Thanks guys, I tried out btcquick.com it's pretty easy and I can use my credit card through google wallet. The thing is I was in a bit of a hurry to get the coin but I'm overseas on the other side of the world in one of the worst places to get bitcoin. Turkey. I'm still waiting for the pending transaction on google wallet -_- I NEED to play satoshidice. The fate of the world depends on it, quite literally.  Don't gamble all your coins away buddy, I have heard some bad stories about people going broke. |

Bitcoin doesn't really count as collateral unless you was asking for something like a Litecoin loan but even there you have pretty much zero Bitcoin. Also your USB Miner will never ROI so it would be impossible to pay back.
It can count lol, 0.42 loan and they send 0.50 BTC to you as collateral  Haha, I will offer loans like that all day everyday. Offering 1 BTC loans, only have to send 1.2 BTC collateral. |

Yep, PayPal sucks. I don't mind it for buying small things like a charger for a laptop on eBay or something but other than that I avoid it. |

It's either a stolen account therefore you will lose the money or it is someone who is just ringing their CC provider and disputing the payment therefore you will also lose the money.
In other words, yes you will not see that money ever again and if you spent it already you will get into minus funds on PayPal.

Don't really think you will get a loan on that collateral, need something that will ship cheaply such as a iPod or maybe some Litecoin or ASIC Shares.
i'm not into btc/ltc mining so dont have ASIC shares or anything like that. Ouch, well I highly doubt you will get the loan. |
