Well, so much for Crypti being serviced by Coinomat.com for now. There were a bunch of Dash and Doge votes in the last minutes so we ended up 4th place for their current voting cycle. To me it just looks like a hodgepodge of all the newest, hotest altcoin features and ideas (different levels of communication channels/access/membership dependent on number of coins held, DPOS, burning of coins for a new token to reduce supply, monetization of the network. and this idea that the coin will form some sort of decentralized organization/company), I don't really see what is new to offer other than all these features in one place, so to speak. Also, a lot of vague promises but none of the features of available/active yet, unless I'm mistaken. |

The more I think about it, the more convinced I am that the killer app for Crypti will be a sports gambling dapp on side chains that can not be shut down by government authorities. A custom side chain would be created for an upcoming game or horse race, that chain would embed wagers between Crypti users on the outcome, and a smart contracts subroutine would enforce transfer of Crypti to the winners from the losers by scraping an authoritative score results website. A side chain for a finished event would be archived and a new custom chain would be started for an upcoming event.
Such a dapp would give players an incentive to buy Crypti as "gaming tokens" that could be converted later to other cryptocurrencies or fiat national currencies, ultimately causing the very value of Crypti to rise as more and more new users participate.
This is actually the very first sensible idea I've heard about Crypti. But developing it may take months. And spending all the money it would generate when Crypti value goes to the moon may take the rest of our lives. I really like this idea too. Dapps will shine brightest only when they accomplish something "normal" apps cannot... |

Yes this coin is amazing, and we are building quite the community as well. I can't wait til Geo is pushed out to the public, I have a feeling many, many people in the geocaching community will be excited to see what this coin has to offer. I think this coin stands to be the first alt that will actually bring in a substantial amount of people from outside of crypto once it is released to the geocaching community.

I don't understand why hes only gotten one ad customer. If hes in the ad business he should be getting clients. One customer in this amount of time is not going to cut it in the real world. Is there any kind of brochure style graphic that could be emailed out? Is there any active sales effort going on? Really need that to at least get the ball rolling.
Yes, this is what I am curious about to. We need to be seeing steady influx of customers if this is going to work. We had a customer back when the twitter reach was a third of what it is now, and we haven't had any since then even though the network has grown substantially. If the advertisement for this is restricted to that one thread here on BCT then that is a big problem... Adam needs to be reaching out to people outside of crypto, I thought that is what his experience in the ad business is supposed to help with. |

Seriously, the block explorer is down - nobody cares;
the coin has obvious diff retargeting issues (diff randomly changes without reason) - nobody cares;
every so often mining (blockchain) is stuck for several hours (!!!) - nobody cares;
some reported issues with the website - nobody cares;
As soon as this Dev got his money - nobody cares of anything. What a joke.
The funny, and good, thing is the dev didn't make jack shit off this coin. In fact, they may have lost money on it  And placebo said he put 5 BTC into this shit, I feel sorry for that. Yeap, i have lost some money here... but i made some money on other coins. LOT was x10, a nice 10 BTC . I hope MEOW is next You think a coin named Meow will profit..? |

I have had my coins stolen from C-CEX in the past. I can see some people still have their GEO on that exchange.  You must withdraw your GEO RIGHT AWAY or your coins will be confiscated. No joke, this is real, they take your coins that you paid for with your own money. Yes, this, do not leave coins on C-Cex. They are a scamming exchange. They always set up their own ICOs on there and then do nothing with the coin after the ICO. |
