I think people that have their money stuck on the scam site should put resources together to hunt this guy down legally. Israel is pretty small, I bet you, he either lives in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv.
The best way to get started is to contact that video feed company, he uses on his site. That company should have his real identity plus his address and location. Since Vuetec Ltd is located U.K, we need to hire a lawyer there to start applying pressure.
I think waiting for the operator is waste of time, he clearly avoids answering specific question and the longer we wait the more likely the thief will run away.

I would tend to think he doesn't have the money to pay you back anyway.
Did any of the early investors get a lot more gains than expected? Or any of the gamblers? If so, you might be the ones with the investor's money.
Coins are in early invested and withdrawn people

Coins are in early invested and withdrawn people He was operating a ponzi due to the fact bad coding, and did not realize it was a ponzi till to let, Mainly due to 001. When he did it was too late, vlees and others have your coins. There are a lot of people out there pretending to be innocent and ready to eat you. Fact is in front of your eyes. If a coder can do a 25 confirmations on his coins to invest but not a confirmation on his so called "logic bugged" script. Either he is lying or he is code-illiterate. If i were to get the most profit, i would just wait more people come in and see when the hot wallet is near my amount will not stand my withdrawl any more soon and withdrawl that time

I wonder if some of the early investors would be willing to give some compensation to those who would lost money in there. Anyway without CasinoBit's cooperation we have no way of trusting what people would claim to have invested...
(I never invested myself because I sensed the site code was bad so this is not begging for *your* money.)
No need to, the funds will be returned to the late investors even without early investors giving up their BTC, furthermore they deserve every bitcent they got since they were the ones taking most of the risk by investing early.

Fantastic. Why wont you answer these questions: WHEN are you expecting to return funds to "late investors"? WHY were the funds frozen in the first place?

A deal is being worked out. But you have to be psychic to know what it is because I'm sure as hell not going to tell us anything about it. Just think CasinoBit...today you owe me 40.5309 BTC If you would have paid me several days ago it would have been less. I'm done waiting on you and no longer want to hear your BS. Starting a running total. All feel free to add on.
1.) 40.5309 BTC
Alright, here we go: 2.) 10.2473 BTC (invested 2 BTC + 8 BTC https://blockchain.info/address/1HzG4GYBUz5XxgfFvSVoNcpQaZdsioysPc) Adds up to a total of 50.7782 BTC.

We will now be implementing an "Invest" system where you can become the bank and let players bet against your funds, we have been struggling paying for winning bets lately and it seems like the most logical choice. Stay tuned I noticed the unpaid@casinobit email account is not working or denying messages. I have been trying to get an answer for for over two weeks with no reasonable response. Good luck guys. Sorry we have just moved to a new server, if you could copy over the email and PM me with it it would be great. Sorry for not answering your email in a timely manner. Still waiting! 08-26-13 I think I might be getting boned here I guess you will have to see if he is really doing funding and liquidating things (very low chance) or just closing business, running away and start a new identity This should be marked scammer as people are still unbelievably playing. I won before all this started and still have not been paid and I'm sure I won't.
