6181  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who controls the Bitcoins? on: December 16, 2016, 03:09:03 AM
Bitcoins are decentralized ,they are controlled by no one.
If bitcoins being controlled by some one ,he would be the most targetted person ever .
What makes it popular is the decentralization, if bitcoin will be controlled by anyone then there's no big difference with the bank. Manipulation might happen and it will not give us the real situation of the market which will make our investment at risk.
6182  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: December 16, 2016, 02:57:29 AM
Yess obviously bitcoins will make banks disappear to a next level.well there will be only one bank whos only work will be to give loans to persons who are in need.
Where did you get that info? I guess you are not doing a good research dude, bank is created by the government to create fiat and  as a entity to safeguard our fiat when we chooses to deposit, by looking at the current situation, bitcoin is still in reliance with fiat. It cannot exist and grow with the support of fiat.
6183  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: December 16, 2016, 02:50:55 AM
A banker is enrolled in a signature campaign... Go on mate, I'm all ears!
and why not? why should i do for free something that can be paid? i'll post around here with or without the signature, so again, why not?
and you didn't even tried to argue against what i said... what a joke.

ps:  i said i'm banker, not a millionaire or something like.
ps2: you're in a signature campaign too.

You work into a bank doesnt make you being more special then others, even with several beneficts you might have, why dont buy them directly, anyway the profession here isnt the question. Banks can provide an interest, but we dont need them at bitcoin since there are exchanges and casinos that already does provides interest for our bitcoins.
I guess you are right, who needs bank when we are earning even more than the interest banks can offer, not only exchange sites or casinos but holding alone can already make us rich if we do it in long term.
Banks and bitcoin should exist, we have the option to do transaction, if we want to save then we can put our money to the Bank without worrying as it's secured and if we want to invest, we can always do it with Bitcoin. At least we have Bank where we can save our earnings that is protected by insurance.
6184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any place to gamble IF the Mayweather vs McGregor fight will happen? on: December 15, 2016, 01:39:32 PM
It might happen, promoter will do everything just to make money and this two fighter have something in common, they both talk trash but the only difference is mayweather is a good runner than McGregor. Not a good fight and a waste of money, I'll pass this one.
6185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: December 15, 2016, 01:37:10 PM
A lot of people have gambling problems but there is nothing wrong with having them because they are mostly for a short period and its just that you need to have to get your mind back.
You think getting poor because gambling can be solved in short period only?
No it is not , required a lot of time to recover your bankruptcy in case you lost a lot and became poor.
The problem in gambling always about to not having money but you keep trying to gamble no matter what.

How can you gamble if you don't have money? The main reason why people are making gambling as their main problem is that they are getting addicted into it. And they are making gambling as their main source of income which is not used to be done, so in the end when they lose all their profit, another problem is now coming out.
Thinking gambling as you main source of income will make you poorer, it's not good for you if you do not have the right amount of capital needed. It's a dangerous game and even more dangerous if you seek for money. If others having a good bankroll failed then how much more you can do to have the opposite outcome of their journey.

According to Me there is no Stertagy or Tricks available to win in gambling because there is a big truth that all casinos work on a Probability and you can't win in long run in gambling So I Suggest you to Leave gambling and do some other business that will help you to make some profits.

I don't agree 100% with this because in sports betting you will only lose because of the pick you made not because casino are controlling the game because you have a bet. Losing in a long run usually happens if you are playing dice etc etc , games that are luck based.
That could also be possible in sports betting, you will lose in the long run if you do not have the enough bankroll to run in the time period of your betting journey and if you will not be able to control your emotion.
6187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inside The Mind Of A Bookmaker on: December 15, 2016, 01:18:09 PM
~snip~

What things have you noticed with Bookmakers that they do not want punters to know?
First things first a bookmaker will always honey pot the punter as they know that we tend play the numbers {odds}
Secondly I don't think their is a formula other than the head to head records and team\player form which we could use to bash the bookie
there is something called mathematics of bookmaking and psychology of bookmaking.

