I have to agree that the latest change was ill-advised. What you did was awarded the procrastinators and pissed off your early loyal investors who took the most risk. Community should have been giving the chance to voice the change. But what's done is done.
I invested a good amount of BTC on day one and can overlook all the missteps in the ICO process and just want to see this project launch. It will be successful and we can all look back at all the posts and have a good laugh.

I agree. I had a chance to speak with one of the founders tonight on skype and I don't believe this was done with any malicious intent. He answered all of the questions I had about Breakout and made himself available for questions in the future which is greatly appreciated. It sounds like they've got quite a team put together and when the time is right I'll take a short trip to pay a visit. The added incentive all the participants are receiving does not dilute your existing percentages. The 10m total BRO for sale will not change under any circumstances.
Yes, it does dilute the investment because people who invest now invest with more certainty. They have a fraction of the risk with knowledge of a working platform (the video). This makes their ROI several times higher. Hindsight is 20/20, so you are ignoring how a good investor calculates risk and expected reward when you make a statement like "the current prices don't dilute existing investments". A lot of earning time for the invested BTC has been lost because the price increases have been wiped out. You need to go back and reward early investors relative to investors now. You simply didn't have to lower the prices like this. People would have bought anyway. I agree and am quite pissed about this. Why have my BTC tied up for months for a minimal reward? This is absolutely NOT acceptable. BRO staff...I hope you're still accepting refund requests since you changed the terms for the worse this time. I cannot express my disappointment in how this is being managed at this point. Keep in mind this thread will be near the top of any BRO search in Google and will not look favorable. Make this right for your early investors. |

I might have them change it on fork. sometimes i wonder why only 1% why not 5-10% ?its very ideal..i think so the people will be interested to hold their coin how do you think? Maybe a small increase (0.01-0.1%) every block up to 10%. Snowballs implemented something similar to encourage people to hold and stake coins rather then keep them on markets. or...vPoS.... |

Question: How is this entire project now, one day before the ICO closes, any closer to actually happen than a month ago? Not even half the minimum required to launch has been collected... A re-sale, with nothing new (a working ready-for-testing platform) on the table, at the current or even higher price? You have got to be kidding... I mean, you can be deluded as much as you want to be but everyone that ever wanted to know about this project already does. Everyone with actual money to invest, that is. And, unless there are significant changes (like a working, ready-for-testing platform), no one will put a single cent more on this project. Not a 300/1btc, not at 6600/1btc. Not at ANY price.
Once again, my suggestion: Do it right. Start from scratch again... but with a product (a working, ready-for-testing platform) to back all the claims of the project. Forget about the peculiar concept of "fair" and start thinking "business". Then you will have something that people will invest in. I know I will. Many others too. And if some of the "children" are not happy because they believe it is "unfair", just refund their money and that will make it as fair as it can be. Very sim-ple... if you have a product to sell. Otherwise, you are selling, on a very fancy way, a nice lot of front beach property in Arizona.
