any news from yobit? my CRW still stuck there in 1 weeks+ Sad

We dont know what else to suggest my friend...
We have done everything we can...

What do you mean that you've been stuck there in 1 weeks? Are you saying that you cannot trade your crowncoin in yobit though you have a balance in that exchange? And also defunctec could you explain the details about you've done everything in yobit? Why? do we have a problem in in yobit about our coin(CRW)?

Yobit was notified from crw devs and additionally later from several members of the community to update to latest client - several weeks ago. They did not update. We have therefore "delisted" yobit from our website and OP in BTC talk. They can not be trusted.

We have refunded some of the new members of the community who won coins through our twitter campaign and got them sent to yobit.

We have therefore done the maximum we could.

Net hashrate: 3038.16 TH/s as market cap moves to 340k usd this morning.

The Hive has become agitated with the insufferable oafs who have made themselves denizens of this community. Clearly some community members are not royalty - nor, for that matter, do they even earn the title of knight. Instead, they have solidified their statuses as serfs. This does not bode well for the future of the project and we will be allocating our funds elsewhere so as to have a throne room without all of the jesters.

All I know is that I went to bed at about 2200 UTC+1 after watching the devs sprint through the bitcoin core updates and when I logged in at 0900 GMT+1 they were still going! Not bad considering that the team are about 10 hours apart from each other in terms of timezones!

Work like this can't go unrewarded.  I sent an extra 40k to the dev fund today.

Great news stone, I am chipping 25k for the bitcoin core update and alesh - one of the very early investors will be sending 20k to the fund very soon, hopefully today (almost conviced him to send 30k Smiley) - well maybe next time I will be more successful

Dev fund getting stronger and well positioned for development of this coin.

The main differnece of CRW compared to other crypto like btc, ethers, etc is that people and I mean masses from the street know the meaning of the Crown - it is a strong symbol with which people identify - and this is our advantage and main strenght.

Also Crown is and was a very successful and strong currency in several European countries!
strong words mate and i hope it will stand still im going to start buying little by little and see how this progress will be achieved i love the way you answer and stand about this project so keep it up and good luck buds.

Thanks for your support Golftech  Smiley

Traders comming in and interest picking up, good to see these patterns

Smaller miners and community members are encouraged to set up Thrones.

http://www.crowncoin.org/crowncoin-mining.php

We are pushing to get added to slushpool

If you can help us out, please create an account, create a worker and provide that worker here,
we can then use the worker to distribute votes.

https://slushpool.com/proposal/detail/597/

Slush pool already are interested in Crowncoin we just need that little push!

BTW, they have around 100PH!

This would be an ENORMOUS accomplishment for CRW and would help secure the network almost indefinitely. When slush get's ahold of us. Other big pools are more likely to add us as well.

Make sure to put your votes toward the proposal. every vote counts toward 1% of your hashrate.

Bad move. If Slush or any other large pool do adopt CRW, it won't be worth mining for the home/small miner as the diff will sky rocket. Nobody mined Huntercoin for the same reason, but when FUPool stopped merge mining HUC it instantly became minable again, the decentralisation returned, hash rate recovered & the price is still increasing. Nobody mines NMC or SYS for the same reason. Having a large pool merge mine a coin does more harm to a coin than good, & relying on a single pool for your hash rate is pure centralisation. Miners have already lost 40% of their CRW reward, a large pool will simply take what's left.

Our australian member of the team is now rewieving the wording. If there are some items which bites your eyes - send me a PM for the proposed text changes.

Current branding will remain for now, but we are ready to listen to serious proposals backed by real arguments. Thanks for your support.

Very exciting stuff will be headed over to slushpool to check it out.  Cool

Additionally, just one more update regarding the straw poll I made regarding the branding of Crowncoin.

40% for "I dislike the current feudalistic themes, but like the Crowncoin name, logo, etc."

27% for "I think it could use some changes"

20% for "I fear roving unconquerable castles might attack, we need Crowncoin"

13% for "I love it!  Don't change anything!"

Total votes~ 15

While I know there are more members of the crown community who did not vote, I think this does serve to illustrate the need for the branding choices to be addressed at some point in the future.

Moreover, on the current website there are some incongruities in the usage of English words.  I would be happy to (without changing the branding, content or meaning) assist in editing the website to make it sound more professional for other English speakers.

Market cap 270k USD as trading looks healthy as ever.

Our primary market is c cex. Be careful with yobit, if they dont update soon - we will take them out from our web and OP.

and CRW wallet on yobit is still maintenance it was 5 days Sad

At first glance - this might seem as a fair argument, if this aims to look towards the US market. On the other hand deep and philosophical questions need to be asked.

In Europe, Asia, Africa - where most population live (and where crypto adoption is moving faster then the west - look at btc wallet downloads in Nigeria  - kingdoms (at some parts working on closely with parliaments) are one of the most stable systems, and they need to be looked at closely and re-thought. So where will future lead the developed world? Do we know? No. but this question needs to be analyzed. I think european members of the community understand this point well.

On another note - bitcoin, ether etc etc are too serious, normal people do not understand them....Crowncoin has a story that people can identify with...the story of the Crown. In several worldwide countries people still pay with the Crown! Knights and Thrones have a meaning too - a gaming element needs to be present (dogecoin example) - people are just tired of bankers! Also game of thrones, starwars etc - you have knights everywhere - not necessarily medieval.

We are of course willing to discuss how to make this look more forward thinking, but we have thought about this about three years so think deeply when making suggestions, and lets try to see the future together! Smiley

RE: Stonehedge's comment on the branding -- it could probably use a refresh.

Seems like the point of the (a) crown, (b) thrones & (c) knights is really just a metaphor for the security and stability provided by a strong (a) currency, (b) network and (c) development team.

Nothing really necessarily to do with European history -- but more with a metaphor for stability and strength.

The future value proposition is probably to be able to use this stable distributed platform to store value and who knows what else (depending on what capabilities one puts in the masternodes/thrones).

The branding should support whatever "killer apps" the dev team has in mind -- and any truly killer app probably isn't too geographically focused, so it's hard to imagine how the branding might not benefit from a refresh.  It doesn't look like there are that many transactions running over the network...  The timing for any sort of branding refresh should probably be around the introduction of whatever new capabilities have been referred to in previous posts by the dev team.

The branding should also support any other future apps beyond the initial ones envisioned, which the team would like to be able to attract to the platform.

This is a very important message we want to share. I don't think a lot of people here read it:

10 bitcoins traded for last two days, and 6 bitcoins still on the buy. A joke market slowly turning into a real market.

Market looking healthy, buyers still not afraid to step in after the rise. People hesitant to sell, even miners who dont give a damn abou this. Good sign I think.

When you leave full democracy to the robots - then 50 mil is stolen in Ether dao hack - wrong
When you leave full democracy to the people - then your country is over - wanna a couple of examples from the western world?

A balance needs to found for a crypto project which will shape our crypto - blockchain future. Discussion with the community will be going on and all opinions will be heard! Please dont make any premature statements.

Read all the pages in our web, maybe it can help you understand Crowncoin better. Thank you for posting here.

Opinions for and against are currently split equally amongst the dev team.

sounds llike no crown to me someone has to be one or else its ball less

a crown is not so democratic sounds like greece look that mess Roll Eyes