both math and psychology have a big impact to trick a lot of common people in sportsbetting. that is what i found about the theory behind bookmakers. mostly people fall into it, no wonder the bookmakers always have profit in the long run.
With math, I guess gamblers are more smarter since we can focus in one game only and we can analyze it with the data we have, but bookmakers has to set different lines in different games. Their biggest advantage is they lured us to think we are right, they master psychology over math and that is the reason why we fail even if we are too confident with our analysis base on the statistics.
6188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: management of risk and money on gambling on: December 15, 2016, 12:35:53 PM
Gambling is just for fun and game to me no more, but even if it is just game and for fun i always apply management of risk and money. And i always play gambling with i can lost it. And i don't play gambling every days.
Do you apply same something what i have doing or you are very can not control your self? Share your opinions at here.
That's what you call risk management in actual business, and you can also apply it in gambling when you are treating gambling like a business. With risk management you are going to make a level of tolerance for your gambling activities, from the word risk management you already recognize that gambling is a risky thing so with your aim to make profit, you are going to minimize your loses as well if ever you will not succeed.
6189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: what position size for martingale? on: December 15, 2016, 08:03:17 AM
Hey guys, what position size do you use for martingales

so far I've only ever had a 6x losing streak before I have to switch to random walk, this is because my position size starts out at 1% of the gambling capital

do you guys bet with .5% or even smaller? this would let you get to 7 or 8 losing but it also requires more turns to make any decent winnings, increasing your personal odds of getting a longer losing streak if you haven't encountered it before (although I understand the losing streak can happen at any time since this is all luck)

To be honest I think you are over thinking it. It's gambling, you will lose in the long run, and there is nothing you can do about it.
You should control you bankroll, so you don't lose money you shouldn't be gambling, but that's about it. The rest is all about trying to get luck, and get out when you get it. I prefer to bet from 5% to 10% of my bank, but I don't do martingale. Yes sometimes I double it, but not doing a strict martingale.

Normally I bet between those amounts I mention, and I try to double or go bust, period xD
Seems like I am not lucky enough in gambling but still I love to do it, I have tried different method in gambling base on the reviews of the people who have experience it and one of them is martingale, however non of them works in the long run. So simply, I just stop the method and just stay on the very conventional way which is flat betting.
6190  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you can control your self when playing gambling? on: December 15, 2016, 07:58:38 AM
While play gambling and lost, do you add more beting or stop play gambling? I always add more beting and deposit again, i can't control my self. Do you have suggesting for me?
I will stop if my funds out of stock for gambling. Unfortunately, I'm not good in gambling, I have no idea to make profits through games that I don't know how it works unless rely on my luck. So far, I just following tipster on sports betting but sometimes win and sometimes loss, not profitable for me. But I do enjoy the games and it feels entertaining, so I can control myself for sure.
At least you know how to stop, some does not do that and they spend money they cannot afford to lose because they are being enslave in gambling while using their emotion to make them chase their loses. Only some of us are good in gambling and for the record, gambling sites are profitable because we losers are helping them to be profitable.
6191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Highest profit on Bitcoin Gambling? on: December 15, 2016, 07:38:12 AM
What is the amount of highest win/profit in the history of Bitcoin Gambling? Do you guys have any idea?
One of the biggest win I know is from nakowa's win on just-dice when they are still a bitcoin dice site. Here is a thread where he bragged about his overall profit from just-dice. The second biggest win I know is from hufflepuff where he got a 2k btc profit from primedice by exploiting their system.

Nice winnings, on that time btc was costing 47$, the guy gambled 222 btc in one roll, that is a lot! And he won!
And the another guy, how did he exploited primedice system?
That was way back 2013 and the price of bitcoin that time may not be as big as the current. You'll be confident enough if you can afford to bet that amount and we do not have the same status in life, with my experience, I am already not feeling well if I lost more than BTC0.1 in a day.

So this guy is really lucky and hope he was not able to spend his money in gambling and have his own business now.
6192  Economy / Gambling / Re: MONTHLY BEST GAMBLING SITE (DECEMBER) on: December 15, 2016, 05:47:23 AM
Primedice clearly the best gambling sites based on votes, and with this data I believe there are a lot of gamblers who prefer to play in dice than in sports betting. I myself is loving both but I have to vote only one and that is a sportsbook nitrogensports.
6193  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: December 14, 2016, 12:19:27 PM
Well, at first I like to gamble online to make my gambling with ease and I found bitcoin as the best means in gambling, some sites suggest dice games and even poker, so I tried one of them, the simple one which is dice and from them I was hooked because I have a very good experience until I tried different gambling games.

