRCDice.com new thread. Opened early 2013 and current largest invest dice site! on: November 10, 2014, 09:43:43 AM
Bay, I knew you won't miss the opportunity and was waiting for this thread to pop up.  Smiley

Yet another dice site turn into a scam (via not paying bounties.....and likely eventually investors/players). SMH

What 'scam' are you talking about? The bounty issue is between Doog and Dean and the thing is few months old.
PRCDice is still the biggest and probably most trusted investment-dice site out there.
6195  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Questionnaire: Bitcoin and Investment Behavior on: November 09, 2014, 10:25:04 PM

Agreed. "9. Is it possible that you buy Bitcoin only because other investors buy Bitocin or news supports Bitcoin. " is too complicated (and vague) a question for a binary answer, for example.

Did you notice the typo?  Smiley

I don't really care whether investors buy this:

Seriously, there's something wrong with almost every question. Even with the age question, some will say that it should go: "18-25  26-35" rather than "18-25  25-35".

Or "6. Are you the owner of Bitcoin wallet?" - does the online wallet count? I don't really own it, but I have access to it and control over it.

@OP (rebeccaleehi) - I'm not saying all this to be rude. If you want me/others to elaborate on why those questions are poor, or if you need any help in re-designing the questionnaire, let us know.

Awesome news.

One question though. If I have a number of new people signed from my link, will they be rolled over to the new system or will they remain under the old rules?
6197  Economy / Gambling / Re: PRCDice.eu - Largest Dice invest site - Open since 2013! Chat, Play, Invest! on: November 09, 2014, 08:51:51 PM

It's not a big deal, and I figured he would pay if I insisted but that he was just dragging his feet like he did with my withdrawal one time, and like he did with this week's affiliate payments.

But now it turns out he really is really just refusing to pay, which is an abuse of trust.

Yeah, but bear in mind that neg trust from you is much more damaging than from any 'average' member. It won't be easy for him to promote his site when most people see this:

So it's pretty severe punishment. But that being said, if the story is correct, I do see your point and you had every right to do it. He should know better...
6198  Economy / Gambling / Re: PRCDice.eu - Largest Dice invest site - Open since 2013! Chat, Play, Invest! on: November 09, 2014, 08:23:28 PM
Just curious. Did you ask him to pay you the bounty back then (months ago)?

Yes, I asked in the PRCdice chat. Just laughed, but wouldn't discuss it.

OK, it just seemed odd that you waited few months to leave him negative trust, so I thought it's just a case of him not paying coz you've never asked/claimed.
6199  Economy / Gambling / Re: PRCDice.eu - Largest Dice invest site - Open since 2013! Chat, Play, Invest! on: November 09, 2014, 07:56:49 PM
Finnn PM I cant say anything yet to give the op  a chance to fix what he did, so I have to keep it off record.  I have two proofs that op is hostile when threatened.

OP is often hostile even when not threatened. And don't hold your breath for a bounty.

I told him months ago about a bug that was allowing a player to slowly drain the bankroll and have still received nothing in return.

Just curious. Did you ask him to pay you the bounty back then (months ago)?
6200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Questionnaire: Bitcoin and Investment Behavior on: November 09, 2014, 07:19:14 PM
I tried to do it, but I'm allergic to poorly prepared questionnaires. You don't provide comprehensive options for answers (+ some grammar and spelling errors).
I'm simply unable to provide honest answers to half of your questions.