Now, I do play sports betting and it's giving me more excitement and that is all possible because of bitcoin.
6194  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Will Kill The Income Tax on: December 14, 2016, 12:17:28 PM
Tax if very important to the government as it is its lifeblood, without taxes they cannot make infrastructures and maintain it. Our government will protect us with tax, but with the advent of bitcoin I think the collection will be lessen since some of the big transactions are conducted online and with the value of bitcoin now, investors are willing to hold their precious bitcoin just to hide their real worth.
6195  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Attraction on: December 14, 2016, 12:07:08 PM
I like bitcoin because it can become a good extra income, my life has been better because bitcoin, bitcoin has been helped through the hardest time when economic situation is not good,  i also learn so many things from bitcoin like how to trade and how to invest, bitcoin is the greatest invention for me
yes that is right to say,i also think that bitcoin is really helpful in controlling my financial problems, to me bitcoin is my side business and i am earning a good income from my side business that is really helpful in controlling my expenses.

Good for you then, just dream more so you can do more with more income, do not be contented to treat it as your side business because there are people here that were already rich because they treat bitcoin as their main job and investment. Time will come more and more adopters will come in an if you hold your bitcoins you will be amaze with the value it's going to reach.
6196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin died tomorrow on: December 14, 2016, 08:36:30 AM
What would you do?
Move onto another coin?
Cry all day long?
Throw your computer in the pool?
Eat 100 bananas?

First of all, why would bitcoin even die in the first place? I don't get it. The network should sustain as long as there are people using it. But if it was to die, I would definitely seek online alternatives. In my opinion, bitcoin is something that i don't want to miss.
It will die if loses our trust, however with the current performance of bitcoin I do not see it dying sooner. It will continue to amaze us and give us good benefits for our investment, as we can see, the price for now has a consistent increase and that is a sign of a strong currency and strong currency or investment does not easy die.
6197  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin without Altcoin ? on: December 14, 2016, 08:10:50 AM
i'm really confused what is thr purposes of the alternative coins and how this will be invented? and what are the good benefits of this alternatuve coins?  Huh
to me i  think the main reason for creating an alt coin is to provide several online services to the people, but some people are creating it for generating money and nothing else.
It's definitely for online purpose, it was created to give us a very fast and cheap transaction. With bitcoin, we can also transact anonymous and it is the complete opposite of the bank, where it has been operated in a decentralized way while banks are centralized.
6198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: December 14, 2016, 07:35:16 AM
I like it because it's different  to other money.  This one is for internet purpose from which you do not need any deposit to have one. Another thing is its value unlike any other crytocoin, this one's  the highest. 200$ to 400$ per coin is too high to have. Transaction  here is somehow fast too depending to blockchain traffic. Bitcoin is life =)
Too much trust there dude, calling it as life means something a lot to you. The price you stated is not the current price of bitcoin and we have witness that price in the past but here we are now, we are growing and very progressive so we are crossing already to $800 and I hope this will continue until we reach another all time high.
6199  Other / Off-topic / Re: Who controls the Bitcoins? on: December 14, 2016, 06:40:54 AM
Well users control bitcoins right? That's why some are saying that bitcoin is free!

I think control is not the right word for us, but we are the ones who are contributing for whatever is happening to bitcoins economy. And the people who are having the highest contribution are those so called 'whales' in bitcoin. Those people are holding thousands of bitcoins in their cold storage and every single move they are making has an effect to the bitcoin society.
every one has the right to keep any amount of bitcoin with them, there is no limit of keeping bitcoin, therefore they cannot be blame, and the second is that bitcoin is a universal currency and decentralize therefore it is not so easy to manipulate the price of bitcoin.

Ya it is true that bitcoin is free and their is no one who controls it, it is generated through algorithm software and who ever is having it in wallet with private key is the owner of the bitcoin. As it is free coin which can be generated by anyone so no one is the controller of bitcoin
It gives us a complete freedom to do whatever we wanted to do, it's bitcoin that is getting popular and getting the attention of the people who wanted to have a complete freedom with their transaction online.

Definitely for investors it can really help them to increase their earnings and not able to report it to the tax authorities.
6200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How serious is BTC to you? on: December 14, 2016, 06:36:02 AM

How serious is BTC to you? Could you look at it as a foundation of business/job or is it just an exciting hobby/experiment?
I'm  serious enough like I'm handling my money(fiat). You could look bitcoin as a foundation  of business when you have a lot of it but unlike me who doesn't  have lots of it. I think of it as somekind of hobby and use it when i really  need it.
Bitcoin is an investment to me, I believe it will make me rich in the future so I already started saving now and this is for preparation for another price increase that is going to happen in the following years to come. I do not see the future but I have never been too confident with my investment.
